Staff are amazing. Quality work. My tires took a long time but for reason and they were sure to let me know why (out of their control). Great service and highly recommend! Been coming here for years. Honest people are hard to find.

Most of the visit was quite pleasant. However, I'm not completely happy with the way my car was treated. When I got back in my car, the steering wheel cover was almost completely removed, my radio was turned all the way down, my ac setting was changed and my seat settings were changed. No matter what service you have done, NONE of these things should be changed when you get your car back. There is absolutely no reason for it.

We took our vehicle to Black's on Ramsey Street for NC state inspection. The staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. There we're quite a few customers waiting in the lobby, so we asked how long it would take for the inspection to complete. They replied they were currently working on one inspection, and that there was also another inspection ahead of us, and that it will take about 45 minutes. We noticed that all the bays were full of vehicles before we walked in, so we figured it would take a lot longer than 45 minutes. While we were waiting in the lobby for our service to complete, we couldn't help but overhear the staff talking to customers on the telephone, and they treated each and every caller with respect in friendly, courteous and professional manners. As for our service, to our pleasant surprise the vehicle was done in about 45 minutes as estimated! Highly recommend you take your vehicle to Black's for your auto needs!

Black s was dope. Got my truck in quick. Got a diagnosis broken down for me and explained each one thoroughly. Had everything fixed in no time and truck is running smooth again. Employees were great and very nice. They were military friendly and prices weren t gouging. Overall, will go back and highly recommend taking your business to them if you need something done.

They truly make you feel comfortable when visiting. A very kind and respectful group of people here. The prices are the best out in Fayetteville (this is coming from a Raleigh native) and may just make this my go to place considering I m just down the street. I recommend going here but with good energy within you because it s truly peaceful here.

After going online comparing prices and reading reviews about tire companies in Fayetteville, I found myself at Black's Tires and services on Ramsey Street. I walked in and asked if I could get a new set of tires installed today and was told it would not be a problem and it was not. I decided to wait which wasn't too bad. After about two hours and forty-five minutes, my car was ready to roll. If Friendly staff and great setvice is what you're looking for, you'll find both at Black's Tire and auto services.

A walked in later in the afternoon and they got me right in for an oil change, new tires and alignment. They were professional, very courteous and quick to get everything completed. Highly recommend anyone requiring vehicle servicing go to Black s Tire & Auto!

Very friendly. Mechanic explained situation in details and turns out nothing was wrong. They could have sold me a part and work that was not needed but they were honest and told me to come back when it got worse.They didn't even charge me the fee to get my car looked at, they waived that fee. Great service, very honest, ame went well above and beyond. If there were 6 stars, I'd give them 8

Every vehicle that I've had, I've always took it here and they never disappoint. I love their superb customer service and the environment there is always so friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone to come to black and tires for all of your vehicle's needs because I do!!

They mounted and balanced a set of tires I had bought on the internet. Had them mounted, balanced and an inspection done very quickly. Lady with the bright hair behind the counter was fantastic. Firestone won't mount tires that you don't either buy from them or have shipped to their store. So I plan on coming to blacks tire from now on.

These guys were simply amazing in their expertise at Black Tire. I arrived late afternoon and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They were polite , friendly and informative as I asked questions. What a wonderful crew!

I don t live in Fayettville but visit my father who lives here. In the past I have bought tires for my vehicle at this establishment. Today my sister s car had a slow leak and the screw that caused the slow leak was removed and villainized in a courteous and efficient manner. My only complaint is this Service Center does not have a web site and the phone number does not have a voice messaging system for a potential client to know the hours of business etc especially when you call after hours.

The staff at this particular location were very courteous, accommodating, and professional. Every interaction made me feel prioritized and valued as a customer. The work on my vehicle was swift and proper. I can't stress enough how big of a deal that was for me during an already exhausting few days. You guys did a good job and that goes a long way with me

I went to Black's Tire and Auto on Ramsey St, and Ben and his crew were awesome! They went above and beyond to help my family, and it was so evident that they weren't there to just make a profit. They truly care about their customers. I will definitely be going back!

I brought my car in with a flat tire. The manger was able to repair the tire by the 1:00 closing time. Always get great service from the Ramsey street location. I highly recommend this service station.

We had all 4 tires changed and it was ready hours before we expected. Black s had the best prices on the tires I needed. The staff there are all friendly, helpful, and professional.

The front desk staff was polite and professional. The alignment on my car was disappointing my steerin wheel was tilted and the car was pulling to the right. I immediately went back to the shop which the mechanic did the alignment again but couldn't get the car to stop pulling to the right. I received a reimbursement. Still waiting for the credit to apply to my credit card.

Receptionists were very polite, friendly, and professional. Had to wait far too long but that was just the breaks of the day. The work receipt could have been explained better but that's no big deal really. At that time of day a cup of coffee would have been extremely nice. Oh, for the good old days. They did have Halloween candy though, that just might have been just as good as coffee. Thanks for that mam.

My experience was positive in all respects EXCEPT it took over 3 hours to install 4tires on my F250 Super Duty. I had a scheduled appointment with Black s Tire on Ramsey St. of 1pm. I had even called ahead 1 hr earlier to confirm the appointment was still valid. 3 hrs to install 4 in-stock tires, with a pre-scheduled appointment I consider excessive. At no time did anyone let me know what the delay was for (even after I asked).

It could not have gone easier this morning at Black's. I got in early and they were able to work on my car right away, and the whole process took less than half an hour. I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome! I received a call from Jeff at Black s Tire that my tires were in. I pulled in to their driveway about 10 minutes later; before I got parked the Service Tech was standing at my car door waiting for me to hand him my key. He immediately took my vehicle into the bay and installed 4 tires. This was by far the best and fastest service I have received anywhere in a very long time!

These people have the best customer service I have ever seen in my life hands down I would recommend them to anybody and the manager there words can't even explain I pray that he don't never leave this place and if I could put him in every store any and everywhere whether it's Walmart whatever store that needs a manager I would this man is the absolute best has the best customer service the lady at the front desk with the short haircut she is the absolute best the technicians are the absolute best they don't rush you they take their time they're very attentive and they don't take advantage of you hands down they are the absolute best I love these people they treat you like family I really wish they could do some customer service training and other places around here in Fayetteville cuz I've never experienced such great customer service for real.

(2012 VW Golf R)Went in due to low tirepressure for free air, inb4 a nail in my back passenger tire. -(_-#)Tech had it patched within ~30min and the front desk associate was very polite as well.-1 because my chair, steering wheel, and mirrors where adjusted and they'll never be the same ;(- ; )
