Today I was helping a person change a tire and the provided jack was not getting the job done. I ran here and spoke with Green who provided me with different options he had to assist me and I was ultimately able to help the gentleman change his tire. I really appreciate their trust and kindness.

The staff was extremely nice. I sat there from 8 am to 12. It was told to me that it would take about an hour and half (fix a stud on rear passenger side) and was told with parts and labor it would be 100 dollars (after I was told 90 by the place that sent me to them), then it went to 102, then the wrong part was in the system so they kept trying to find another one. Finally after 4 hours of waiting, it got figured out. Then I get told it would now be 125 dollars because they had to get the part from the dealership. Just ready to get out of there, I just paid. I think after 4 hours of waiting, they could have at least kept with the 100 dollar price. The staff kept me updated with what was going on. But overall was not very impressed. Definitely felt like I was getting screwed around a bit.

Job took almost a week longer than quoted, had some issues even though it took longer than anticipated. Thankfully the representative I spoke with brought some of them to my attention and made sure my A/C was fixed as it worked when the vehicle was brought in; even if it required them to stay later. My line for my gas cap was undone and wasn t reconnected along with some small issues. Great customer service and honest guys just disappointed with time for repairs and the small mistakes don t necessarily instill confidence when your trusting someone to assemble a complex machine that gets you to work. I m sure if I had brought attention to them on these issues immediately they would ve fixed them, I just wish it wouldn t have taken that for it to have been handled.

Place is a total rip off. Went here earlier this year to have fuel pump replaced, I suspected they didn't actually do anything and just took my money and acted like they fixed it. I confronted them about it and they insisted that I pay $100 more for them to "look" at my car they just "fixed", I refused to pay that and just left. My suspicions were correct here I am 5 months later with a failing fuel pump and another auto shop telling me it was never actually replaced. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

I have gone to Hinson Tire & Auto with several of my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always know that I can count on them to get my issues resolved quickly and efficiently without trying to hassle me like some places around town. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for me with my vehicles. I can definitely say that I am a loyal customer to this business. I recommend anyone looking for honest and reputable service to make this your first and last stop!

I stopped at this shop during the middle of a long road trip and the service couldn t have been better from the receptionist to mechanics.Dennis quickly diagnosed the problem and even stayed late to get it fixed/me back on the road. Best experience I ve had at an auto shop in years.

Everyone was polite and professional. We were the only ones there at the time and I had my young daughter with me. They asked if the movie on the TV was appropriate for her and when I mentioned it wasn't they changed it right away. Service was fast and what I asked for. Will return.

Went in for an out of state vehicle inspection and they were extremely professional and quick with the services. Only charged me for what was need and I got out in under an 45 min. Extremely impressed and will be returning

Tito was a very pleasant person to be around. This place very professional for a mechanic shop. They definitely have fun in there don't get me wrong the prices are great and the staff was friendly. One of the most important things when I go somewhere is honesty and they have it. They won't suggest something you don't need HUGE bonus. If you have to have your vehicle serviced I suggest going here every time! They have truly gotten a new long term customer in me.

I will always come to this place to have my vehicle repaired. The employees are patient and kind. They also did not charge me an arm and a leg. I was having a real stressful day with my car getting towed to them and they made my stress disappear. They worked with me and knew how badly I was being treated by a company I pay for roadside assistance. I recommend anyone needing great customer service and quality work done on their vehicle to come here.

They have always provided good quality work on their services at a reasonable price for the service or repair. No appointments are needed, it is a 1st come,1st serve service. They do most maintenance and repair work, from oil changes and tune-ups to parts replacement and AC work.

Starting from the beginning, Jennifer was professional and her customer service skills alone is what kept me on the phone to even inquire of services needed! I had called a few prior who were not very nice. Green was the mechanic who changed my sparkplugs and then I went back for my engine mount changed. Dennis showed me what the damage was before fixing it and that helped assure me of what I felt was one of the issues with my car. I will say I traveled across the country from AZ to here and God spared my son and my life because the mount was extremely bad. I informed Jennifer they needed a new sign that reads "We want your business, not your money!". The reason I say that is because they were honest and good business wants customers back for life. Just money is one time but business is what every establishment should thrive for in order to succeed.

I can't rave more about this auto shop. They are kind and wonderful people, they know what they are talking about and do spectacular work with the best intentions! We have been bringing our cars here for several years and I will always return here! Their customer service is friendly and quick! Their attention to detail and their ability to care about every situation your car might be in makes them a priceless go-to nessesity.Really, I could go on. But the bottom line is, these are great people and they do a very good job!Thanks guys for taking care of us everytime we come in!

The owners and mechanics are really professional, really nice and honest. Really clean place AND they don't rip you off. Will not go anywhere else except here. I also love the fact that they give great prices. Thank you guys. You're awesome!

Outstanding service, professional and courteous. I had a nail in my tire and had a plug repair until purchasing new tires. They allowed me to video and photograph the process for my godson who enjoys vehicles, good learning for me too! I highly recommend their services and will use again if needed.

Employees are all nice and care about the customers. You feel relaxed and welcomed when you go in the shop and can be confident that the job will get done correctly because of the professionalism of the mechanics. Great service and great pricing I wouldn't go to any one else for my car.

By far the best auto repair shop in Fayetteville. They are the most honest people and kept me fully informed about my car while it was being serviced. Not to mention the prices are awesome. These people are the best, i won't ever take my car anywhere else!

Great customer service, friendly staff, I would definitely recommend going there. I went for my state inspection and they got it done quickly. I called ahead and they were able to answer all my questions before I got there, including if they were busy at the moment, which is always a factor to consider if you have kids with you.

Actually was on my way to another store for a wheel alignment then look to my left and seen a car with 26's or 28's Rims. Soon I walk in was greeted by I believe her name is Jennifer (DESERVES A RAISE ) she was nice and told me the she only been there for like 6 months and told me the small print that most companies are scared to tell you. First auto shop I've been to and will be the last. No B's about your vehicle, told me what he did, what he could do and what he recommended to do in the future. Was quick, simple, and cheap. If you're on base, go here.

Zack is the man . I came in to get an alignment on my car and they were backed up from the day before, I had an appointment with them for that day but they apologized for the inconvenience and still made room for my car to get work on that morning. Great people ! I recommend this shop for their professionalism and pricing !!! Thank guys !!!

Informative, friendly, quick service, competitive pricing. Started smelling oil or gas fumes periodically while driving so needed to figure out what was wrong. First time getting automotive work done in Fayetteville so I did a quick Google search to point me in the right direction. Glad I came here, and would recommend to others.

Just dropped my car off here today. Praying all the reviews do me justices. They seem like great people and was nice to me. and I'm willing to give them a try other place in Fayetteville aka jiffy lube are liers and don't even do oil changes like they are supposed to. So hopefully they workout

Great things come in small packages.I looked around on google maps for a good mechanic based on reviews, and saw this place had a 4.2, so o decided to come in for grinding noises. When I got here I noticed it was a bit small but figured why not. They gave it to me straight and Tito literally showed me all the parts that were messed up and explained what and why it was happening. Not to mention the price wasn't too bad at all.
