I have been dealing with David and Susan when David was working at Firestone yes he is busy that is why is suggested to set a appointment before you take your car to the shop he is reasonable and he backs his works also if in California I would ship my car to him I basically don't let anyone but David Parsons to touch my cars or vehicle

Best mechanic in Richmond County! Quality and thorough work. Fair honest price. Family run business. They stand by all work and I would tell anyone make the drive to ellerbe to have all you vehicle needs met.

Great experience! David and his crew are always busy because they're good at what they do. He shoots you straight. Changed out a bum motor on an 04 Civic that for one I bought and took to them. Great job on time and within his estimate! Thanks, David!

I can t thank the staff enough, I was traveling home and my car started overheating. I made it to their shop around 2pm on a Friday. The got to it as soon as they could and they went above and beyond. They stayed until 8:30 working on my car to make sure I could finish the remaining 150 miles of my trip. For them to stay 3-4 hours past closing to repair my car shows their dedication and professionalism.

I was a walk in customer, which I expected a long wait and did not at all! They were more than kind enough to work me in at their convenience an found out another shop sold me the wrong size but after fixing that I dropped my vehicle off with them and it was ready in no time!
