This particular location has been one of my two go to places for vehicle maintenance and repair. They have always been incredibly courteous, timely, efficient, and informative. Specifically, the last time I came in, I was brought in to my vehicle with the mechanic who explained what he heard, showed me how he came to the conclusion he came to, and took me an office associate for pricing. The lady at the desk was super helpful, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable on vehicle parts. Later, the mechanic took the time to call me about the repair and what he get were the best courses of action and actually listened when I asked questions. If I wasn t already impressed with this store, that alone would have made me a customer for life. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend to others this particular location.

I m so late with this review I ve been busy! I went in last Friday for an inspection for my car and was strapped for time. The ladies there were so pleasant and helped to get me in. I believe their names were Jesse and Shiloh Had my car back in less than 30 minutes. Anyways, awesome services and awesome people. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding service by Ms. Porsche Miles at the desk, and the entire staff in the bays. Addressed my needs, saved me some money, and I was out the door extremely satisfied and a smile on my face. Rare these days, but not at BTS on Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville, NC. This specific BTS location is my go-to auto service location! Honest, fair prices and genuine customer service. Well done team, I recommend you to everyone I know and meet seeking quality, honest tire & auto services.

Well I had my little ones with me and I must say for it to be a car shop they were definitely tolerant of my small children! Even gave them coloring books and crayons and that was enough for me to leave 5 stars!!! I thought it was going to be a couple hours however the mechanic moved so quickly I believe we were only there for about an hour! I highly recommend blacks tire & auto

They were able to get me in on short notice to check my tire. While it couldn t be repaired, there was no hard sell for more than what I absolutely needed. I ll be back for the other three!

I had a tire emergency and called the Bragg Blvd location at 5pm to see if they could help me although they closed at 5:30 PM. They told me to come right in and even drove to another location to get the tires that I needed. They worked on my car for the next hour, and I went home with new tires and peace of mind. Thank you so much!

I have dealt with Porshe, the General Manager here on multiple visits. One issue required some follow-up. Porshe and her staff are always on their game and provide exemplary customer service. I also never feel like there are forced upsells. I really feel she has the customer s best interests at heart and helps build Blacks brand.

I had awesome tire replacement at Black s Tire Service on Bragg Blvd. They were ready for me at my pre-selected appointment time and I was out the door an hour sooner than expected. My tires look and feel great on the road. The counter staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Everything was explained regarding warranty and questions I had were answered.

I left the Black Tires on Raeford Road in Fayetteville NC and went back to my original Black Tires on Bragg BLVD because of one reason..customer service is so much better on Bragg BLVD.

Black's Tire and Auto have been keeping my car running for years! I always have experienced excellent service. Porsha and J.R. are so friendly and helpful and everything they do to keep me safe on the road.I always recommend Black's!! Thank you for all you do!!

It had been several years since I had been to Black 's Tire & Auto Service. I needed a wheel alignment and Black 's was my first choice. I loved the convenient location, close to my home & the convenient way to make an appointment on line or by phone. I used a phone call and was given an early appointment the next day! I was greeted very politely and work on my car began within 15 to 20 minutes after my arrival. Waiting area was very clean, comfortable and decorated with adorable fall decor! A Complimentary chilled bottle of water was offered to me. Within an hour, my car's wheels had been aligned! My car was backed up close to the door, ready for my departure. The charge for service was very reasonable and the service personnel and receptionists were most cordial. I was delighted that I returned for the awesome service of Black's Tire & Auto Service! I will recommend them to my family members and friends. I drove away very satisfied, feeling safe and moving smoothly. Thank you so very much

Was there on 11 Dec 23 for an inspection on my car, checked in with my car registration, had a seat and was done in reasonable time. Paid and checked out, came home and determined that they forgot to return my registration to me. Went back to retrieve it, after 10 minutes of searching they looked into the trash can and found it. Not to concerned with forgetting to return the registration, however, they chose NOT to call to ask me to pick it up,(name, address, and telephone number on the registration) instead they tossed it in the trash can. I Will not bring any of my vehicles to this place again, customer service need a lot of help.

I have nothing but outstanding performance for the staff and especially my favorite Porsche. She s always professional courteous and friendly. I could take my two vehicles anywhere in Spring Lake or Fayetteville but I come to her store. Staff always friendly and the store and bathroom always CLEAN.

I had to stop by for a VERY much needed oil change. Excellent customer service, options were simplified and provided to me in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour.

My grandma took her car here for an oil change and later the car kept making a weird noise. She went back and they couldn t find anything wrong. The next day she went back and they still couldn t find anything wrong and told her to come back when they were less busy. She took the car to the dealership and in two minutes found the oil can was loose from when the oil was changed. She returned to this location and told them what happened and all she got was an okay . The workers here are incompetent and lack customer service skills. Thankfully my grandma will not be coming back here anymore.

I had a nail in my tire. I understand it was rather busy but I waited almost 2 hours. Just as I was about to leave, my car was taken in and I was out in about 15 minutes. It would be helpful to have 2 lines - one for short service and another for involved services. Just saying!

Problem Resolved, March 7, 2024 I would like to thank the Bragg Blvd location for the prompt attention to my concerns. I got a call yesterday to schedule an appointment. They called this morning to confirm, and my brakes were replaced within an hour. This is the type of service I am accustomed to receiving from Black's Tires. I gave the manager 5 stars because she took the time out to resolve the issue. "Update March 1, 2024: I've been taking my truck back to Black's tires on Raeford Road because the brakes were grinding at least 5 times. Each time, they said nothing was wrong. I took my truck to 2 other shops, and they said the brakes need to be replaced. The last time I took my truck to Black's tires, they told me my brakes were out of warranty. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEM AGAIN WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE DONE UNDER WARRANTY. I'm still waiting for the district manager to give me a call. It's been 3 months."I will NEVER take my vehicles to Black's Tires again, especially the Raeford Road location in Fayetteville. I have been supporting them for over 20 years. The service over the last 2 years has been unacceptable. They have overcharged me for services they broke while working on my vehicles. I requested to speak with management several times, and no one would return my phone calls.

Quick and affordable!!! I have been coming here with all of my vehicles and will always come here. I love the people and the service is ALWAYS amazing! Only other person to touch my car is my hubbin :D

Super helpful and friendly. I drive from Parkton to this specific store to have my vehicle serviced because they're professional and provide excellent service. Very patient and understanding when it came to my triplets. Gave them toys and items to keep them occupied which helped tremendously.

Went to this establishment on the 5th of Feb, thinking I needed a a new sensor for my back tire, but they just needed to be resetted, and they did this for me free of charge, thanks to the the 2 beautiful women who assisted me that day, definitely will be returning
