This place has helped me maintenance my vehicle on several different occasions. Tho I haven t left reviews in the pass tonight their dedication to repair my radiator after normal business hours definitely deserves a 5 star. Very trustworthy and dedicated people. I highly recommend 1st time fix for ANY car maintenance/ repair needs.

Called them and they instantly fixed my car within 15mins. I was searching for about an hr then I came across their business on google. So glad I did they had me in and out in minutes and I am grateful to these hard working folks! Definitely recommend!!

I went to this shop with no expectations and I was met with a skilled and knowledgeable mechanic.He did a diagnostic for me and was able to help me figure out what a 3-year problem was with my 07 Saturn Aura XR.The process was simple and he was a true professional. This place is fair and is great at what they do.

Although we couldn't pinpoint what was wrong, he still checked out the car and assured me that it was safe to drive. He told me just to bring it back if the problem got worse. Very thorough. Will be back if/when problems arise.

1st Time fix was a life saver for me! On a Friday evening I called due to hearing a crunch from the undercarriage. Scared I googled 24 hr. Mechanic and was blessed to come across these courteous, helpful, empathetic group of mechanics. Greg said come on over and my truck was assessed and fixed that same night! Amazing customer service!

Great service! Called was told to bring my vehicle in and Greg fixed it right away and my car is running great! Highly recommend if your having car troubles bring it to 1st time fix and they will get you taken care of..!!

Got my car diagnosed for my air conditioner. I was told it would cost close to $3,000 to fix my system because o would need a condenser. I was charged a diagnosed fee that day. I got a second option and only need a O-ring to fix my system for $17.99. When I called for assistance to get reimbursed for mis diagnoses I was told they would have made me replace the hold system. I don't recommend this company unless your rying to getbeat out of your money.

Came to them last minute and they did a great job. I was done dirty by someone who messed my car up and they fixed it in a timely manner. Didn t charge me an arm and a leg and even gave me advice about not letting just any random touch my car. 20/20 will recommend to anyone and I will be back again with any other problems. Amazing team thank ya ll so much for getting me right I couldn t be more thankful.

Small business in front of junk yard. No 24 hr service. Guy said first I have to find a part. We waited. He didn't show up. We left after an hour.

This place is the best! Me and my boyfriend were far from home and needed a repair on a Sunday. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and saved the day. They were super friendly and affordable. We highly recommend!

So thankful for this place. Car broke down on me today and luckily they are open 24 hours and was able to look at my car. When describing what happened they were able to diagnose the problem. What I really liked about this place was they actually showed me what happened (axel snapped in half). Also I had a long wait but it was only because of the delayed arrival of parts. Took them only about 20min to work on my car. All employees were very nice and I got to play with their doggos! I definitely plan to go back for future work!

My husband was driving to Myrtle Beach and the van started making a strange noise at 8:00 at night. He stopped by there and they found out what was wrong and they fixed in on the spot. Listen; I drove from Georgia to North Carolina and had a flat tire, called Trevor up and he stopped what he was doing to come plug my tire so I could make it back to Georgia ! This guy literally saved my life! I would have had to get a hotel room and spend unnecessary money because everything was closed and every one else said they didn t repair tires! Thank u so much Trevor ! God bless u!!!

Body shop, auto repair shop and tow service are all trash. The good reviews come from previous owner who is no longer there. The new owners who took over are terrible.They don t be at the shop. And they got Matilda daddy in the back doing god knows what smh. Charged me a storage fee before my vehicle was even worked on.. I got my car off their property the next day! Don t let the old reviews fool you because it sure did fool me. Don t spend your money here. Take your car to a car lot for auto repair and a real body shop for body work. And save your hard earn money.

WOW. Ten out of five stars. Angie was super helpful and responsive when we broke down in the wee hours of the night.And Trevor was kind, helpful and quick! He had cool hair too. He diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted us fairly, and had the job done as quickly as possible.Greg was great too. Never met him, but he assured us on the phone we d be in and out and on the way home in no time.And Maximus was the handsomest boy.

Amazing customer service! They took their time looking over my truck after I had it brought in with a clutch problem. They found a way to fix it so it wouldn't happen again and found a few more small things that could be fixed or improved. Chris walked me through everything that they had done and the things that they found to make sure my truck was ready. They went above and beyond anything I was expecting and will be getting my business in the future.

I can t say enough about Greg and his team! We broken down hundreds of miles from home, on a Saturday afternoon, and these gentlemen saved the day! They were knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and worked late into the night to get us going again. I ve had two great repairs through this shop. The 1st was Greg helping me with a misfire issue that another shop left for 12 days. Greg told me within 30 minutes what was happening with misfire. I had my coils updated along with plugs on my 2013. Runs like a new truck. The second was changing out my throttle body at home and to my surprise, learned that it needed re-programmed. Called around 4pm and Trevor said he would be on his way. A short time later, he drove to my home and had it done in less than 10 mins. Thanks so much to the both of you!

If you have a quick repair this is the shop. Do not take your car or truck here if you are looking to get any thing that requires extensive troubleshooting. This shop is not how it was a few years ago when Chris was there. They will not keep you updated on anything and barely answer the phone. Quick repairs yes, leaving your vehicle for a later time no, it will become a sitting duck just like the other cars in the lot. The owner Angie is trash.

Had a scare with my vehicle not turning on even after jumping my vehicle. Called and spoke to Chris on the phone. He was super polite and helpful! Even after discovering it was just from my cars low fuel not being registered properly because I was parked on a hill, Chris made sure to double check everything for me and charged me nothing. Customer service was the best ever, and definitely made me breathe easier by keeping me informed every step of the way. Chris & Greg are one of the most honest & professional people I have ever done business with! On my way back home from Florida I broke down and that morning I called them and they fixed everything and got me back on the road the same day. Not only did they let me hangout in the shop with them and show me everything they were doing, but they also brought me back food as I was stranded with no truck! My truck feels a lot better to drive now as well. Extremely friendly people, very honest, and super professional to say the least. These guys hit this one out of the ballpark. Today was my first time going to this auto shop, all I needed was a light put in and I thought I purchased the right ones, but they ended up being the wrong ones, but they ordered what I needed and got me right all in the same day...love it I highly recommend this auto

I recommend this business to anyone in the Fayetteville area, I needed to have my brakes checked because of an issue with the brake parts provided in the beginning. These guys order new parts , fix my brakes in under a hour and got me back on the road immediately. Great customer service, constant communication, Great staff and immediate repair!!!Checked these guys out and they keep their word. They have parts with warranties so if you have any issues you can trust to bring your car back and they will fix it immediately.Service: Brakes
