I'm passing through on a long road trip and realized my wipers needed immediate replacement due to the recent storms. Came to Autozone and had the good fortune to meet Larry who went out to my car to confirm the correct wipers and to my surprise also install them. He even washed the windshield (and got off some stubborn tree sap to boot!)! Thanks for thr great service. I likely would have struggled for an hour to do what Larry completed in 5 minutes.

Today I had to exact age my windosheild wipers and Larry was kind enough to do that for me and out then on my car and I m a very short person so it s difficult to do for me. I appreciate Larry s friendliness for helping with the task. In this day and age, when many employees don t show up and have an attitude on their job it s nice to be able to go to a place where the employees 1. Are there and 2. Friendly. Even tho advanced auto was on my side of the street I went across the street to autozone and I m I am very glad I did

Really would like to give a shout out to Kyle. I have been working on tracking parts for about a week between auto zone and other stores. I finally got the main part and was missing hardware which they don t make a kit so Kyle helped us track down part numbers and located all the parts we needed. He brought out the whole assembly just to make sure they worked together so I don t have to turn around for the 3rd time tonight. Customer service was excellent, his knowledge on the parts and the items he wasn t sure he looked up to make sure it was correct. Did not complain or make it seem like it was a bother to him as some people in the world do when they are helping. I will say if possible keep him at your store as that type of employee will always keep customers returning no matter a price difference or not in stock.And if you see this Kyle thank you and continue to be a great person

Came in to purchase wiper blades, and Denise was fast helpful , She even put the blades on for me and Thomas was good at helping me out. Also sold me the tire gauge which I totally love. I would recommend this place 100%. they are very professional.

Best Auto Zone in Fayetteville!!! Tasha and her crew were able to figure out what was going on with my battery and fix it quick and efficiently! Customer service was excellent. This is the only Auto Zone I ll go to from now on! Wonderful service and friendly staff!

Gillespie store had great customer service, typically you don't get that in auto parts stores unfortunately but this store goes above and beyond

Fletcher has always been an incredible help as a woman coming to an auto parts place naturally I would be very intimidated but he is very knowledgeable and helpful about what I have needed every time!!!! Highly recommend the eastern Blvd location!!! REAL genuine help is so hard to find but you will definitely get it here! AutoZone would definitely be a fool to let this employee slip away!!!

We had a flat tire last night and stopped at a convenience but the nozzle was broken. We pulled into the Autozone on Eastern Blvd and were hoping they could put some air in the tire, Tasha said they didn't have the capability at the store but she had a portable air tank in her car and would be happy to help us. She went above and beyond what she gets paid for and we really appreciate it. Thanks Tasha!!

Latasha at Autozone at 131 S Eastern Blvd Is the greatest to ever do it. I walked in today 8/31 upset and confused about my brake calipers warranty she did everything toGet the job done calling looking in the systems verifying information IMean just top tier managerial experience she is the epitome of customer service thanks for helping me Latasha

Media educate their staff better look it up take a minute to get the right parts I had to come back. No need for that if he would have looked it up right the first time and not rush to it it would have been better. Steve Monroe

I went to get my battery checked while it was raining. I thought that they would be hesitant due to the weather. Instead Mike and his team checked my battery and even sold me some wiper blades. They were very friendly and helpful.

I came in for a battery change this evening and the employee shaggy has an excellent customer service helping me out. While shaggy was helping me, the manager Don inserted my battery in a swiftly manner and shared information with me on how to take care of my battery when I asked. I wish there were more employees like these two gentleman, thank you guys!!!

I used to shop here but the customer service went down hill so far if I do use auto zone at all I go to Stedman. People are more friendly. I'm sitting here broke down beside the road my mom is in Fayetteville but doesn't have the money for the part they won't let me pay for the part and her pick it up and bring it to me so I can fix it. She has to come get me so I can show i.d. to buy a part. I will use partsgeek as much as I can

I've always used Autozone for all my Car Needs. I must say The Customer service here was phenomenal. I came In spoke with Latasha, she pulled up my information and before you know it I was on my way home. Clearly this is going to be an Amazing New Year's Eve!! I truly appreciate her professionalism and concern.

I love this place because they have most of the time what I am looking for my car and other items.I also live it because the employees who work there stly the floors and items on their shelves are neatly placed and hung. The employees there are well trained for their jobs.The employees smiles and acts if though they are glad to have you as their customer.

This is the only Autozone in town I will go to. They have been more than helpful in accommodating my needs. Vince and Tasha always make sure they are kind and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

As I read some of these reviews.They must pick and choose who they are going to be respectful to.!!!! Customer service with some of the employees is very very BAD. I'm 60 years old and each and every time I stop there I feel no only that I'm disrespected but treated as though I'm a child.. VERY VERY RUDE, FOR NO REASON AT ALLas if they hate there job. I will not ever stop there again!!!!!!!!!
