Our son had to have a front tire replaced because it had developed a knot in it. The damage on the tire was not noticeable visually, but it did not drive smoothly at all l. After the car was on the lift, the mechanics actually came and said this tire has plenty of tread on it, why are you wanting to replace it? When my son let them know that it needed to be replaced because of the knot in the tire, they found it and of course replaced it. I was very impressed that the mechanics cared enough to actually be honest and let him know that the tire did not need to necessarily be replaced based on the wear.This company is on time, very courteous and fairly priced. We ve used JZM for other issues with tires and alignments, and we ve been very pleased with their service.

Good communication, fair pricing and quality work. I'm hesitant to let anyone else work on my cars but I didn't have the time to do the lift on my wife's Bronco Sport. I went in today 1/12 for a simple fix on my car normally when you receive some bad news on your car you dread the bill and instantly put in a bad mood, the way I walked away from JZM today is something I will forever be grateful for. They are honest, they are caring, they truly care that you are having a touch financial time they had my car for almost two hours and didn t charge me a dime but made sure that I was taken care of. They care about you and your vehicle. I will never go somewhere else for my vehicle. There mechanics are amazing, they always have a smile on there face. They are great people will 100% recommend them to everyone I know. I ve never done a review on someone but this place deserves EVERYTHING. They are AMAZING people. I could not be more grateful for them. Thank you JZM & the sweet young lady at the front desk for comforting me today on the stressful news I received today. Thank you guys again.

I have always been 100% happy bringing my car to JZM. They fix any problem quickly and at a fair price. Time has proven that I can trust their advice, and, I've never been pressured to add on more repairs even though there is no apparent need. (This happened every time at the dealership!)The staff are always friendly. It's a pleasure to deal with this business!

Staff is always friendly / helpful and their prices are extremely fair (unlike some other places in the area) and services are done in a very speedy time frame. It s extremely easy to schedule appointments and drop your vehicle off after hours knowing it will be safe with their security cameras & key lockbox on site. I def recommend JZM to anyone, but esp to those with 4-wheel drive vehicles and Jeeps.

This is my go to shop for maintenance and repairs. Compared to dealers: JZM does better work, is more trustworthy, charges less and it's easier to get an appointment!

I've always had a great experience with any service they perform. They are quick and efficient. This visit was for an inspection and I didn't have to make an appointment and it was complete within 15 minutes. I highly recommend JZM

I had a flat tire on my riding lawn mower and JZM ordered the new tire for me quickly, and it was reasonably priced. The guy at the desk was courteous and professional. I was very thankful for their help!

Excellent business! Could've taken me for several thousand bucks on a repair suggested by Subaru dealership, but instead checked it out and said it was unnecessary. Polite, friendly and honest. Our new shop!

We had the best experience here a few months ago. We got a nail in our tire during our trip up to NC and with a very full schedule the team here managed to get us in very quickly. They were kind, helpful, honest and very fair with their pricing. I cannot say enough good things about everyone here and the quality of the service and the repair. Took my Chevy truck there, because it wouldn't run. They kept it for almost 3 weeks. Said it was the cylanoid/battery. Replaced the battery for $260 and didn't do cylanoid. Still not running. Have to get it towed from there to another place! Sorry place! Don't take your vehicle here!

I was referred to JZM after my regular repair shop could not repair the power lift gate on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They very professional and did the repair job for what I felt was a reasonable price. I came up to NC, from Florida, to get away from Hurricane Ian. Once I arrived, my check engine light came on. I was referred to JZM by many of the locals, and now I see why. Talk about a company with compassion! Everyone on the phone, and in person were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate, add a little humor for the full package. The guys at JZM were outstanding. Mark was wonderful being able to remove a locking lugnut that was quite difficult. My problem was solved quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend JZM!

Thank you so much. I recommend coming here before you go anywhere else. They are very honest about what s going on with your car and won t pocket snatch you either. Chris was very helpful and even took me on a test drive so I could understand what was going on with my car. Probably the only mechanic I ll be going to from now on. I called to check on a tire was desperate for one an the man on the phone was trying to use that against me in the price of one tire... I'm 38 Yeats old been driving since I was 16 an bought countless of tires an there is no way I'm going to spend almost 300 for one tire.. I trunded around an went to local shop an got a new tire at 115$ an that tire mount an balance..
