Went to go get my oil and filter to change my oil in my truck. They had both of them in stock. They also have a special on oil and filter set depending on what brand that you use.

I went to this location to get a battery terminal and had an extremely unpleasant interaction with a older man employee. The only reason I gave it a two star was for the conversation I had with Carlos who was nice when I called back about the interaction. Long story short, this older employee is the exact reason why women feel like they can't work on their cars.He didn't listen to us when we said the exact part we needed, tried to get us a whole battery, then when we reiterated we only needed the battery terminal, he was condescending, snarky, and once we finally had the part and were trying to buy the item he said, "Alright so which one of you two ladies (talking to my mother and me) is smart enough to install this?" He then went on a long winded explanation about all the different tools we needed to install this part, which funnily enough wasn't even right considering we were only buying a terminal (battery cables were just fine) and only needed a socket wrench. Carlos expressed that he would talk to this employee, seemed to know who I was talking about even though I couldn't remember his name, but that the old man was from a different time. I appreciated the conversation I had with Carlos but I don't think that that should stop us from calling out sexism and really terrible customer service.

do not buy anything unless it is exactly what you need because they do not exchange or return anything even with a receipt if it is opened I bought a air compressor valve but the one they carry is a bit longer then the one I needed but just by looking at it you can't really tell that it is a bit longer until you try to install it. I went back to the store to exchange it but they told me that they don't take back opened items now I have to go somewhere else and I just lost $20.

I had an in-store pickup order and the manager was horrible when i called to cancel my order. It took me 2 days and some arguing for her to finally cancel MY order. I have no clue what is wrong with her. She spent two days telling me I couldn t cancel my order and then she finally got tired and said ok I canceled your order and hung up on me.

I am a young woman who doesn t know much about cars. On my way home from work today, I noticed my car was making crazy scary noises so I stopped at advance in Farmville to see if someone could help me. An extremely nice gentleman named Coop was happy to help me. He checked out my car, and even had me drive around the parking lot to listen for the noise from the outside to determine the problem, which turned out to be exactly what he thought it was. He was very knowledgeable, and explained things to me thoroughly and I left feeling much better. Great employee!!

Well since this place hired someone on probation for credit card theft and credit card fraud I'll stay away. I use a debit most of the time and I don't want to chance this girl stealing my numbers and doing as she did before running up the card buying online. She also lives with a convicted felon that stole from his employer. Both were in the local papers for stealing from people's homes. Nope not going to take the chance .

I cannot agree with one person who left a negative comment. I have had nothing but good experiences there. Been going there for about three years, not often, but as needed.

Roads are bad I drove to get a part that they would not sell to me for the price I heard it was for then tried to barter me the price like at a flee market got upset called corporate and they wasted my time for 35 mins giving me the run around I felt helpless so I gave up...I don't normally shop at advance and never will attempt again

As a customer i would expect decent service but i walked in and was met with silence, said good morning to the employees when i stumbled upon them having a conversation near the item i was searching for and they said nothing.
