Blacks Tire Service has yet to fail me. Today I brought my vehicle in because the right rear window in my Kia would loosely slide down and the button to roll the window up and down was not working. Black s was able to figure out my window regulator needed replacing. The part was able to be delivered within 40 minutes of the diagnostic and I was able to get everything fixed in a timely manner. They previously had to do it last year for my left rear window so I trust they were able to get the job done.Would 10/10 recommend this location!

It s a wonderful location to get your tires needs met. Every time I ve gone into this establishment, everyone has been helpful, kind, efficient and professional every step of the way. They go above and beyond and I m grateful for all the help they have provided when I m short on time and in a pinch.Their prices are fair and they are thorough with their work.Thank you

I ve been going to this location for years and have always had good experiences. The people are friendly and I ve never felt taken advantage of. Other places in town have lied to me about what I needed in order to increase my bill. I ve always felt safe here.

Always a great experience. They have an excellent staff who are always attentive, courteous, and caring. The manager, Mike King, is a major reason why the Bordeaux office has such a great reputation.

The services provided by this shop is exceptional. The entire team was very curtious and did excellent work on my vehicle. They explained in detail what was wrong and how to go about addressing my concerns. I am satisfied with the maintenance work provided and will definitely bring my vehicle back to this location for future services.

The staff is really great. But better off scheduling an appointment so you are not their for hours. I had gotten tires at another Blacks tires a month ago and they have all been great

Had an unusual situation and needed a state inspection on my classic car. Time was of the essence! The staff worked me in and I was out in 30 minutes. What a great attitude and willingness to help!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Mike was so wonderful! From the first moment I spoke with him on the phone to the moment I left with a fixed car! He was able to get the exact match of tires I needed, and I needed three. He had my car serviced right away, earlier than I expected! Bailey was just as sweet! She was so polite and helpfu! I highly recommend Black s Tire & Auto Service! I could not have asked for better service! They are truly outstanding! Thank you so much Mike and Bailey!!!Thank you so very much!!!

I called the day before for an appointment and the gentleman that answered the phone was so friendly and helpful and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The staff is so friendly this definitely will be my go to place instead of the dealership.

I waited 2 and a half hours just for a state inspection. A service that at max should have only taken 30 minutes max! Very disappointing. They never told me how long it would take or anything. I ll find somewhere else to get my state inspections done.

I put my car in at 9 and got it out before 12. Great work at a cheap price . I could even bring in my own parts from a parts store. Great service if you call and coordinate.

Fast service, I used to wait 5-6hrsFor tire rotation and alignment check at my old location. Blacks Tire took 1hr I'm very happy with that Thank you.

I love coming here. The staff is always friendly and they greet you with a lovely smile. The prices are definitely reasonable as well. All the mechanics are awesome they share great information with you as well bout your car. I love the fact that you don't have to wait to long for them to service you too. So if you ever want a wonderful place to fix your car please feel free to come see them.

Took delivery of 2024 gmc yukon from dealer in Cary truck had alignment problem straight out the factory steering wheel was locked 17 degrees to the right. Contacted dealer and took it back for them to fix it but as always they made it worse now the steering wheel was locked to the left and my wheels were cambered out as the dealership tried to compensate it. I got my vehicle back and headed straight to blacks tires. Told them what the dealership had Done. They jumped right on it and had the wheel centered and the alignment all green. The techs showed me that dealership did not remove any of the factory alignment plugs so don't know how they aligned anything. I always trust black tire to do what they say an will always use them for my vehicles needs they are very knowledgeable and perform the work right the first time thank you guys for keeping my family safe I strongly recommend blacks tires on owen drive Mike thank you so much

I took my car for inspection. My daily driver for over 2 years never had any issues at all with it. Soon as I got down the street the 4WD light started flashing I took it and had it put on a lift and there it was they unhooked a ground strap to a speed sensor guess they didn't know I was a mechanic too. Don't take your car here they are crooks owen dr fayetteville
