Immediately upon entering the store, we were greeted. Staff were all friendly, but most importantly they were quick and efficient in helping us find exactly what we needed. Nicole asked two questions and found us just what we were looking for within a minute. She explained the differences between the products and helped us make an informed decision based on our particular requirements. We re very happy with the service and will be returning here for any future car needs.

Manager personally installed the car battery for me in the freezing cold. My fingertips were numb just holding the flashlight for him. I said he didn't have to but he wanted to make sure it was done right. Good people work here!

Came in today for a battery and Jesse was amazing while installing it.The complicated Ford Escape battery was made with impossibly complcated craftsmanship but Jesse tackled it like a professional. My mom and I truly appreciate his help today I will continue to shop at Advance Auto Parts in the future.

I don't know how the hell this place has a 4.5 because the don't answer the phone. Called twice to see about ordering an engine then after the second call with no answer I said they clearly don't want any business. Go to O'Reilly's or AutoZone at least they answer the phone!

I've used this one for years! But, the staff on 5/1 was truly exceptional. These guys were great. Friendly. Efficient. Minimal wait time & A-1 Customer Service. (P. S. They both have a great sense of humor)

I read these other reviews and I feel even more upset. My daughter is 19 years old, has her own vehicle, apartment, full time job and is a full time student and her battery died in her vehicle. We thought we could get it recharged but turns out it was completely dead. She has been to this location three times and the level of condescending attitude from two of these visits has made me post this review. I went with her once and the tall, older black guy that treated my daughter like she couldn t comprehend what he was saying (being condescending) on her first visit, was I guess using his professional behavior but when my daughter returned (her third visit) she was given terrible customer service again. This time a Spanish lady was out right rude and then had the audacity to quote her 179.00 for a used battery and she told her that, that s ALL THEY HAVE AND THAT THE BATTERY PROBABLY WON T FIT. I looked online and there it was a battery that fits her car from that location for 119.00. My mother also called and she was quoted the 119.00. I say this, treat every customer the same with respect and dignity. This poor behavior is unacceptable and I hope this reaches someone who can do something to change this.

The nice lady working there helped me with my windshield wipers. Even put them on for me. She said she was 75 years old. She was great !

The customer service is absolutely wonderful! The knowledge of the workers there is superb! I always feel confident when I visit! I always have a positive experience! They have installed windshield wipers for me in the rain wirhout complaining! No, not a down pour!

In the past I have received excellent customer service at this store, but not this time. I wanted a scan done, and was asked if my check engine light was currently on. When I said no, I was given a list of reasons(excuses) as to why they would not even check it. Miffed, I went across the street. AutoZone handed me their tester without hesitation, and even gave me a printout of what problem was found. There was a problem, and it was easy for them to help me.

I ordered a wiper blade online and it was ready for pickup within 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up they helped me with installing it because I had a hard time trying to figure it out. Thank you!

I needed some wiper blades and a cabin air filter for my 2012 Civic. They had everything in stock, and I didn't have to go to another store. I could've put the wiper blades on myself, but one of the guys working there put them on. They were very helpful, and not rude in any way. I recommend this place to anyone on this part of town.

My guy's name is Jamie. He's amazing. I needed to find out if my breaks could be changed just like back in the 90's and he helped me out like a pro. Definitely deserves some recognition.My turn signal was also in need of repair and he gave me all the possible ways it could be connected and how to do it.This guy is a professional and knows what's he is doing. I say that because he also expressed his wealness... Electrical. I really appreciate him and hope to see him again.

I spoke to John on the phone at 4:15 on 8/21. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the topic at hand. I was trying to find the estimate for headlight bulbs. He was courteous and professional, this guy needs a raise. 10/10.

Worst store ever! I ve tried this store about five times over the past year. I NEVER take the time to review a store but I will this time. They have sent me home with the wrong part for a classic car before. Last week they gave my wife the wrong advice for her car and gave her the wrong part for her car. Told her to make a conversion on the vehicle which in the long run would cause problems for it. Then I went in the store with my son, not even five mins in the store the workers dropped about three f bombs..... my two year old now know that word . Never am I greeted when I walk in. Take the extra two mins to go to autozone down the road please!!!!! Worst store ever

The staff here is the greatest! I was in town today visiting my son. His Scion FRS needed a new battery as the original was over 5 years old and seemed to be slow at cranking. They had the battery in stock. They gave him the military discount as he is stationed here.The dude hooked up a device to the OBD port so the car wouldn't loose memory of radio stations or key fobs. Test and hit the road. Battery and new wiper blades installed in 14 minutes after the bill was paid. Almost NASCAR fast. The sales staff was polite knowledgeable and fast. It doesn't get any better than that!
