Very helpful! This was my first purchase from a salvage yard and I called them at least 3-4 times over 3-4 days with various questions and requests. Each time they were patient and helpful. They loaded the part (a car hood) for me when I went to pick it up. Will definitely come here again if I need a used vehicle part.

Needed a door handle for my daughters car today and received the most disrespectful service. If you don t want our business that s fine, but to completely ignore me any my daughter was uncalled for. The old guy made it known that we were not welcome. Maybe we weren t of the right complexion but Amazon had the part for $11. Just would have rather support a local business as well as showing my daughter how to find parts. I was told before not to go to this place but I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Jokes on me. Thanks for nothing B&B. I would not ever recommended this place.

I just called inquiring as to a part and I they had my vehicle in stock. I asked if they knew of anyone in the area that carried my make and model in the local area and was told no he did not know of anyone. I told him thank you very much and he just hung up on me. Apparently customer service is definitely not on their list in doing business.

Very pleasant experience!!! The couple running the place was super nice and helpful. Couldn't drive the car off the lot because I couldn't obtain insurance yet, but they met me after hours once I got my insurance so I could take my car home that day. Very helpful and nice people. Noticed a light was out and they even fixed it immediately and with great customer service! So glad I came here. Thank you guys!

They have great salvage vehicles. I found this place when I was in high school and bought my 1st car there. Loved it and later bought another from them. Just last month bought my daughter's 1st car there. I know it will be a good car because mine were. My family has probably bought 10 cars from B and B. It is always the place to go when looking for a used car.

Mom and pop are the best! I have bought four salvage vehicles for them so far three for my children. They have turned out to be great vehicles. B&B does a wonderful job restoring Salvage vehicles. They are extremely detailed when it comes to paperwork . Which makes it all the easier buying the vehicle and getting tag done at the DMV. Very impressed!

Great selection of vehicle parts. Mr. Bullard and staff go out of their way to help you. Prices are very reasonable and they will take off the part if you desire at a nominal charge. Best salvage yard in Fayetteville. Great customer service!!!

See part on website. Call them about the part. I get a price. I drive over and ask about the part. The guy at the counter looks out the window and sees the car the part is supposed to be on and sees its gone. So I called this guy to confirm the part and he couldn't even take two seconds to look outside to see it was gone. I wasted a good bit of time and passed many other salvage yards because I thought they knew they had the part. If I wanted to roll the dice id just go to a pick your own part place.

I called and asked for a good alternator they said they had 2. Both of them had bad pulleys and they still tried to sell it to us $30 cheaper than a new one.

Pretty standard service they dont go above and beyond.. But you should know what you want if they got it they got, if they dont they dont. Prices are reasonable and wait time is pretty good

Customer is expected to locate vehicle and approve parts sight unseen. There was no one available to retrieve parts so we had to return the next day.
