Great service. Second time I have brought a car here. Both times service was perfect.I was very late and they still did my windshield in a hour same day. Everyone was super nice

Super professional and friendly. They were able to replace the windshield that Safelite AutoGlass broke. I would recommend Allstate Glass to anyone!

I cannot praise this company enough! I called them this afternoon about replacing the glass in 2 broken garage windows. They said they d send out people at 3:00. The guys arrived a few minutes before 3, expertly replaced glass in both windows, cleaned up all the broken glass for me, and they re already gone! What a blessing! They are experts, real pro s, and I am so grateful for them. Oh! Another plus -their cost was very reasonable. You won t go wrong by calling Allstate Glass!

i called about a back glass for my 2019 ram 1500 and within about 30 minutes she called me back with two different prices because i didn't want the back glass that come in the truck i wanted just a flat back glass and she had me coved great service great people

A rock hit my windshield and Jake from Allstate Glass repaired my car within a few minutes and now it looks like new. I really appreciate how quickly he took care of the problem. I need to call them because my wipers are supposed to come on Automatically at a drop of water, but they're very delayed. I have a new Mercedes, and This Is Not Okay!!! However, the guys that replaced my windshield were very nice and courteous.

I've needed a windshield on my mini cooper for some time and was willing to pay for it myself due to insurance not covering it. Called around to compare prices and Allstate was by far the most accommodating. By phone and scheduling no more than a week out I was able to get a much needed repair done in less than a couple of hours. Efficient and professional, definitely referring them to others in the future.

Fantastic! I needed a windshield replaced. I call around and they quoted the best price. I scheduled an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and they completed the installation in about 30 minutes while I waited. They were very friendly throughout; from my initial quote request to completing payment. Another nice aspect was that the payment was exactly what they initially quoted including tax! I wish all businesses were run this well. I won't go anywhere else in Fayetteville for glass.

Great relaxed atmosphere and great customer service, friendly and Sherry a great individual and very professional she helped me in a tremendous way ,excellent job done on my windshield replacement and time wise great less than an 1Hour 1/2!!!! Recommend it to anyone who wants an excellent job done on your windshield!!!! Sherry one of the best individual in customer service I have came across in a long time which really matters to me it made my day !!! From talking to Sherry on the phone up to the day my vehicle was serviced nothing but a pleasant attitude!!! Every one seems to be happy and very polite toward one another!!!! Thank you Sherry for great customer service from the time you called me and set up my appointment from the knowledge about my order and speaking with our insurance company about our claim you did it all I just had to bring in my vehicle can't get any better than that have a Bless Week!!!!!! The best!!!!!

These guys did a great job on my suv! I provided my own replacement windows and they installed it with no problem, they even installed them at my house! Absolutely incredible place! We had a horrible emergency and these people became family quick by taking care of my wife and our vehicle. Super fast, incredible quality work and attention to detail, and SO accommodating. Don't go anywhere else!!!

Worst customer service you will ever have to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else ... anywhere just not this location with these employees... I promise you that you will thank me for taking your business anywhere else but this location. I'm not sure if this is the way all locations treat customers or just this one.. They will refuse to speak to you if you are recording the phone call .. big red flag there right? They treat all customers poorly...I say this because I had 4 different people call on my behalf and all 4 had poor treatment. They would not provide a corporate phone number...told me they can handle it there in this location. They are incompetent and just lazy! I could go on and on about the horrible experience I had with this Allstate glass location and the employees...yes I took my business elsewhere because no way did I trust them to do the work after 3 different employees looked at my windshield and all 3 ordered the wrong windshield!!. ... Or they said. They refused to allow me to speak to management. If you choose to deal with this company after reading this honest review of my experience you can't say you were not warned!!

Products was done well in a timely manner. Experience in store was led than pleasant. One customer in store was being helped by two ladies. Neither one acknowledged I was in the store until they had completed with the other customer AND he left the building. When they finally got around to me they said hello and then walked away out of sight. Finally one came back and asked what I needed. It felt like, we got your money now we could care less. Not warm and welcoming at all. The product was done well with good quality and a reasonable price. The glad was dirty when they retuned the product. This is a glass store, if they took pride in their work the glass would have been clean.

My windshield needed replaced so I called and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Monday arrived and about the time I was getting ready to head out I received a phone call from them. The only windshield they had in for my car was chipped and they needed to reschedule me. They offered to come to me (without charging the mobile service fee) the next morning. Two gentlemen came. They did and excellent job and were very friendly. They let my kids and I watched the replacement process and patiently answered all our questions. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I needed to get my windshield replaced after noticing a growing Crack on the passenger's side. I called at 8 am. A pleasant service rep answered and asked how she could help. I told her that I had a crack and wanted to know if I could have it repaired or replaced. She stated that it would have to be replaced. I asked how much and a few moments later she quoted what I thought was a fair price. I asked how long it would take and she stated about an hour.I arrived at 8:25, signed a form about holding tape for the windshield and she called for a service tech. He introduced himself and stated we would have to do a walk thru of the vehicle to inspect for any damage prior to the taking it to the back for the repair. At 8:30 we finished and he took my vehicle in the back to be repaired.At 9:05 they were handing me keys and we went over the warranty and the does and don'ts for the next 7 days to ensure no damage to the seal while it cured. Quick service. Fair Pricing. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

This place is the "gold standard" for auto glass replacement. Top notch customer service and good price. Sales staff and technicians are prompt and courteous. I've been here multiple times and all have been excellent experiences. Keep up the great work.

Allstate Glass has always been friendly and professional. I had a chip in my windshield that turned into a crack. I called the office and spoke to a friendly woman who scheduled the appointment for me that day. They explained the process and sent me on my way. I haven't had a problem since. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for all glass needs!

Well, I called the office, and was informed that there is a $35.00 estimate to come and look at the broken glass in my washroom window. Two gentlemen arrived the following day and they took the measurements of my window. I gave the lead person the check and was informed that they would call the following day to provide me with the estimate. Needless to say, it's been two weeks and I still have not heard from Allstate.

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new windshield on their car. I went and called a few chain places and they were super expensive and unreasonable. I called here and they gave an honest price that was perfect. I will definitely remember this place if I ever need my windshield replaced again!

I dropped my vehicle off at 830am to replace a rear windshield and rear passenger. They completed the job by 1145am. Quick, friendly, inexpensive. Everyone that works their were a pleasure. Thank you!!!! A+++

I ordered several pieces of glass, one large piece and two small pieces. Not only were they ready that day, but we realized that my vehicle was not large enough to deliver the glass. After several days of searching for another vehicle that would fit the glass, I called to have them deliver it which it thought would be pricy, but the very sweet lady on the phone (I think her name was Kiesha) set it up for me quickly and at a great price. I'll be going back here!

Wish I could give them zero stars. If you want to wait 4 weeks for NO results whatsoever, this is the company for you. Waited to have someone come out and measure. Then was told I had to wait for the glass, which kept getting postponed. Then when I THOUGHT I was FINALLY going to get rid of the basketball sized whole in my front window, the "installer" called and said that he never "REALLY" measured it, that he needed to make an appointment to come and really measure it so they could order the glass. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
