Byrd's Mobile Mechanic gets the highest rating I can give. I had a serious situation where I had to be at an appointment on Monday morning and my starter gave out on Sunday morning. I call Byrd's Mobile and asked if they could come and fix my Infiniti that same Sunday evening. They came out to my house and fixed my car within a couple of hours even while the sun was going down and it got dark, and my car is still running great. Everyone else I called could not come but Byrd did and gave me a great price. I am very satisfied with their great service and would recommend them to anyone.

I was calling as a last ditch effort for a mobile mechanic. This was 7pm. He said he could do it but would charge extra for how far he was. I was fine with it. He said he was 45 minutes away. I called him an hour and a half later and he said he had to take dinner to his wife and his tire blew. He then said 35 minutes and I said that's fine. I called and texted him with no response after an hour. He then called me saying he had a blowout and was waiting on a spare. He said it won't be long. That was at 10pm. He called me at 11:50 saying he had to go to Petrol to put the tire on which would take 15 minutes then he would be on the way and asked if I was in bed. I started laughing as I had been waiting in the cold with my car. I told him I was 30 minutes from home and been having mechanics string me along all week. He then hung up on me. He eventually texted me a little after midnight saying he was was driving to put on his spare and it shouldn't take him more than 15 minutes then he'd be 10 minutes away.I was nice and understanding the whole time. Very bad business, either he never was on his way or he was dealing with too much himself. I told he had enough on his plate and I would find someone more reliable tomorrow. Or should I say today as its after midnight.

I called this young man after hitting a possum and the plastic piece under my front end was hanging, he answered and agree to take a look, I went to him, he informed me he did not do auto body work but agree he could fix it to where it wouldn t hang down anymore and he did just that, Friendly, affordable, reliable, sweet family and loving pets, I highly recommend Byrd Mobil mechanic, Thanks Byrd
