After spending a week with some other car lot. Came here and met with John, told him what I wanted and what price range I would like to be in. John with no sale pitch just answers help get into the car that I wanted with no Hassle. Bill did his thing with the numbers and got me a better deal then expected. I would definitely buy another car from John he straight up, no sales pitch and straight shooter if looking for that I would recommend them first.

John was very helpful and professional! My son is extremely happy with his truck. I've never dealt with such an awesome salesman before. John is definitely the one you want to see!! We were there from 10am til close to 4pm. Not once did John seem annoyed or pushy. He cares about his customers and it shows!

After 3 months of repeated phone calls, the car I bought and which only worked for one hour, each and every time I call good ole Bill, he outright lies and says he is gonna pick up this piece of junk.I has been sitting in the same spot in my yard for three months. He does not have the decency to repossess it. I still pay the car insurance on it, as it is still in my yard.Bill is supposed to have the tags, but he still has my $1100 down payment. I am not kidding. Bill says the law is on his side. I believe I was defrauded. I have tried every available resource. Nothing.Yesterday, he told me and my husband that he would pick up the car at 10 am today, but guess what, it is still here and no phone call from him as promised.I made sure that I have witnesses that the car is in full view in my yard and it has not been moved. It does not work.The lies just keep coming. This car is so bad that Auto Pro won't even repossess it!This has got to be a first! Sorry day I stepped on this lot!

I just currently made a purchased @ AutoPro in Farmville. I can honestly say that Salesman Bill, has shown me to be a man of his word. I had a few concerns before purchasing the vehicle that I had my eyes on & to my surprise Bill took care of all my concerns & now I am riding as a satisfied customer, in the vehicle I wanted. I will definitely be referring my Family & Friends to Bill if they ever want a good Salesman to put them in a dependable vehicle.

This dealership is great all around. Bill is so friendly that you feel like family. I do business with Bill currently and he is a genuine and honest guy to work with. I trust him and the ethics if the entire dealeeahip. If you need a vehicle, this is a great place to go!

Bill was ready and waiting to help us with a vehicle we had already picked out. He was very professional and thorough making sure that I understood everything. I will be looking forward to another car in the next few months and will be going back to see Bill. An awesome experience.

I haven't owned a car or driven in over 2 years. I purchased a memorable car from Mr. Bill Turnage... My son and I happened by there on a rainy, wet, miserable car shopping day. He eagerly stepped out of his office, onto the car lot, into the bad weather. I came out with the car I wanted. I paid some down, he financed the rest. He did what he had to do, to get me in that car. I hadn't had car insurance in a great while. I left there with car insured and on a Saturday, at that. I would recommend them to anyone. Nice and friendly, they were to me. Eager to help me in anyway possible. They really want to sell their cars. My son and I were most impressed and very satisfied. Thank you, Mr. Bill Turnage!

My mother purchased a car from a man named Bill. One hour, yes, ONE HOUR after purchasing the car, it breaks down. She called Bill. He promised to make it right. I even called Bill. He promised to make it right. NEEDLESS to say, he has not lifted one finger to fix the car. A car that has a 3 month warranty. It has only been 3 weeks. These people should be ashamed. More importantly, they should not be in business.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this establishment. Car stop working after 12 days. Still waiting for a call back. It's been over a week. Still no tags. We every fiber in my being. I intend to file a claim with NC BBB. Also contacted Veterans Affairs. In processing contacting Senator Butterfield to implement bill the Lemon Law in NC. Last but not least I will be contacting finance company. To Inform them they you are selling this inoperative cars and to see if they are aware of your business practices

