These are the UPMOST rude people I have ever had an encounter with. My brother was just in a horrible accident and his car was towed here, we come to try to fetch his belongings and before we can even give his insurance information they treated us like we were trying to rob them. We have no reason to lie about a full coverage and would not let me get a word out of my mouth. Before even checking if the insurance was good she was threatening to take my brother who isn t even out of the hospital AND HAS FULL COVERAGE to take him to court and sue him. This was absolutely horrible. If you can avoid them, try to at all cost!!!!

They were right there when my wife got into a fender bender so they towed it to their yard. My insurance claim went through in hours, as the insurance agent went and took photos the same day. Insurance called them personally the next day when I told them where I wanted it to go for repairs, so Roy's could tow it to the mechanic shop and get paid. Well I get a call from the mechanic this morning saying they don't know where the car is; that it still hasn't been towed there. A call to Roy's and these guys are saying they're refusing to release our car because they haven't been paid and demand all this info about who the adjuster was and acts like I'm being shady or some sh+t. I had to call and get it sorted out for them. Not exactly businesslike. Needless to say, a two minute talk with my insurance fixed the problem (hopefully. We will see.) and they are SUPPOSED to tow it today. We will see. Overall experience; ridiculous.

Had my car inspected there. They had some tow jobs, so they were running late. I could have waited until the next day, but because Sally had said they could get it done before closing, they went past 5pm, and got it done for me. Much appreciated!

Sally and Roy are EXCEPTIONAL people. I was unfortunately hit by a 16 year old driver 2 hours after purchasing a Yukon XL heading home from the dealer. My car was totaled, I was taken via ambulance to the hospital and Roy came out that evening and towed my car to his lot. I have been battling with the 16 year old driver's insurance for nearly a month. The easiest part of this whole ordeal has been Roy and Sally. They have been so kind, helpful, accommodating, compassionate and simply incredible humans. I can not thank them enough for their help and assistance through this process. Incredibly hard working individuals.

Roy s wife video taped me while laughing because I totaled my car and was fortunate enough to not get hurt. They then proceeded to not allow me to obtain important property. My vehicle also has more damage than it did when I had crashed it. Absolutely disgusting people. Especially the wife.

Fantastic. I was vacationing in Emerald Isle and was headed home the next day when the check engine light came on. I called Barry at Roy's Automotive who said I could bring the car right over and he immediately connected to the computer. After asking a few questions about the last time I got gas and if the gas cap had been replaced recently, he informed me that because the gas cap was not a genuine Nissan part I would continue to get these faults until a bought a replacement from Nissan. He reset the fault light wished me a safe trip home and wouldn't accept any compensation. He told me to come back when I had a real problem. I assured him I would. Great guy, outstanding service.

Visiting from out of town. Car wouldn't start after dinner. Starter kinked out. AAA towed to Roy's on Thursday night about 10pm. Problem diagnosis, repair and back on road by 4pm Friday. 5*....can't do much better than this! Of course, he had room in his schedule to fit me in.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I called to schedule an appointment but because of the issue, was referred elsewhere. That location was scheduled out, so I asked Roy's for another recommendation. They to were scheduled to far out. I then tried the OEM Dealer who ALSO was scheduled out. I reached back out to Roy's if he had any other suggestions and he gave me another name and number. And sure enough, they scheduled me immediately ! We are from out of town and had no idea what are options were. Thank you Roys ! You didn't have to go the extra mile to help us. You guys are Great !!

I could not have asked for more efficient, prompt and professional service. I called on a Saturday morning, and the very nice technician arrived within 10 minutes to jump my dead battery. Apparently Roy's Automotive takes Emerald Isle's "Nice Matters" motto seriously. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your kindness.

I'm an auto dealer on travel and my car had an issue. Diagnosed and fixed next business day. What else can you ask for? Highly Recommend.

We were on vacation, our battery failed on our vehicle. My husband spotted Roys automotive. They are the friendliest people you will ever meet. My husband is a mechanic, knows the business quite well. They run there business very professionally. I will recommend them to any one! Thank you again Roys automotive.

Very , very friendly owners! We drove to Emerald Isle not realizing our brake pad caliber was stuck. Stopped at Emerald Isle restaurant, got out and was overtaken by a awlful smell. Gentleman walks out , he knew exactly what it was and pointed us to Roys Automotive right across the street. Roys Auto were very emphatic to our situation. After our vehicle was repaired they gave us T-shirts. For the overall experience , thoughtfulness and repair, I give Roy's Automotive 5 stars !

Out of towner traveling to Emerald Isle with my family. On the second day of our trip my starter went out. Roy's took care of me. Nothing but good vibes and service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Great service! Hopefully you don t need a tow while on Emerald Isle, but if you do service was timely, efficient, and delivered with kindness

My alternator went out while on vacation. The picked up at Hotel towed to garage had me back on the road that afternoon. Even brought my car back to me at the Hotel
