I have visited many garages over the years from dealerships to small mechanic shops, none like this! It's a small garage however, the owner and staff are honest, professional and technically efficient. I have had the pleasure of dropping off my vehicles several times and each time extremely pleased with the outcome. They will quote you a price and if it is higher they go to the extreme to find you the lowest price for the materials. They will ALWAYS call or in my case, came to the front door to get approval for a price change. They are fast and efficient with your car repair. B&W will not sell you services or products you don't need and the will troubleshoot a problem and tell you exactly what you need and don't need. Thank you, Hilda

These guys have been in business since I can remember I was a little kid riding my bike through there lot my family has taken their vehicles to their shop since I can recall now I take my vehicles there all I can say is if you want great service and honest customer service look no further these guys are the best Larry and Wayne best mechanics on the north side of Fayetteville!!! .

I am a very easy going person, but these two guys are very PETTY. They took personal offense at my shopping preference and decided to KICK me out of their shop! Be careful around them as they don t care about you. They obviously have enough money to NOT CARE. I think they enjoy being IN CONTROL, and abusing other people.Here is my story. I had used their service around 3 times. The first time I went for an inspection, when my car didn t pass, he got upset and told me he couldn t do anything about it. Rather sour experience, but I decided to give them another chance. Second time I took my van in and they did a good job, and I was happy with their service, but they busted my air intake when they were changing belts. They put electrical tape around my air intake and told me I needed to pay for it? $300 The third time was a very weird, as I took my car back in to work on the AC and exhaust and I also had an extra project with go-kart tires. Well, I had found a place in town that would do the tires for $50, so I asked them to price them out and they came back with an $80 price, so I decided to take them to other place, of course. Well, when I got to the other place, they had made a mistake and could not do them at all. Bummer right? So I took them back to this shop and they said they don t deal with people like me?! They made fun of me and then they said to take my keys, as they are not working on my vehicles. I was stunned. I even asked them what they would do in my situation and that replied that they would do the same thing as me, trying to save $30. At this point I am just confused and angry at the same time.Save yourself some frustration. Go somewhere else.Service: A/C installation & repair

Wayne and Larry are my go to guys for any mechanical work that I need done for my vehicles. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I have suggested their services to my friends and co workers and have always heard back that they were happy with the service they received. I have also been impressed with their prices compared to other shops I have dealt with.

These guys are the best. They have worked on 2 of my vehicles. They replaced a clutch on my car and a fule pump on my truck. They replaced 2 tires on my truck as well. I am definitely going back to get the other 2 tires replaced. My only regret is that I didn't go to them first. I would trust them with any job. Thank you so much for your excellent work great deals.

I ve been going here since 2012 I moved out of town for a year and a half and went back today for my inspection. Prior to going I called to ask a question about some paper work for my car. I was told everything would be fine just bring my registration. Went in and saw some guy I never saw before, his demeanor was repulsive. I will NEVER go back and family and friends that I have recommended this place to will be taking their business else where once I tell them how nasty he was!!!! Do not go here doesn t matter how many pennies you save!

Went to get back brakes done for my tohoe. After going around getting high prices from everyone else. The gentlemen at B&W worked with me with fair price and same high quality work. I would recommend all' friend and family to them. Thanks a lot B&W for gettong me back on the road.

It has a slower paced rural feel to it. None of the hustle-bustle of the high rent big city locales. Wayne and Larry will treat you honestly and fairly. Those Guy's have been here many years.

I have gone here multiple times for a simple inspection. Every time there is not only terrible customer service but they are extremely rude. I highly recommend going anywhere else but here.

Take your vehicle to Dave at Fayetteville automotive 4410 Murchison Rd my bad experience happen 3 years ago @ B&W never been back since.

Zero customer service, one of them walked right past me without a word. The other guy was too busy watching TV to offer any help. Reluctantly provided a receipt. Come to find out they didn't even do the job. Won't go here again, that's for sure.

This place is HORRIBLE! I attempted to use them three different times during the last two years( 2014-2016); each time (they were rude, too busy drinking coffee & watching TV, and acted like it was a hassle to assist/talk to me. I would rather walk than take my vehicle to them. If you want "QUALITY" auto parts & services, you probably not want to go to them!
