Bob is incredible. His team gets the work done quickly and for a good price. They communicate clearly the problems and solutions. I had a full engine replacement done and they kept me informed of everything that happened and how they solved it.

Needed to get car in to drive to Minnesota and needed it done as soon as possible. I wasn t sure what was wrong with the vehicle and had no choice but to pay for whatever a mechanic said needed to be done. This shop knew my situation and definitely could have ripped me off if they wanted to. They got it in and fixed within hours and it was at a good price for what ended up being wrong For surely a good shop with honest mechanics and prices.

When my car wouldn't start, i wasn't sure what was wrong . I talked to one of my co-workers and I was given Bob's name and address. I called and he said "Bring it in and I will check it for you." He told me what was wrong and I got my car back the same day. I appreciate his honesty and kindness. I definitely recommend this shop for your car care needs.

Fast friendly service is well versed on most model vehicles and is overall a pleasant place to do business not like some mechanics that try to get over on you or fix one thing but break another no shade tree mechanics at bobs . Fair prices good manors and very knowledgeable

Bob is absolutely amazing! I brought in my 06 Jeep Commander for repair. Knowing I was in a bind, he worked hard to get it repaired before the cold weather hit. A couple of days later at shop closing time he called and stated my Jeep was ready and he would stay until I could get there to pick it up! Upon arrival Bob took the time to explain what he did, why and what if anything I needed to keep an eye on.Another shop quoted $1100.00 to R&R just the waterpump. Bob's price was a third of that. I look forward to a long term relationship with Bob taking care of all my vehicles. Thanks Bob and crew for taking care of us when we needed it the most!

I know my emergency isn t reason for someone else s urgency, but Bob and his team got me in quickly to help get me on the road for something very important and I cannot truly express my appreciation enough. I m so grateful for the customer service and services that were provided. Bob will absolutely be our go-to for our vehicle needs from now on. Thank you!

Update: I used to love this place but lately I can never get in for repairs in a timely manner. They are always a week or two out. If I talk to Bob I always have a great experience but the receptionist isn't very friendly and I always feel like she is annoyed at me before I even say hello.Short review: Quick service, trustworthy, and friendly. I've used him several times with no issues.Long review: I've used Bob's shop several times for 3 different vehicles since we moved here. He always does good work at reasonable prices. He's very personable and knows exactly who I am when I call to check on anything or set up an appointment. I've always been able to get my vehicle in to the shop within a few days depending on the service required and it's always done same day. If we ask for a call about the diagnosis before work is done, he always calls before doing any repairs. Feels honest and trustworthy. We have older vehicles that regularly have dash lights on when inspection time comes around and he always helps us get past inspection with as few repairs as possible.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Scheduled an appointment with them for a pre purchase vehicle inspection but i was definitely not satisfied with the inspection as they did not look over the vehicles lug nuts which i found out one was missing until i bought a set of new tires. For the price i paid $75 plus tax i feel they rushed the service and got me out in under 30m which i would prefered if they wouldve looked over the car thoroughly not only was the service bad but the receptionist at the front desk was also rude to me in a condescending tone def needs to work on her customer service skills. If you guys want a good thorough inspection id go elsewhere and just pay the 119.00 as thats what a good pre purchase vehicle inspection would usually take

Robert diagnosed and fixed my truck the same day I dropped it off and it had a very uncommon fault. Bob was very friendly when I called ahead to schedule the drop off. You can tell Bob, Robert, and Misty care about what they do and have the skill to back it up. Not to mention excellent prices!

Not sure who the woman was that answered when I called to get information about what services they provide but she was rude, rushing me, and very unprofessional to the point she wouldn't even let me talk. All I asked was do you have to do your own diagnostic or can you go based on one that was already done at a dealership to fix what they said was wrong, the dealership was backed up and I just wanted to know if that was possible, she kept cutting me off, talking over me and asking what kind of diagnostic was done, as soon as I tried explaining to her the situation and what I need she would cut me short and ask me the same question over and over. She acted as if she was already irritated just from having to answer the phone. The reply after asking the first question was very aggressive " I don't even know what car you're talking about".... even though the conversation if you can call it that, was going downhill I kept my voice calm and once again tried to speak but she cut me off again any time I started to explain but she acted as if I was about a vehicle that was already with them when I clearly asked can you go based off a previous diagnostic stating all the issues and fix it or do you have to do your own and go from there and she just didn't understand that. Hopefully, the person who answered the phone isn't a representation of the business because I see plenty of good reviews but unfortunately I wasn't able to experience the service and most likely never will. You had a customer ready to spend $1500 to $2500 based on labor and parts to bring you work and you lost it from someone who doesn't know how to listen first and ask questions afterward. How else would you know what the customers need and want?

Worse mechanic. Do not waste your time and money with them. It has been more than 7 months waiting for our car and at the end he didn't fixed. We are still waiting for SUV. He charged us a good amount of money and we paid everything for nothing. For some reason he didn't want to gave us our SUV back and always made excuses of why he is always late. I'm pretty sure he is selling parts of our suv because he is ordering parts that we didn't tell him to fix. Don't waist your time and money. Do not trust them, doesn't matter how good they look.Service: Transmission

Have taken multiple vehicles to Bob and his crew over the years. Not once have I been disappointed. Each time they have gone above & beyond my expectations with the service they provide. Bob Miarer's is by far, the best auto service company I have ever done business with! I highly recommend them to anyone with car issues. Not only do they provide incredible service to their customers, Bob also gives back to his community and genuinely cares about people. (a huge + in my book : ) ) Thanks Bob!

