I recently had my auto glass replaced, and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. Not only was the replacement excellent in quality, but it was also completed incredibly fast. Very friendly, very welcoming, they did an amazing job fixing my window and they were super quick! They quoted me an hour or less and it was definitely less than an hour and a very reasonable price compared to other places I ve called!!! 10/10 highly recommend

These guys are awesome! Very professional and great customer service. I had a small Crack in my windshield from a rock, I called to see if i could be seen for a same day repair, I arrived an hour after I called. For the size of my damage, It took less than 20 minutes to repair!

I got my windshield replaced and they used some glass that doesn t cover the entire window. There is a gap on the passenger side that water can definitely get in. When I brought this to there attention I was told that aftermarket windshields just fit like that. Now I have to go somewhere and get the windshield done correctly so that water can not get in my car. Complete waste of money.

Technician very professional and knowledgeable. Came to the house and installed new glass quickly and perfect. Thank you. He was very polite and performed his job with precision. I have had 3 vehicles Windsheild replaced by this company and would rather not call anyone else.

They gave great customer service. The lady was very friendly. The waiting area needs an update and needs to furnish refreshments. Overall the install didn't take no time and I was in and out. Very professional I recommend them.

My handyman recommended Auto Glass Now. I called and within 24 hours my windshield was fixed. This is the type of service I love.Now, the workers were amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this company.Thank you

The call center made many mistakes. I wanted to save my quote and they made an appointment and I had to cancel. Once I decided to go with them I called and made an appointment and drove 45 mins away only to be told that they didn t have an appointment. I burst into tears and the man in the office said he would send someone out the next day with no cost of the travel which is great. I agreed and the next day sometimes I get mixed up with my phone and it ended up in focus mode without my knowledge. The office called and was very rude to me threatening to cancel the appointment because I was not answering. I called the tech back and he came out and the windshield looks great but I wish I wouldn t have had to go through this. Next time I will just use someone else so I will know for sure that my appointment will be set in stone and hopefully I won t have to deal with rude staff.

I was very stressed for time with a family emergency after a long holiday weekend and replacing my windshield was so easy and quick at Auto Glass Now! They were professional and SO kind so I could travel to my daughter in her time of need. Thanks SO much!!

The team at auto now is friendly, respectful, FAST, & professional. Our service member called me out twice to show me things on my car that were not right prior to starting his work so that I would be aware of issue which may arise and I truly appreciated that honesty/communication. Plus, you CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE!! $70 cheaper than Safelite & $100+ cheaper than American glass. I waited a week to post this review to make sure the work held up and I am nothing but impressed. Even had it tested during a strong strong thunderstorm already. Only critique I have is to make sure you are able to call the business and make sure they can get your glass in in time for your appointment.

Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Can t remember the guys name but he has white hair and beard. He was too funny, had me laughing. Love the atmosphere there. Replacement only took maybe 30 minutes max. This is actually my second time getting my windshield replaced at this location. It was with a different vehicle, but even then the staff was very friendly and professional.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Stopped in today to take my Mercedes which had a less than quarter size crack from a rock hit. I was very worried that this would not be able to be repaired. They were very welcoming and let me know about the entire process before it started. In less than 20 minutes I was scheduled and the repair was completed. All of their technicians were skilled and professional. I'm so happy that I got my glass repaired here & will be taking my mother's car for repairs later this week. Thanks for the awesome work.

I never review places but this one is worth reviewing. My wife s car got hit with a rock and chipped the windshield, I immediately got her car, gave these guys a call and they squeezed me in as soon as I got there. It was fixed well within one hour of the chip occurring. 10/10, will be coming back in the future when I inevitably need their services again.

These guys really went the extra mile to help us. My wife and I brought her car to replace a broken windshield. The car was ready in about 30 minutes. Not only that, but when we were about to pay, they told us about an option to get it covered by our insurance and saved us nearly $400 out of pocket. I have a 2008 Kia Sorento - top corners on seal on windshield were coming undone. Another auto glass repair on Bragg Blvd. said not only seal around windshield but windshield itself (?) would need to be replaced for cost of $464.24 . AGN heated corners and reglued seal in about 10 min while I waited. AND they wouldn't let me pay them anything. AGN definitley will have my business in the future ! Thank you AGN !

They made getting a new windshield about as easy and painless as it could be. I called up, and they were able to order a new windshield and get me in two days later. It took less than an hour and the waiting room had sufficient AC for the heat outside. The front desk lady knows her stuff.
