Superb! My car was repaired in less than 3 hours, after getting the run around for weeks from another shop. I'm just so impressed with their service overall and highly recommend bringing your vehicles here.

These guys are totally AWESOME.!! my family and I have been going to this auto shop for service for over 15 years now and have never left disappointed because the owner is all about satisfaction and you won't leave without your ride being fixed or knowing what you need to do to get it going.

Very good service , good prices, has fixed my cars for years ! I am really happy with Mike skills, he has kept me on the road with three different cars. I am impressed . My #1 mechanic. From small to big jobs. Needed my engine pulled {I was back on the road in 2days}(Hours might differ, but small price to pay for honestly and good service).

I heard good things about auto link from a gentleman that works at advanced auto parts. Once I got there myself and got my car evaluated, my experience was even better than expected. Mike told me exactly what was wrong with it and wasted no time to fix it! His prices are the best and the customer service is great as well. I plan on returning to auto link for any and every repair I need. Excellent service!

We are more than ten years customers of Autolink International. Mike proved over and over again that he is an honest and knowledgeable professional. He is very helpful in analyzing car trouble, and more often than once did not charge us for his time.

Scammers. Watch out, they will take your money! Paid $625.00 for a transmission to be shipped to Johnson City, Tennessee. Never received it. Was promised a refund as recently, again, as last week Never received it. This has been on going for at least 5 to 6 months. Mr. Stephan Turner and his fake business. We are not the only ones he (these people, business) has scammed. We have read several complaints with the Beter Business Bureau about this man and Auto Link International Inc. We are currently filing our own complaint with the BBB and taking him (them) to civil court. If we do not get a refund, maybe we can shut this guy down. Him and his fake business.

There not good at greetings.But they are some good people who do good quality work without trying to ripe you off.this place was a God sent.and I will never go anywhere else for car repair.had their work rechecked and they had went far above wy they had to do.one place wanted to charge me three times the amount that I was charged here.love this place.no curb appeal at all

My gauges all stopped working at the same time an the crew would not give up until they figured out how to fix it. When I asked what my bill was I was told whatever you think is fair! Imagine that!

This shop does not promote anyone but themselves I'm a young business owner and stopped by to drop off a business card for my business and to offer my services if needed and the guy was very rude and declined my card . Very discouraging.