On Saturday,February 3rd 2018 I went to a car lot in Farmville NC called Auto Pro of Farmville in need of reliable and dependable transportation.Mysalesman's name was William B. Turnage Jr known as Bill.I made a down payment of $1250 on a 2005 Chevy Suburban.On Monday, February 5, 2018 on my way to a doctor'sappointment in Rocky Mount NC, I was making my way through the stop light when I felt a hard jerk,I pulled into a nearby parking lot to check it out and tried to back up and thetruck would not reverse. As I pulled foward in a park I began to hear throttling noises similar to noises from a vehicle with transmission problems.The salesman assured me beforepurchase there were no issues with the engine, that it was not a flood vehicle and that it had recently been serviced. I made it perfectly clear that I wanted a reliable anddependable car. Im on a fixed income and dont have money to throw away.I am now without transportation and Auto Pro refuses to refund my money and replace the car, not evena loaner until the issue is resolved.I am being given the run around by not only this salesman but the business owner Robbie who also owns Auto Pro of Snow Hill & Kinston NC.Iam being treated rudely, hung up on whenever I do contact these people.As of today 02/12/2018,when I spoke with Bill,I was told now the truck won't go backwards or fowardsand they don't know why.When Friday 02/09/18 I was told a new transmission was being put in.The truck is still on the lot and hasn't been moved since.Also the airbag light, Checkride control light,and tire sensor light were on as well as a cloudy standing water in the driver's side rear view mirror that resembled muddy creek/ flood water.This truck had notbeen serviced at all before sale,Auto Pro deemed it in good condition by driving it and just by it passing inspection.I was assured this truck had no engine problems,no mechanicalissues,fluids changed,and that all warning lights would be serviced by Bill.They were not,also there was interior damages.I do not recommended anyone to purchase a vehicle from here, especially with your income tax money,they are preying on people's hard earned money.Integrity is everything.And how you treat people goes along way.This is not good business.You don't take someone's money and be rude to them after the fact especially when you know you're wrong and that you've sold someone a bad car.Stop doing this to these customers.

Mr. Turnage He definitely out did himself on my sale. I needed a vehicle to quickly replace another. Mr. Turnage was nice enough to make it possible for me to leave not only with a car but the one I wanted. I would gladly return to purchase another vehicle from Auto Pro of Farmville.

I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE RECCOMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS! Bill sold me a car on 3/15/19 with a messed up battery, which he promised to replace. Sent me back and forth to Kinston to Farmville, only to find out no one would replace the battery. I couldn t use the car for weeks. I paid for the permanent tags on time, and still haven t had tags for a month. He has given me the run around about where my tags were for a month. He claimed to have them, then tried to send me back to Kinston after already wasting gas going to Kinston multiple times. I ve asked to have the tags sent to Farmville and he has yet to do so. It is now May 31, and there are still no tags! These people only want your money! So please do not waste your time or hard earned money at Auto Pro Group! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I recently purchased a vehicle from auto pro in farmville NC... 2012 Nissan Altima... I love it... It drives very smooth and it's also nice and clean. Make sure you do business at the Farmville Auto Pro Branch and not Snow hill! Bill (manager) of Farmville has gone above and beyond to try and help us out on a LEMON purchased at the Auto Pro in SNOW HILL. He did his best to get the owner to do right by us on a $3000 car paid in full at no avail. After getting it home, the car never made it more than 5 miles before we, and a child, were sitting in the middle of the street holding up traffic...STRANDED! The vehicle requires another $2700 to fix it and the manager still won't even take a phone call from us to discuss it! The temporary tag didn't even get to see the city!! HEARTLESS AUTO PRO OWNER IN SNOW HILL..it should be illegal to sell a car that doesn't run after being driven off the lot. In addition, a seller that won't even consider conversating with you to possibly come to a solution and at least meet you half way? What a disgrace...BEWARE OF SNOW HILL!

Took awhile to get my tag. Seemed like i was getting the jerk-around. They have good vehicles on the lot. But it all comes down to when you are having a hard time, and need that extra time till payday to make your payment...and all you hear is "cant give you till that time". Will try to pay off quickly, feel as though i was done wrong to an extent.

I would NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. I've had problems on top of problems with a car that I purchased within the FIRST 24 HOURS!!!!!!. l spoke with the dealer and his only response was I SOLD IT AS IS!!! As a person he seems to be a cool guy, but as a business man the cars are JUNK!!!!!

I disagree ... I took a friend there and they have done this person so wrong . The car they got was/ is a lemon . They took it back the next day and they want to keep the deposit and not put them in anything.... It has been a major issue trying to resolve this problem for my friend. It as been going on 3 months... And that is just wrong how they have done my friend.... No I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

John sold us our truck about 3 weeks ago, he was supposed to replace the driver's side mirror and ordered it bc you can't see out of it....ive heard we've ordered it but it came in wrong, and whenever it does come in it will have to be painted, also I sent a coworker to John before I knew what kind of run arounder he was and was told when we bought our truck that anyone he sells a car to we would get a $50 referral fee..... I have yet to see it, he keeps giving me the run-around and refuses to give me the owners number....during the process of buying our truck he was friendly and helpful but that died down quickly changed after we bought the truck...all I can say is deal with someone besides John
