Samatha was Awesome from over the phone until pulling out with my new car she was very friendly and helped me every step along the way. Her customer service skills are wondering as were the other employee at All American Auto. Definitely will be referring my people to her!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Do NOT come and see Allen(aka as big country) at all. He is extremely unprofessional and treats you like a piece of trash. We are very upset with how we were treated when trying to buy a truck today. He was cussing at us, etc. he shouldn t even have a job. He was trash talking us and we were ready to purchase a truck. He was trying to put us in a completely different truck that wasn t even discussed. AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish I could leave ZERO stars.

It took some time but Allen got me in a car after so many failed attempts! With my bad credit he got me in a car for $1000 down! The car is in perfect shape and I couldn t be any happier with my new purchase! Also same helped me with finding affordable insurance! That also took like and alot of phone calls but she stayed dedicated and helped us get a very low price under the circumstances. I HIGHLY recommend coming to get a car from All American Auto! Best customer service hands down you will not regret buying a car from these guys.

Let me first say, All American Auto staff is great! But let s shine a light on Samantha (Sam). She s very good at what she does, amazing would be an understatement for her work ethic. She assured me as soon as we got on the phone that she was going to get me riding & that s exactly what happened! We stayed in contact the entire process, if I could help anyone with finding where to look for a place to buy your NEXT car please head over to All American Auto & ask for Sam!!

Purchased a Dodge Ram from this business on 9/17/23. After 2 days of driving the change Oil Indicator came on. I was in the business on 9/21/23 for them to replace a blinker (ordered wrong one, still not fixed). At that time, I mentioned the Oil Indicator. Nothing was done or offered. On 9/29/23 I went to local tire company (Blacks Tire Gillespie St Fayetteville NC) to see why air was not holding in Front Driver Tire. It was discovered with several Plugs and the right front had metal hanging out. Wife went to the location very upset asking how do they expect people to give $1700 down payment and then 12 days later pay for new tires and oil change, new blinker. She asked how did it pass inspection also. "Oh it goes to a 3rd party" Wife said you mean you pay them to pass the inspection? Also asked how would they sell a vehicle that was unsafe for the road and have no remorse. After a very long intense conversation he agreed to pay for 2 tires. Mike (Manger) then called me asking why do I have my wife up there barking when we had a Gentlemen's agreement. Which is uncalled for and not true. On 9/30/23 the truck was taken to Blacks Tire for the front 2 tires to be replaced. Once on the lift, it was found that the back 2 were dry rotted! I feel they should purchase the last 2 tires, conduct oil change and get blinker correctly fixed. I am not asking for much just to do maintenance that was needed prior to the $22k purchase.

I am so very pleased with the service that I have received from the entire staff at All American Auto Sales. My salesperson is Ernest and he is definitely a man of his word. Michael thank you for all your help. Samantha your personality is amazing. I had been seeing their fb post and I read the reviews and decided to stop by. Ernest greeted us and he was amazing. If you are looking for a car please stop by and you will not regret it!!!! THANKS ALL AMERICAN AUTO SALES

Please don t waste your time and your money like I did I purchased a suv from them 2011 dodge Durango just for the motor to go out 2yrs after purchasing. I was over charged I still owe 9000 on it in the car was at least 23,000 for a 2011 with no warranty on it of course. When buying the car I was looked down on for being a single mom with 5 kids working at Walmart the rep gave me a tough time until my father step in and co-sign for me. I honestly felt that I was being racially discriminated didn t feel welcome at all until the BLACK guy working there took over. And because of being racially discriminated I made sure I made every payment on that car just to prove that not every single mom with 5 kids is struggling and for the motor to blow because apparently the engine was bad now I m stuck paying not one but two car payments cause I no longer work at Walmart I now work at the bank s/o to carmax for making sure I had something very dependable with a 5yr dealer warranty at that so that me and my 5 kids can get back and forth even with coming there to ask a simple question because my car was sold to me with tent under the state requirements bald fat white dude had a snobby attitude because I asked him about the tint anyway do not buy from here if you want something dependable and please don t stop here if your a single mom especially with 5 kids don t stop here.

I have to say this place is amazing !! The staff is super friendly and will make sure you are able to leave with a car. I send everyone their way ! Ernest has most definitely been beyond amazing ! He s understanding and will put a smile on your face! You will feel like family here!

My husband and I recently purchased a new SUV from All American Auto and had a great experience. We worked with Alan and he was very accommodating and friendly throughout the whole experience. Everyone else we spoke with on site was extremely friendly as well. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My experience was more than awesome. I loved how me and my family were greeted and were assisted by Allen. I don't know everyone by name but there was not one person that didn't take time to assist in getting us in our new truck. Please stop by and drive off in you new ride

Went there with little to no hope of walking out with a car and Sam made sure to go above and beyond to make sure me and my family got out of there in a new car even staying behind after closing to make sure I drove off the lot the same night, highly recommend asking for Sam when you go she'll get you riding!

I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot when looking for a used vehicle. My experience with them was exceptional especially when you consider the fact that I was not very familiar with the overall buying process. In fact, I actually signed for a car BEFORE I test drove it!With that said, I wasn t thrilled with my initial selection and the staff at this place were extremely understanding and did everything they could to make things right; I was albe to switch my selection and eventually walked away with a great vehicle! I ve had my Cadillac for two months and have driven it just about everyday without any problems.The above review is based on my interactions with Sam and the owner. Those two were a pleasure to do business with.