Bottom Line Up Front: Bob Miarer's Auto Service is were you want to service your vehicle for quality work, without being ripped off by the dealerships around town. A reputable company who is here to help you, not just out to make as much money as possible.I have had my vehicle checked and serviced here multiple times. For the first time, I'm getting honest opinions and advice for my vehicle, which have saved me thousands of dollars. My vehicles dealership won't even explain why I need the maintenance they recommend, which every time totals over $1000 after just getting my oil changed. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time with the dealerships and check out Bob Miarer's Auto Service.

What a great shop! I am new to the area and found this place through a quick google search cause the AC in my car is broken. Called and spoke to the owner who is so friendly and took the time to talk through all of the different possibilities/options before describing the the work they would do to troubleshoot. Got me in the next day, got the AC working for a very reasonable price. Then a week later, I've got a slow leak in one of my tires so I call to see if I can get an appointment soon. I guess the owner is on vacation but the guy filling in for him is equally as awesome. Told me to bring it right over, they had me in and out quickly for a very reasonable price. Additionally, he brought me the part that was defective, showed it to me, and explained how it all worked. I really appreciated the transparency both times. These guys clearly have very high standards for customer service and work, and I will go back here for anything and everything my car needs.

Bob is the most trustworthy shop in Fayetteville. I have taken my vehicles there over the years, class "A" crew. Price is awesome to the high quality work. No project vehicles, so all of the bays are open for quick turnaround times. He will work at your pace and very detailed on what your vehicle needs and why, so You! can make an informed decision.

Bob, his mechanics, and his secretary, are all outstanding individuals that do quality work! They have never once steered me wrong or "over charged" me. I was always charged my quoted price. I feel safe taking my car to Bob's shop! I know that they will fix what they promise, unlike most shops who try to get away with leaving old parts and not properly repairing vehicles...

Always quick, always friendly, and I always spend way less than anticipated. They are honest and don't try to talk you in to things you don't need. I was actually sitting in the waiting room listening to the owner try to talk a customer out of something they didn't need, even though he would make money on the install.

Bob and his crew were nothing but honest, diligent and informative. I had a motor replaced and prior to returning they found an issue with the new engine and immediately replaced it with a new one along with a great warranty. I strongly recommend going to Bob Miarer's for any and all vehicle issues.

I appreciate Bob and his team. I dropped off a car I bought as a first car for our son. I asked Bob to just give it a good inspection and fix what he felt needed to be done so it would be a safe car. We then left town to go on vacation and when we returned the car was ready to go. There was some things I have not expected needed to be done but I was good with it because I felt that Bob was an honest man or I would not have left the car there in the first place. Our son's safety is priority. I will defiantly return here in the future and recommend others to do so. Finding an Honest shop in this town is a hard thing to do. This is one in my opinion.

Been going to Bob's since I PCS'd here. Easily my favorite mechanic and I always feel taken care of. Easy to talk to and I never feel like I'm getting the run around. It would be a 5/5 stars, however, the woman that runs the reception is just so hard to work with. My wife and I have both had not-great interactions with her unfortunately.Story time: my car needed the NC vehicle inspection. I've been bringing all three of my cars there since I got here for maintenance and inspections. I call around 9AM yesterday and ask if they have any openings coming up. She answers and tells me to bring the car in at 3PM. Sounds great. At 2PM I find myself on the same street, less than a mile from Bob's. I call and see if I could get seen earlier, just to save some time. She says "I don't have any inspectors here, what time were you trying to come?" I told them I had an appointment at 3 and she said "Oh, well I don't have any inspectors here". I say "Oh, are you not going to be able to take my car at 3 either?" and she angrily goes "Sir, that's not what I said, now you can go somewhere else or you can be here at 3". I said "I'll see you at 3." I hung up and even my son in the back said "Wow, she was kinda rude". I shrugged it off because I've talked to her before and I knew it was just how she is. We find errands to do in the area and I eventually walk in at 2:52. Literally 2:52. She asks "What do you need?" when I walk in. I tell her I talked to her on the phone and I had a 3PM appointment. She goes "Sir, I told you to be here at 3". I kinda take a step back, as anyone in the military knows you don't just show up the exact time of your appointment. I tell her "I'm just a few minutes early" and she goes "Oh well I don't have any inspectors here and I don't know when they will be back". She calls some up and they tell her they will be back in 10-15 minutes. I'm completely fine with waiting because I appreciate this business and wanted to support them even though I had called like 6 hours before to schedule this. 25 minutes go by, she calls back, and they tell her they are going to Hope Mills and will be back after that. I decide then to just leave. I tell my wife I had a bad experience at Bob's in a text and without even knowing the context she said "was it with the woman at the front?".So I probably won't be going back to Bob's ever. She makes it pretty uncomfortable there and I never know who is going to pick up the phone when I call.
