Competitive gas prices! Although the rest of the merchandise is as expensive as hell, the cooked food is good, it's reasonably priced and relatively clean. My only complaint is "Could you please wear gloves, hair nets and fir Christ sake put on a face nask and stop breathing on my food!

I have never been here had to stop due to crying children and s long drive grabbed some snakes and back on the road but store seemed ok enough a bit dusty but it's a smell place

Don't leave ur stuff on the counters. Very dishonest new owner. You may of lied about me taking my stuff with me but u lied and knew it was there. I was born at night but not last night. Will not be going back there. I'll take my money else where. Hope my two dollars was good for u. Enjoy my free money.Very upset about this in my own community

*****FREE AIR*********Customer Appreciation Days you can drive thru & get a FREE bbq or chicken sandwich**** Who does that??? The NEW DAVE'S PLACE. The old owner was GREAT. But the new owner is GREAT as well. He invested alot into making this a good place to pull over...& NOBODY has free air for your tires except him. The owners mannerism is OUTSTANDING.I don't know what happened with the VET that supposedly went there with a service dog & got turned away..but based on my knowledge of the owner he would NEVER disrespect a war vet. That's not accurate information. I've seen him help people here. And he tries hard to service everyone fairly.Long story short...I would TRUST to send my children inside without my supervision & be comfortable. My kids are my world & I would TRUST them there out of my sight. This is a family man. He adores his wife & children & works very hard to show us who live in the area or passing thru that THE NEW DAVES PLACE is still here for them & wants to help & service us. PLEASE don't trash this man. Thank God for our Veterans & the Freedom we all enjoy because of them. Revisit the place. This man wants more than anything to be apart of this community & share North Carolina with US All. He is most importantly a God fearing man also. And everybody is welcome here. All the time. Shopping here is a win-win. We all bleed the same. Lets play fair. This man IS GOOD people...and just FYI...I'm a black, college educated black woman writing this & I reverance God daily. Don't trash this man. How would you feel. Give him a chance.

You need education as to ADA law and service dogs. That Brother is walking to bring awareness to the Veteran suicide rate in this country and you set the prime example as to why many make that choice by shunning him, The Veteran networks across the country are well aware of your treatment of this Warrior, so dont be surprised when they bring that wrath upon your establishment in the form of poor reviews and public shaming. You had the perfect chance to make this "GOOD" publicity by maybe a free burger or something instead you turned it into a bad public relations nightmare....Our money is as green as anyone else's....think about that when we decide to spend our money elsewhere

This place was sold to new owners recently. Good reviews for the previous owner. Terrible reviews for the current owner. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the current owner way of running this business. Poor service, product, and from the previous reviews...it sounds like they are disrectful to people with disabilities. Just shameful.

My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our supper the other night out there,this was the first time I ate there sense Nita sold the store. The steak and cheese was really good.

ADA violation, turned away a Veteren with a Service Dog. Veteran was trying to bring awareness of 22 a day. Veteran suicides. By walking across America. They can expect a ADA lawsuit
