I took my mom vehicle for an inspection, to my surprise the vehicle failed because of window tinting, the gentleman on the counter lied to me and said that a sedan cannot have any kind of window tinting, I paid and walked out but knowing the law I came back and asked again, this time the person changed his statement and said that the vehicle can have window tinting but my mom vehicle read 28% I walked out in total disbelief since that vehicle have the cheapest 35% that Walmart can offer, a 7% difference is simply impossible to happen unless the business machine is faulty, not calibrated correctly or the operator doesn t know how to use it. Removing the tint and get the vehicle re-inspected within 60 days at this place means nothing to me I already ordered another set of window tinting but I m deeply concerned about the integrity of this business since I truly value honesty and transparency, in the future Im not bringing my vehicles to this place, they stole my money this time but lost a loyal customer.

I walked in around 4 PM with an urgent issue. I had a nail in my tire and had to drive two hours each way in the a.m. I was received graciously, given expeditious care And I ask if it was possible to have a wheel alignment, which was done, had my oil changed and was out of the place within an hour and 25 minutes. Super. Friendly Affordable. What a great experience!

Excellent service, Nathan was very knowledgeable and kind. They had me taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The lobby and waiting area were bright and clean and inviting.

I have always preferred this location on Skibo Rd. They are very friendly and very professional, and safe for everyone including the LGBT community. They do not discriminate in the services they provide and get you in and out depending on your situation and your willingness to arrive as soon as they open (the best time for quick turnaround). I recommend this business to anyone with oil, tire and other basic vehicle maintenance.

We had important business to take care of. The car got hotter and hotter. I walked back to where Black's Tire is located and asked for help. They listened and immediately picked up our vehicle. Then we were informed the water pump is bad. They had to get one, informed us of the price and the time frame. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and they managed to get it done in less time than quoted. Thank You very much for your attentiveness!

I have been a long time customer of Black s on Skibo. Everyone there is family!Nate, Kirby, Ben Edwards, BD Jim, Walt, and all the techs are all great and have been as long as I have been a customer. All these gentlemen deserve major raises for everything great they do on a day in and out basis!

I have to admit, they provide professional service in a timely manner especially for a walk in customer. I was there to get a state inspection completed. And when he had told me that I failed for a rear tail light and brake light being out. I was in disbelief because I just checked the lights the night before, and when I asked for a price quote for them to do the repair, he said about $30-$40 bucks, I told him that he is nuts and that I would repair it myself. So then I went out to the parking lot and tested the rear lights they were on, but the brake light was inop. So I drove to the local parts store, changed out the bulb and tested everything and went back to get the inspection done and apologize for my irate attitude. While they retained a professional attitude the whole time. Blacks Tire on Skibo Road gets two thumbs UP in my book! Great Job Guys and the gal, your team is a great asset to our community.

Customer service is great. Everything else was great. I requested a power steering flush about three hours or so and I got the truck back I checked my fluid down the road it was hazy and brown and smelled burnt. I m assuming they did not perform a power steering flush. Will not be back anytime soon.

Have used Black s a couple times now and I have been satisfied each time with the cleanliness, customer service and efficiency of service i came in for. Always a pleasurable experience. Thank you for the good work and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend

I have been going there for more than 15 years (Skibo location). Everyone there is nice and friendly, and the place is clean. I went there today in order to have a flat tire replaced. I will be back next month for my safety inspection and oil change.

I went in on 2/6 for a state inspection and 30 min later I was back about my day. All the gentleman I encountered were nice and professional and would definitely recommend family and friends to that establishment for their vehicles needs.

I had wo tires installed the day after Christmas 2023 at the Skibo Road location in Fayetteville, NC. The staff is always friendly.Great service, in and out quickly. Have used Black's Tires several times over the years with no issues.

I needed a new tire and the one I wanted was out of stock, unfortunately. Didn't matter because they gave me a great deal; lower than the original tire I wanted; and installed it very quickly. They made me a very satisfied customer today and I will be returning!

I will always take all my vehicles to blacks tire on skibo or any location for that matter, but always guarantee everything to do when they either change my brake pads and rotors or whether I get an alignment done. I trust them and have never had any issues. The prices are very reasonable and not expensive and and they offer a military discount on some things. I also get my tires from them for all 3 vehicles I own. 10/10

I've been using Black's Tire for a long time. I stopped getting inspections there when they told me their equipment wasn't working. This time I wanted to have a headlight bulb changed. The technician said there was something wrong with with the vehicle, that he could not identify, causing problems with the headlight. He said I needed to pay $150 to find out what. I guess he thought I looked stupid. I took it to my dad. He changed the bulb. It works. I would complain to management if I thought they cared. I don't think they do. I just won't go back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

My first time at Black's Tire and Auto, must say I had a pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and nice. The service was fast no long wait time! Definitely highly recommend Black's Tire and Auto!!!

I called about an alignment and was told $99, got there and after a brief wait they took my car back. They aligned my car in less than 10 minutes and charged me $129. Seems a tad bit dishonest especially getting the job done so quickly. If it didn t need an alignment they could have been honest and said so.

Overly charge for oil change and fuel filter change. Never been charged 120.00 dollars labor to change a fuel filter on top of the 85 dollar cost of the fuel filter. I want use them ever again. And will tell everyone I talk to on fort liberty to not us them.
