Auto lines are never long...and that's a good thing. Maybe just one or 2 vehicles ahead of me most of the times when I go for inspection. Also, the wait time sitting inside isn't long as a lot of other places. And the workers are pretty cool/nice.

If we could give them 10 we will. I recommended going here if you a have problem in your car. Staff here are very humble and honest. They will give you the best service you needed. Zee & Dee the two women, they really helped us alot! Best service over all here in NC!

Bestco sold me two good used tires at a fair price with a seven day warranty. They're friendly and fast. They towed a car for me a few years ago. Good service. I highly recommend Bestco.

Took my car there today for a state inspection and would highly recommend it. I was a little skeptical considering it was about twice as far as some other locations, but it took me longer to get there than it did to get the inspection done, which was only about 10 minutes without an appointment! I barely had enough time to pull out my book in the waiting room. Definitely worth the drive

I was trying to find a cheaper state inspection/emissions testing in Fayetteville. Since I normally pay 30 bucks at Jiffy Lube. I didn t wanted to pay that amount. I wanted to save money. So, I tried Bestco Auto Shop. Because, one of the reviews said, it s has the cheapest inspection testing here in Fayetteville. But turns out it s not. I ended up paying more, because they said I have a aftermarket tint, which added extra 10 buck to the bill. Paying total of 40 dollars. FML. Jiffy Lube didn t charge me tinting fee at all when I did my emissions testing with them every year. My advice is talk to the technician, and get an estimate before doing the servicing for your vehicle.

Best and easiest inspection I've ever had. Dudes fixed my minor deficiencies on the spot during the inspection so I would be good to go the first time. Everyone was extremely helpful and efficient. There is absolutely nowhere that you should go except for here

I was nervous about bringing in my car for an inspection because my car registration had been expired for a few months now due to life circumstances. But Bestco has friendly people who are professional and knowledgeable. They laughed with me, not at me, and I left in a better mood with plenty of time to get lunch before going back to work. Your vehicle and your self is in good hands here.

My kids and I get treated so nicely here. They have a waiting area and usually you're in and out within a decent time frame! They will answer any questions and show you why they recommend a particular service. My family members were from out of town and they loved the service they received while here. Reasonable prices as well!!

I had a great experience with the personnel. When I called this morning, customer service answered the phone right away, and I booked an appointment the same day. Mr. Wayne Barnes was very friendly knowledgeable, and he did a great job with my carThank you, Bestco!!

went to the tire side to get a tire plug. One gentleman was on a tire truck throwing tires down to another guy. I assume neither one saw me, so I began to walk into the the customer service lounge. The guy on the truck begins to yell Hey Hey Hey and then begins to complain that I walked right by and into his business. I turned around came out the door and he then told me to move my car to the customer parking on the side. Just a thought. As a customer I have no idea how many people are working at a place. Generally customers can go into a customer service lounge without any problems and see if there was any other staff to help. Learned my lesson. By the way I go to the inspection side all the time with my personal cars, my parents cars, my kids cars, and my company cars. That side is always nice and professional

I have been a customer for many years now. I used to have a Nissan Sentra that was about 20 years old and that is when my relationship began with this business. My Nissan is long gone but I now take my other vehicles to them, because I trust them. I drive out of my way. Back when I owned my Nissan I went to an inspection station near my home, totally unaware I paid the extra "fix this, fix that" charges so I could pass inspection, only to find later there was nothing wrong with the things they "fixed." I spoke to my mechanic after that and he referred me to Bestco. I haven't gone to anyone else since and that's been well over 20 years or more. You get an inspection without them finding extra things (nonexistent) to pad your bill, with extra charges. I find the staff to always be courteous and professional.
