Jermaine is awesome!! He was so helpful and sweet. Very knowledgeable in parts & very patient with me when I couldn't figure out the "man/car" questions he asked. Lol. Ask for him if you go.

This was my first time at Cox Auto Salvage and I ll tell You I ll definitely go back! ! Crystal was awesome, very helpful with locating the headlight I needed and they had the price I needed Thanks Crystal and Cox Auto

By far the best junkyard I've ever been to. There is always something interesting to find and the guys always know where a specific car is. Very organized as well. You won't regret the trip!

The woman work over there on parts she was drunk the place smiled weed. DON'T west your time to find a used part get it new there prices almost the same as the new part

Was told one price over the phone a different higher price when I got there they aren t standing on square business 2 stars because they did have the part.

The bigoted remarks I've heard. The discrimination and harassment I've been subject to. I can only speak on what I've seen and had done unto me. Out of 10 years of good business, kind gestures, helpful advice and just all around positive atmosphere only this last year and a half have been nothing shy of embarrassing pain and simple. They will not go broke over my separation of doing business and I do not wish that on them. Mr. Fred is a great guy and I'm afraid he has given up his say in the business. Parts obtained have been 80-90% success rates when they pull it. 100%success on parts I pull. Prices seem a bit steep for the quality of all options in whole

Horrible experience with this salvage yard. Call several days spoke with the guys there about a few parts and I was told the price and gave me the option of getting the part pull for me. Since the prices were really reasonable I drove 2 hours there without tools thinking i could get the part pull and they was unable to do so. I had a few sockets so I said what the heck and gave it a shot and the guy said get started on it I'll send one of my guys shortly to help you get the part off I came close but didn't have proper tools to get the part fully off and his guy never showed up of course . While leaving one of the guys Tim walked out and was like sorry we couldn't help you call me in the mourning we will figure something out. I called first thing and was told I got a guy about to pull it now I got your number I'll call you shortly. That call never came I call the following day was told the same thing I never received a single call only. Being busy is understandable but just be honest and straightforward don't lead a customer on with constant lies.

Cox is an extremely honest salvage yard with awesome employees! Prices are very fair! Cox reminds me of life 30 years ago when everyone could be trusted! It really is good therapy to go in search of parts! Highly recommended!Dr. Richard Greene

After arriving at the office, I asked price of part I needed and rep. said the more you find, the cheaper it will be. I also asked location of model I was looking for and rep. said "go to the big tree and take a left" I go there and turn left and couldn't find the section. I had to call office a few times to find the section. Rows aren't marked with numbers making it very difficult to find cars. I found car and the part I needed was laying loose inside the car and took it to the office and asked how much and rep. said $25, and I said I didn't want it (because it was too much) and rep. asked "how much did you expect to pay?" I said I purchased the other side panel at another yard for $8, and then rep. rudely told me "go put it back in the car"!!!! During the many years I've pulled parts from salvage yards, I've never been told to put a part back. I wasn't about to walk back the long distance to put it back so I set it outside and left. Prices 2 to 3 times higher than other salvage yards!!!!

I called and inquired about a windshield, the guy told me $100.00 if i pull it, 150.00 if they pulled it. I told the guy ok & to have it pulled and waiting for me, that i would be on my way to pick it up the very next day. After driving a little over 3 and a half hours to get there, i arrived at the facility, i told the people in the office that i was the one who had called the day before about a used windshield for 150.00. The windshield was pulled and waiting to be picked up, but the price i was told in person was $450.00! Needless to say, i didn't bring that kind of money with me, and i sure wasn't going to pay that kind of money for a used part i could get new online for less than $200.00. I ordered a brand new windshield online for $119.00 plus tax & $40.00 freight charge. (Around $171.00) I don't take kindly to and despise being lied to. I will never attempt to do business with Cox Auto Salvage ever again, and strongly discourage anyone else from attempting to do any kind of business with them, If they lied to me, it only shows me that they will lie to anyone.

I have been there a couple of times.The bearded gentlemen I met there are business minded. They attend to you with utmost courtesy and straight to the point.They go the extra mile to help you order for what you want even when they don't have it available.I'll venture to add that they're godly.

Convenient location for me. I wasn t aware of this place. iIt was well organized. It s a very large place and they pay pretty good for scrap metal for stores yeah, you can clean.

I went in to get a part for my car about 3 weeks ago and I'm just now getting around to writing a review because I've been busy but I wanted to give praise where it is due. I dealt with Daniel and he was very helpful and friendly. He actually brightened my awful day because he seemed to be in such a good mood. The other guy there with him seemed to have a awful attitude however and just seemed pure lazy like he didn't want to work. The prices are reasonable and the lot is huge. If you can't find what your looking for there Id be surprised.

I love this place. You will to if you love fixing your car or truck. You can pull it yourself or have them pull it.

They have a very large selection of cars and they re organized by Maker, which made things really easy when trying to find a specific part. The guys who are in the office were knowledgable and friendly. They close the yard 30 minutes before close, so its a good idea to come early or at least an hour before closing time.

Called on Thursday and spoke to Ryan, he said I will show you the car,if you like the part my guys will take it off. I drove 2 hours for nothing. I walked in he said I was 3 minutes to late and he come to work in Nikes so he's not taking me to the yard to look at the parts I needed. Waste of time,Horrible customer service. He said they close at 1230 online it said 1. Horrible customer service, Do not recommend this place. Ask for someone else besides Ryan,he's a joke.
