Super fast, helpful and refreshingly friendly. Great crew! Needed a tire patched, from beginning of phone call to me driving off, not even 45 minutes. Absolutely awesome group of people!

I needed to get a vehicle inspection and stopped in at Black s Tires on Raeford Road. I was seen right away. The woman at the desk ( I forget her name) was very nice and courteous, she got me on and out. The guy who checked me out was also courteous and conversational. It was an overall great experience. I would recommend this place to my friends. I ll be back for some tires.

The service and work ethic here is unmatched with ANY place I ve ever been to. No joke this particular location has the friendliest, speediest, and efficient team. I have recommended this place to my coworkers who have also switched to BTS and have been extremely impressed with the service they ve gotten. I can t sing their praises enough!

I was looking for a new tire service company and my son recommended Black's Tires and Auto Service. I called ahead asking if an appointment was necessary.Their response "Come by any time!". I went during my lunch hour to have a tire repaired. I sat ina very comfortable waiting room while the tire was fixed and in less than an hour, I was back on my way to work. The price was excellent and Angie is wonderful! They have a new repeat customer!

Brought my truck in as a walk in on Saturday. Had a pretty nice screw stuck in my driver front tire and could not plug it myself. Brought it to the professionals and had them do a patch/plug. Luckily it wasn t near the sidewall. Had a couple of customers in front of me, so it was a little wait, but they have a nice waiting area with some refreshments. I highly recommend Black s Tire if you re ever in need of tire repair or replacement.

I was recommended to use Black s by Enterprise in 2019 by them when I first purchased my vehicle. Of this I am grateful because the experience is always positive.When I walked into the location in Fayetteville I was immediately made to feel wanted and cared for. I will return to Black s and particularly to the Raeford Rd. location to have my vehicle serviced.

I never have a bad experience of blacks tire. Every time I come, the staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Today I needed a simple tire rotation and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I have the expectation to be there two hours based on their usual busyness. I was very impressed with the staff, and even the other people in the lobby are always kind and patient. 10 of 10 recommend.UPDATE 2 APR 24- still saying the same thing about this company. You d think it was in a small time owned by the family that s been here 100 years. Just kind, friendly service that s reputable and honest. They ll do what you ask but they won t offer to do things you don t need. I m grateful I can walk in unexpected and even throw curve balls their way in the middle of service!

The folks at Blacks Tire are wonderful! We were checking our daughter s tires before sending her out on couple hour road trip and noticed a gash in the side of one of them. We went in a little worried and less than an hour before they closed but they fit us right in. They had a tire for us and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! They were so friendly and helpful!

Great work and customer service. Walked in off the street for an oil change and concerned with a wobble . Mike & Wanda were great, they worked me in and found the issue. Fixed in a few hours and saved me big bucks repairing an almost certain more expensive future problem.I highly recommend this place.

My 77 year old mom had her car towed there. There was a transmission issue alert that came on the dash and it would come on but not drive for her. It drove for them so we showed a picture of the dash with the error message. They THEN said they would have to do a diagnostic check. All they did after that was make the error message go away and charge her $120 for the diagnostic check and told her if you have trouble again take it to a transmission shop. They could gave just told her that when they saw the error and knew they didn t work on transmissions!!! But they did the diagnostic anyway and charged her $120.

One of those scammy mechanics who try and take advantage. I went in and was told my car only takes synthetic oil, I said no it doesn t and that I had only ever put in tradition and they said that s what I had to get for my car, so I told them I wanted the cheapest synthetic then and they told me okay that s this 60 dollar one . When I picked up my car my bill had gone up to 97 dollars. How it did that they couldn t tell me and put me off about it since I wasn t asked to do anything additional. They also told me my breaks were reaaaaalllly bad, and I shouldn t be driving like that and needed to have them replace them , I knew I had just had new break pads within the past year, which I told them and decline new ones, so I went to my regular mechanic the next week and he said that was completely made up what they had told me and whoever told me that was a complete scammer. Tried discussing all this issues before leaving the store and was completely ignored because he totally knew what he was doing was wrong.

Main 3 issues I've seen/had with this particular Black's T&A Serv.1st) overpriced services-I understand making money is why ppl mostly go into any business venture. But, there is a point where the price outweigh the service.Ex: a 3rd party replacement rear brake light assembly (snap in/out connection wire) + screwdriver + <10 min laborDYI- $90Black's- $553*not isolated to this service2nd) High staff turn over-which causes interruptions in quality service. Service counter attendant making mistakes and not being accountable for mistakes or unnecessary confusion. Service techs are also not always the best quality. Some instances, the price made me get a 2nd opinion to only find out that I almost paid for an unneeded service. Its ok to charge hi-tier pricing, only if hi-tier service comes with it!3rd) poor quality brakes- My brakes are under warranty but always seems to degrade quickly. From day 1 they make grinding/squealing noises and sometimes vibrate while braking. I've had them replaced 3 times under the warranty and each new set preformed the same as the last. I repeatedly bought it the staffs attention and all they do is offer new brakes under the warranty and of course rotorsto be changed out....which is not under warranty.Im not by any means financially challenged but still do practice reasonable and responsible buying habbits. Just trying to find where are the good quality reputable mechanic shop located????

Great Service!!!! Used them several times. Had oil changed, new tires, tire rotation....I discovered them because it was raining and I desperately needed air in my front left tire....well Anthony not only did my one tire he checked all four....Highly recommend....

The whole staff was really nice and welcoming from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. Truly appreciated the efficiency and transparency. Definitely will come back for any future needs

First time using Black's tire Service I was completely and thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility the knowledge of the staff and Mr James Brown was an excellent individual to be dealing with during my tire purchase. He was friendly upfront and honest and he made my decision all the more easier. Thank you Mr Brown for making this the best experience I've ever had purchasing a tire.

A few months ago I purchased 2 new front tires for my son's car. A slow leak developed shortly after, and air needed to added to right front tire. I told him to take it to Black's Tire to have it corrected. Due to him being a single parent and working long hours every day, he did not have time and continued to periodically add air to the tire. He complained about it again this past weekend and I sent him home with my car and took his car back to Black's to have the problem corrected. They found trash/corrosion between the rim and the tire, cleaned it off and fixed the problem. Not a problem until they insisted on charging me $27.00. This trash/corrosion should have been taken care of during installation of the tires. I explained this to the assistant manager. He said they do not inspect or clean the rims when putting on tires and I would have to pay $27.00. It's not the money but the principal. In my opinion this is an example of poor tire installation procedures. I paid the $27.00 but will not spend another dime there.

The moment I stepped into Black's, I felt comfortable. The front desk people were kind, and this is at 7:30 am. The mechanics are just as nice, and helpful. My truck runs better than ever. This is my new vehicle place. Thank you all! Rupert Lucas
