Bill and his team are the best in town for your car's electrical troubles. He was actually and independently recommended by two other mechanics we usually use to keep our 2007 Acura running. We're so glad we gave Bill's Auto Electric our business and will definitely keep them in mind for any future car electrical issues. They fixed our immediate troubles and walked us through how we might be able to get ahead of some potential future electrical faults, (she is an older car, after all). Bill is easy to talk to and simplifies complicated, technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by someone without an electrician's background--like me. If you are stuck on an electrical car puzzle, give Bill and his team a chance to help you out!

Do not go here. I came here hearing tons of good things about them and turns out all that was false. My positive car battery cable wasn't even tightened all the way!! At an auto electric shop, unacceptable. 4 weeks they had my car and I get it back with a check engine light on after have driving it only 50 miles. Which was not on when I dropped it of! Again do not go here!

Bill seemed very fair with pricing and as a knowledgeable mechanic myself... he spoke truth in his explanation to a particular issue. I would trust his work.

I had no idea there was a place in town that does just auto electric until the Chevy dealership mentioned Bill s when I called them. My truck had been in the shop for 3 weeks and they couldn t find the issue. Bill found the issue within an hour. He does amazing work and very affordable.

First they stripped all the screws where my fuel pump assembly & fuel sending unit mounts into the fuel tank and blamed it on the previous person working in that area. Little did they know, I (vehicle owner) is the last person working in the exact same area. I am 1000% sure that they were NOT stripped when I brought the car to them. Then they replaced my dashboard cluster and now my vehicle's miles are off by 100K plus miles. The employee "Norma" never told me that the miles would not match prior to the repair. Once I explained to her the miles being off is a problem, she "what you want us to do, we can put the old cluster back on"! I said, can you guys find out if the miles can be calibrated? Norma then says NO you can do that yourself. At this point I'm just disappointed in the lack of communication, poor customer service, and the lack of ownership/honesty in those screws being stripped. Definitely the first & last time I am bringing them any of my business. In addition, I was referred to this place ....What a waste of 5 weeks of my time.Service: Electrical

My car needed a ECM module. They found me one that was not expensive. I was very pleased because they always called and let me know what was going on. I have my car back, I am happy. Thank you all so much, I will refer people with a.c n electrical problem to you guys any time. May God bless you uh all real good

They were very thorough and answered all of my questions even though very busy. I was also given two options for repair, one of which was significantly less than the other. I appreciate any business that let's the customer decide, rather than just going with the higher priced option. They also detailed what additional repairs I might want to consider in the future. That will be a big help when I save up the funds.

By far the most knowledgeable mechanic I've met. Bill is the best out, not only did he reconfigure my electrical components, my radiator went to cap and he helped me install it on the spot. They need more companies like this for sure. Customer satisfaction indeed

If you have a auto electrical issue please see Bill at his shop. I went over to his establishment to see if he had any openings as my car was having an electrical issue and I explained my situation with my turn signals. Not only did he help me solve my electrical connector issue within 30 min of exploring it, but he guaranteed me he was 99.9% sure he knew what the problem was and he was right. With the many non scrupulous companies out there BIll went out of his way to help me out which could have easily caused me unnecessary out of pocket expenses and for that his candor is definitely worth merit. thanks

I went to Ford to get my signals fixed and they said they couldn't fix it because of my car not being able to hook up to their computer for the codes. So they said I need a PCM which cost $1,000 in order for it to work. So the total would had been 1,895 or little more for the labor. I decided to get a second opinion and found Bill through Google. He checked everything out and come to find out I didn't even need a PCM and saved me over 1000 that I would of wasted getting so glad I decided to check out Bill. I would recommend him to others and my friends. Thanks Bill

As with most older cars, ECM's go bad eventually. I have a 2006 Caddy CTS that's been as good as gold to me over the years and I don't want to replace it until I have to. When the ECM started acting up, my regular mechanic stated it was above his head to replace it and directed me to Bill's Auto Electric as the only shop in town he would recommend.For under $850, they replaced the ECM and gave me a warranty on the new aftermarket one they installed. Their total price was $250 below what the Caddy dealership wanted for the part alone, not even counting labor.Totally satisfied customer here.Service: Electrical

Quality work from a Awesomely quality person an Business that knows the right thing the first time around not ack an forth waiting an guessing about the problem . Checking in to it an analysising it right the first time around an keeping you posted not playing games . Also reasonably priced for the work an effort in doing it right . A true blessing in the Auto electronic business not just pocking guessing about what the issue is . God only makes those that have been there to get it done right on time . Making sure you are satisfied with the service and results . I don't recommend someone I wouldn't trust my own Electrical needs with trust comes with knowledge an experience .

They are the Best Automobile Electric System Repair Facility in Fayetteville NC. Had problems with my Lincoln, could not keep the battery charged. Took it to the Ford and Lincoln repair shop and they replaced the battery and alternator and said the problem was fixed. Four weeks later the same problem happened again. Took it back to them and they replaced the battery and alternator again. That did not fix the it, same thing again. Took it to Bill's Auto Electric, they fixed it and I have not had any problems since. Keep up the great work, and I am letting everyone know that you are the Best in town.....Willie Harris

Definitely the place to go if you are having auto electrical issues. You have to get there early on Monday mornings to get scheduled. If they run out of space you'll have to wait until next Monday to try again. Awesome service.

took a car in for heater blower problems. I was told i needed a Resister,, a wiring harness, and a Blower Motor!! I didn't want to spend that kind of money!! I went to another shop, and they found I needed a PLUG!!! the plug was replaced!! Problem Solved!!! RIP OFF!! Be careful of this place!!

Im very happy with the repairs and price. I had electrical wiring issues, that prevented me from passing state inspection and Bills fixed it. I highly recommend Bills for anyone with auto electrical issues.
