This place was great! The owners are kind and accommodating. I purchased a 2010 F150 and the entire experience was great overall. The price was below market and the owners were very willing to ensure the experience was a pleasant one. There are just a couple minor details that I might change (like the gas was on empty and the tire pressure sensor light was on) but given the deal and the honesty, I was willing to take that hit. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2016 Suburban from Wesley and Alex and they worked hard all day to get the best deal for us with the bank. I really appreciated finding them after looking at lots of beat up suburbans on other lots. When I saw their website I knew I had to come check them out. My only minor complaint is the vehicle I purchased wasn t detailed yet but like the other guy said on here the good deal and service makes little things like that pretty minor. I d recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vehicle, they purchase and sell cars honest and that s hard to find these days.

I absolutely hate giving a negative review of another local business but this kinda service is ridiculous. We had autoeffex put tps in our truck and started having issues with them. We had contacted them several months ago to have them look at it and we instructed to bring the truck in the very next morning. I got there as they opened and was told to wait because the tire guy was not in now mind you I had an appointment and scheduled my day around this (also being a local business owner scheduling is important). About 30 mins later an employee comes to me and says they can t do anything to my truck because the tire guy won t be in. No apologies, nothing. Today I went to the shop mid morning again to attempt to get some resolution on this issue and spoke to David the owner (he was also our point of contact on getting this work done in the first place) he booked me an appointment for 330 today. I came back to the shop around 220 and went inside. I spoke to David and told him I knew I was early but I didn t mind waiting in the parking lot until my appointment time. At around 300 a young man walks up to my truck window and asks me what year my truck is. He messes around with my valve stems for about 10-15 mins and leaves. At around 335 another gentleman walks up to my truck and says they can t help me because his Tire guy isn t in today. Now remember the owner booked my appointment earlier today and this guy is now telling me that the tire guy isn t working today. I asked him why would David, the owner make me come back here to get this resolved if the tire wasn t even here? He looks at me, says I don t know and walks off. Now this is the second time I m getting the same reason why you can t resolve an issue. As a local business owner my time is limited and as valuable as the next. I m sure that this shop does good work and a lot of people leave good reviews. I would have liked to been able to do the same but unfortunately I have not been as fortunate as those people with my experience at this shop.

Not thoroughly checked during their soo called inspection Drove all the way from Virginia to Pick up a new ride just to get home and have it fail inspection because it has a bust brake line and no padding what do ever on the brakes. Along with that I bought it dirty, just in my opinion when buying a new vehicle it should come washed free of charge.

I don t even know where to begin. I was so impressed by Auto Effex. Alex made everything my husband Envisioned come to life. Every step of the way he ensured that literally EVERYTHING was perfect. My husband wanted his rebel to stand out from the rest and that s what he delivered. I myself have been in the car business. I know BS when I see it. Alex was open honest and fair. The shop was neat and clean. For me the special touch was the tiny little 2 pound shop dog coco. You can tell this is a family ran business with excellent morales and values. Fayetteville NC this here is the place to go. I promise you that you won t be disappointed.

These guys are some of the best in town if not the state especially when you add in their level of customer service. These guys worked with me, made some needed repairs for me in a timely manner, and had me rolling again with ease. They even offered me a burger they cooked on their lunch break which, Alex btw they were amazing. David and Alex are super nice brothers that show care and compassion in their business and it really shines through their attitude and level of service. Ill highly recommend this business to many people for years to come.

David and Alex at AutoEffex were extremely nice and helped me install a stock radio in my old Mercedes to give it the vintage look again, which is extremely difficult in a car with no harnesses but they made it happen in a short amount of time. They worked quite diligently and troubleshot every issue I had. I would definitely recommend these guys!

No matter how far I am. This is one shop I can count on throughout the NC area. Ain t nothing too big of a job for them. I needed 26 fury tire at the last min and he had one for me the very next day. Mounted and balanced in less then 20 mins. Definitely been my first to go to shop for literally everything. The folks at Auto Effex are the only guys I trust to work on my vehicles. They treated my trucks like they were working on their own, and they don't shy away from custom work or special requests like so many other shops in town. They don't take any shortcuts on anything either, they install parts and wiring the right way even if it takes more time to do it.

Top Tier Company! A family owned business that prioritizes customer service and quality service. It s always leery moving to a new town and looking for a mechanic or trusted lift kit specialist. They are very fair in their prices and considering how fast they were and thorough I will definitely be using them for everything from here on out.
