I can truly say I am overly impressed with the services Carlos and his team provides! Throughout my years of dealing with mechanics in different areas, I am happy to have found Alemania Autobahn Performance Center. Carlos was extremely kind to me as I expressed the concerns I was having with my vehicle. He was so respectful and He eased my mind by keeping me updated on my 2016 Mercedes GLA 250 Base along with collaboration with my SilverRock warranty! He kept my vehicle as long as he needed to in order to diagnose it PROPERLY and THOROUGHLY! When the services were completed, Carlos provided me with a detailed and professional overview of the entire service and I didn t even have to ask what was completed! NOT ONLY THAT . he gave me back a clean car that is running exceptionally well and it s engine CLEAN! Just amazing! I have never received such exceptional services in my life! If I can give this man and his team 10 stars I would! He will be the only one to service my vehicle throughout the life of my car! Thank you so much Carlos for showing me there are mechanics out here that actually care about their customers and their vehicles! You are the BEST around hands down! God will keep blessing your business over and over again! I promise you that!

Professional , great communication , clean shop, very friendly, passionate about what they do . Replaced rocker arms in 550i, repaired blower motor fans , oil pan seals , and installed JB4 tube . All exceptionally well done . Highly recommend.

Carlos at Alemania is always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Eurocars. His services on my Mini Cooper S were always fast, reasonably priced, and fixed the problem the first time. He often gave me advice on personal maintenance to keep it running well and avoid other issues. Carlos clearly enjoys learning about and working on Eurocars, and has my highest recommendation!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto A/C replacement, Oil change

Amazing work, fast and honest mechanics that do the right thing right in front of your eyes. I recently replaced the alternator myself on my 2012 MINI, drove it for a bit and then boom, engine malfunction light pops on going to work the next morning. I brought it in right when they opened their doors and immediately Carlos got to work, despite having a full bay and parking lot of cars, diagnosing and keeping me updated the entire way. Quick fix and diagnostic check on the car and I was out the door 30 minutes later. 100% would recommend Alemania Autobahn performance for any and all fixes that you want done timely and correct.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend Alemania Autobahn for any German car care needs in Fayetteville. My 2018 Mini Countryman ingested water during summer flash flooding. The team at Alemania Autobahn worked closely with my insurance provider to ensure my vehicle was returned to excellent mechanical condition. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge at Alemania Autobahn.

Hands down one of the most professional and clean shops in the area. You can tell that Carlos knows his stuff when it comes to diagnostics and troubleshooting. He probably has every piece of technology required to accurately troubleshoot and repair pretty much any import. He also seems to know more about EV's than anyone else in the area. Just seeing how clean his shop is, is an eye opener. Every shop should be this clean and tidy. It really gives you the warm and fuzzies. As far as price is concerned, my recent visit seemed like it was right on par with the repairs being made. Could you find someone to do something cheaper? Maybe, but these days you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable and honest mechanic for your import car in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area, this is definitely the place. Carlos is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. I was able to get my rear brake pads+rotors serviced in about 1.5 hours, where as the dealer was telling me it was going to be a half a day job with no available appointments for 2 weeks. Carlos was able to work with me to get my car in ASAP. Extremely satisfied with my experience here.Service: Brakes

One of the guys there I ll get his name on here in a few, says he can can do stuff that he can t, paid to program my car which was not done he said my car has internal errors he took my money did nothing saying he tried all day I took my car home followed YouTube fix my car myself now imma dispute his transaction he s a thief he not not as educated as he claims to be he make things worst I don t recommend!Service: Auto engine tuning
