Garcia is the absolute BEST! My daughter was told she needed her brand new tire replaced because there was a screw in the driver side front tire! Garcia not only had the tire we needed in stock and told us it will be $55 out the door ; once we got here (Yes! We are here right now!) Garcia said since it s a new tire, he can just plug it for $20!!!! No one else in Fayetteville had the tire in stock! I can t say anything but GOOD things about Garcia and A&B Used Tires and Automotive at 4429 Murchison Rd! Thank you SO much, Garcia! He is nothing short of a miracle and a great man!!! For real, he could have charged us the $55 and made a sale but he took care of us!!!!

Excellent customer service!!! Came here for a used tire after being ripped off at another tire shop. Devon and Garcia greeted me with the utmost customer service and got right down to business! They sold me a used tire that looked damn near brand new! They replaced the tire in no time and did it with a smile. If you want quality service and great used tires, this is the place! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Here is where you want to go. Satisfaction guaranteed!!!

Went here to replace 1 tire. They replaced it on the spot super fast, with a free 30 day warranty. I talked about some issues I had with the car, and the rebalanced my front tires for free to eliminate the problem. They also took another tire off and put it on a machine to show me I had a bent rim, which is really helpful because now I won't have to pay 500 dollars for a diagnostic. Overall 10/10 best tire place in the area.

Decent customer service, but absolutely horrible tires. Purchased a tire in early August, and that same tire mysteriously went flat with no visible punctures or damage one week later. It was still under the 30day warranty so the tire was replaced.Four months later the tire completely blew, without warning, while traveling 65mph on the highway. I did not bother returning to A&B to get a new tire because I knew the quality would be poor. While purchasing new tires, at a more reputable national chain, I was made aware that the tires I had from A&B were on average 15 plus years old.If you can help it, spend the money to get tires that will last and at least within a few years of the current year.

My jeep broke down from Ohio to NC, when myself and my family (husband, 6 year old, And out two large dogs) were two hours away from where we were staying. Our caliper was locked up and about to catch on fire. Two other tire shops turned us away and the guys at a&b not only helped us, but stayed after their closing hours and helped us get the parts we needed from the store. They went above and beyond for us and we're so thankful!! Truly amazing people and without them, my bad day would have been AWFUL.

Bad customer service for the women population. Ladies do not go here. Take your money just fine but no regards at all for customer service on their own error. I exoerience this in 8/ 29/ 20 before noon. Sinetimes as the owner you should just eat it. Never under estimate the power of women. Hope 45 bucks was worth it. Cause marketing of a negative encounter is more powerful than my $45. 00 dollar lost. Hit me on messenger and i will tell you who appreciates the business of a woman. Thank you A&B for ensuring where i will never recomnend or use again in life. Super bad first experience. Buddy.

Um yea, place is a joke, hope you don't want your tires balanced, will say they did but guess what they didn't, checked tire for new weights put on and ther wasnt any, took tire back to " balance," weight fell off in back of truck after loading, said screw it, get what you pay for though

Great place. Everyone is pretty chill. Got two used tires there. Unfortunately one tire was in bad condition but they changed it without a hitch the next day.Will definitely recommend to others.

Today I was in desperate need of a tire and called to see if they had my size (they did) I rushed over. When I got there he said he would check the tire before just getting it replaced. When he came back out he let me know the tire was fixed and said "i wouldn't sell you a tire you dont need". With my husband being deployed, Its nice to go somewhere where they aren't just after a quick buck.

I JUST NEEDED AIR IN MY TIRES!Getting my RV ready for the road I went to A&B Tires to get the tires filled. Once the staff discovered my back tire rims were on bbackwards they made me wait for a hour just to finally tell me they did not have a jack powerful enough to lift my RV. YEAH, NOT HAPPY!
