Cynthia was a godsend.We stopped for gas and after pumping our car wouldn't start. The battery died! Cynthia Hill happened to be at the pump beside us and immediately offered her battery pack to help us get going again. I just can't express my gratitude enough.

I went to AutoZone due to a blown fuse in my pickup truck. I had no idea what fuse or where it is located.Not only was I shown where to find said fuse. The install was done for me, using my truck s spare fuse!I was helped by Ronald D. #0421He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful.Ronald s performance will definitely get AutoZone recommended to my friends and family!Ronald reflects great and well deserved credit on himself, other store automotive professionals, and on the entire AutoZone community as a whole. He should be commended!

We were helped by Cayden for battery change. He was extremely knowledgeable and super nice. He offered different options for the battery He only took a few minutes to change the battery. Within 10 minutes we were out of the store. We tried to tip him but he wouldn't take it at all. Thank you for the awesome experience Cayden. He deserves a raise.

HUGE kudos to Bill this morning!! I had a loose battery cable and he came out and tightened it up for me! Was very pleasant and was more than happy to help. I no longer worry about getting stranded! THANK YOU BILL!!

A manager gave me the wrong part. Should take more care in getting the correct part number. Had to make a trip back up to the store using the neighbor's vehicle. The online part number was the correct one and that manager gave me a different part number.I got the part exchanged for the correct one the regular store employee got the part number correct.

Bought a power steering pump, needed a pulley puller. They had everything I needed and what they didn't have a this store they checked and found it at one of their other stores. Customer support!!!

I stopped by to get my battery charged, the lady that helped me was very rude. She sold me the most expensive battery, did not give me choices like they used to and treated me like a child and to top it all wanted to charge me extra for putting my battery on . Had it not been for another associate with a much better attitude, my business would have gone to Walmart.

I usually love coming here because the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. However, I was greeted with an employee blocking the doorway because she was smoking. I would rather not have to second-hand smoke because they needed to smoke in the open doorway.

I knew that my under warranty battery was bad and even though the store I bought it from didn't enter the sale properly they got the manufacture date from the battery and replaced it with no problems

Called to get a price on a starter and was blind sighted by the cost well over $100 and almost $200 and I got one on AMAZON FOR $51....AUTO PARTS STORES ARE RIPPING EVERYONE OFF FOR 300% MORE THAN VOST OF PARTS !

Once I got service from the one young man that was actually doing some work. He took care of my needs right away. But I was bothered by the three staff members who were just standing around having their own little meeting. All of this while the young man that helped me took care of all the customers. They even ignored him asking them to answer the phone.

Typical AutoZone bad attitude by employees who do not like to back up their warranties, and they try to get out of it any way possible. They reminded me why I usually go to any other auto parts store other than AutoZone.

Parked nearby and found that my car would not start. I walked to Autozone and asked to borrow a jump pack. They kindly lent me their pack. Car started right up. Returned jump pack and purchased a new battery. The young man was very patient and we worked everything backed together.

Nicholas was helpful in getting my car diagnosed as the check engine light was on. He gave me a print out of what part I needed and how much it was. I asked if it was something I could do and he suggested i get someone who was familiar with cars as it was about an hour and half job to complete. Very helpful, knowledgeable worker.

Amazing employees! I was on my way to get my vehicle looked at and of course it breaks down on my way in. One of the employees, Chance L, pulled over on his way home and helps troubleshoot the issue after Chance and another Good Samaritan help push my car out of the road. I would give him (and by extension this AutoZone) 100 out of 5 stars if I could.

Great place to find exactly what you need for your vehicle. Came in looked around staff asked if I need help, in this case I did not. Found what I needed and they now have a self checkout so you don't actually have to wait.

I went into the store not knowing exactly what I needed for my car, but Ezekiel took the time to help me out and left me feeling confident about what was needed to be fixed. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I ll definitely be coming back!

Good evening. I never left a negative review for Auto Zone. This was an error on the part of Google Maps. I don t leave reviews to try to bring down a company s reputation.I went into your store at 7820 Good Middling Dr Fayetteville NC #421 early on 11.10.21. I needed a battery because I had to get a jumpstart two days in a row.Your staff was nice and courteous. The store was clean and organized. Your staff was already assisting several people when I entered.The store manager tested my old battery, quickly found a new one for me to purchase and then quickly installed the battery. I was at the store only about 15 minutes. I was able to get to work on time and continue with my other daily activities. I knew he was the manager because I saw his name badge.I apologize for the previous review which was posted in error. I have nothing but respect for Auto Zone and your hard-working staff. We are living in difficult times and I appreciate a business that assist people with matters they could not otherwise handle. I don t know anything about batteries but your courteous manager and staff got me safely back on road in short order. Thank you for your work!!!Debbie Baker

There is a store manager for this store named Amanda. I went into the store asked for help with a tire that had been punctured. I asked what products I would need and was told they don t do any car work. This was not my question first off. Then I proceeded to tell Amanda that I only needed to know what products I needed to fix it and Amanda says so what s the issue. I simply asked if she could come outside to take a look. Once Amanda got outside she was rude to my sister in which I went inside to get another store manager named Shawn(Sean) he was very nice and gave several options of how to fix the issue. Where Amanda was steady trying to push us away from the store by just simply telling us someone else could do the work. Again, I only asked for what I needed to resolve the issue. Amanda was over talking Shawn(Sean) the entire time and then disappeared. I am familiar with the retail customer service jobs. There was a better way for Amanda to handle the situation and no employee should just give a customer a rebuttal without a possible solution such as offering products that are in store that we ourselves could fix. Who s to say that I or my sister didn t know how to plug a tire. So the fact that Amanda is supposed to be a manager and failed to give decent customer service or offer any other options made the store as a whole look bad. However due to the other manager, a store employee, and a customer the issue was resolved. I hope to have a better experience if I ever return to this location.

I did not get the lady's name that helped, but i went around 8:45 AM on Sunday 12-20-20. It was cold and pouring rain. I had to get my battery jumped to even make it to Auto Zone, so I needed a battery immediately. Even though it was cold and pouring rain, this young lady changed my battery happily. I am very appreciative for the quality of service shown to me by this employee.

Excellent customer service. I needed new wiper blades. She helped me find what I needed and installed them for me at no charge. I feel like that is something I should be able to do. I asked her to teach me and she did! I wish I had asked her name. Thank you, outstanding lady!

HORRIBLE experience. I purchased a battery in July 2017 with a 3 year warranty. It stopped working, store could not get it to charge. They REFUSED to honor the warranty and forced me to pay full price for a new battery. Store manager would not do an exchange even though their product was defective AND still under warranty! I will definitely never shop here again.

Associate was so helpful I wish I wasn't so bad with names he had glasses, younger, black gentleman. He made sure my wiper fit put it on himself. Will go back to this exact store when I need something in the future.

I went yesterday to replace battery for my truck. Wasn't feeling well, plus had just left the VA where my truck wouldn't start. Thank goodness my big brother just happened to be there. (That was God). He gave me a jump, went straight to AutoZone, in about 10 minutes they had my battery replaced. I've been going there for years, and will keep going!
