I ve been driving since I was 16, lived in multiple states up and down the east coast, had several vehicles and many mechanics all within that time, and with all honesty, this is by far the best place I ve ever been to have my car serviced. The owner, Brian, is without a doubt the most trustworthy, transparent, and honest mechanic I ve ever known. Always available, and will always be true with handling and fixing your vehicle. I drive a 12 year old Subaru and Brian ensures that my vehicle stays safe and working like new. No matter where I go next, if I m within a reasonable driving range, and there is an issue with my car, I will without a doubt take it to Brian. This business and its owner, and all his employees deserve nothing less than a five star, A+ rating. This place is a by far the worse I have ever seen....they dont deserve any stars....they claimed they fixed a car and I had to take it somewhere else to have the same thing fixed. Took my money and didnt show any remorse about anything....if you have car problems DO NOT take it here.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Fast, friendly service! We needed an oil change sooner than expected and they fit us in quickly so our daughter could take her driver's test with a freshly serviced vehicle.

Flat tire. Pulled in and asked if they could fix it. They moved the car that was already there and pulled my car in. 15 minutes and they were driving it back out. I've had to have tires fixed, several times and this was thew fastest. The young man knew what he was doing and all of them were very nice and very reasonable.I know where I will be taking my car to get the tires fixed.

I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the only reason I can't is because I moved. They will treat you like family (the positive kind) and make sure your vehicle is safe and in proper order.I will miss them all, from Brian and Kim to the boys popping fire crackers in the back.Be safe. This use to be a reliable mechanic shop. I've had 4 instances of family members taking vehicles here and not getting them fixed. Once my mom's dash cluster wasn't fixed $500+ they got my dad twice on air conditioning so that's another $150 and just recently my sister spent $700+ for a tune up she probably didn't need when in reality she just needed a fuel pump. They didn't stand behind their work in ANY of these circumstances, for these reasons I finally decided to not stay quiet any longer. Do NOT take anything here, I won't even be coming here for my annual inspections anymore. I wouldn't even take a Hot Wheels car here!!!

I've had different cars brought here and the first one I couldn't remember what went wrong and I was unhappy about, but I was later talked into by a friend to let him work on another car I had issues with. It got chalked up to being the sparkplug and coils, so I spent 300$ to get them fixed up and then less than a week later my car was having same issues again. I was upset but took it back to see if they could redeem themselves. cost me another 200$. I've only had the car for a little over a year, and now, it's still having the same issues. I took it to them after I first got it.This is the fourth time I'm having to have it worked on and come to find out from a different mechanic, who I took it to the third time some months later, that the parts that were replaced weren't the right ones. Everyone was always friendly and got stuff done timely but it's really disappointing to find that they didn't use the correct parts that my car needed. Ultimately costing me so much more than it originally could've.

Lady at the desk was friendly, professional and honest. She detailed what to expect. The mechanic told me what the issue was and gave me the price. Pricing was fair and the repair was completed with a couple of hours. This mechanic is not only sexist and treats women less respectfully than men, but he totally faked doing an alignment for my vehicle and used old parts instead of new control arm bars. I went to confront him and he said he would make it right if I came back. Upon returning he was very rude and he did absolutely nothing to improve my vehicle or do the alignment he was originally supposed to do! Feel totally disrespected and misled. Will never be back

Excellent job, professional work, very friendly service. My clutch started going out on 74 while on a family road trip and I just barely rolled in to Willette. They looked at it immediately knowing I was in a bind. They could fix it but it would be 1, maybe 2 days, and it was almost closing time - remember, I'm far from home. Not just do they give me the local scoop (the restaurants I won't be bothered at, the hotels that are actually clean, that sort of stuff!) - they offer me a ride into town .. with two sons and all our luggage. Above and beyond service, they were ok with the car staying on the lot a little long, and the repair? Quite zoomy with a fresh clutch, and no problems!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

Well really like Bryan very friendly nice guy ..but .....called them was broke down at kfc...they came right out and picked up ..even gave ride home..then ..called truck ready to go so I pick up made it home barely..and broke down again ..they replaced battery said ready to go...so myself took alternator. Off took to advance...they checked...alternator bad ..put back on ..no problems since ...so 189 bucks through out window..for battery I didn't need...this was my second time having issue..with them ..time before..vehicle acting crazy lights run not run ..etc....said they done a reset...charge 389....made it about two days ..then same thing...luckily friend stop by and we noticed positive battery cable hot to the touch....so replaced....issue fixed...so around 500 bucks ..wasted...will only use for tow service..will find better ..mechanic...I mean come on a shop that can't find a alternator bad....just plain old unacceptable...and I'm not a mechanic...but battery..alternator..starter..if a shop can not find that issue..in just a few mints...come on guys do better..my opinion ...friendly folks but want be using again.

I walked in to get my car looked at since every other garage I had called was busy. They told me I could bring it in anytime. I got there about 12:20pm and left a little after 1:00pm with a quote and an appointment to bring it back in the morning for them to fix. Super quick, super nice. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

I have utilized their services several times for minor repairs and am very pleased with their quality and prices. I called at 4 PM one Friday afternoon with an AC problem, they took it right away though they were busy and it was cool sailing in no time at all. Their prices are always below the competition and way below the dealer, no up-selling. So thankful I have found someone who I trust to do a great job at the right price (even though it is 13 miles out of my way).

I have been using this garage for any issue I cannot fix. I use them for all my small and large automotive repair. Always have been honest given me choices when it comes to my repairs. I had them replace lights for me and they also replaced a engine for me.. I haven t had to take that car to them or anyone since they always do the job rite never cut corners. We pulled over here while traveling across the state. Our vehicle had a break caliper stuck. The owner dropped what he was doing to assess our vehicle. They found a replacement part nearby and had it rushed to their shop. Within a few hours we were back on the road. You just cant find good service and good people like this anymore.

The mechanic there was very understanding and informed me that I got the wrong part so he got the right one and let me bring back the money I owed him that I didn't have at the time back .Very nice and friendly and trusting.

I wish this were a 10 star because that s what I would give. We used a them when we had two Sebring s and today for the first time, our Prius V. Trustable repair shop. They go the extra mile to fix your car right without hitting you up with extra charges. I found them when I left my longtime mechanic whose work started to slip. Got lucky as so far they are the best around Rutherford County. Willette is a class act.

I had willette look at my son's 03 buick rendezvous 3.4 4 days ago my son took the engine apart last night and today the diagnosis was from Brian he said the engine had jumped timing and Brian said theValves was bent sorry to say Brian was wrong and incorrect the engine valves are fine and the timing is good he needs to update his code scanners and get better education on working on cars and suvs my attorney is gonna have a good time putting his shop on the front of the newspaper for lying and wrong diagnosis.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

, I've known Brian and Jacob since day one and they are great guys and damn good mechniics and trust me I've took my automobile to a weed eater and they came out of there working great every time.but there such great guys they even came over a house I just bought and cut out the old door and put the new one in .now how many mechanic's do you know would do that . So he'll yeah Brian and the crew there some great guys and good friends thanks Brian

Let's see...where do I begin? I called on Friday to see about getting tires and they didn't have them in - tires were there by Monday morning. We showed up today at 10:00 A.M. to get four brand new tires and an oil change and just now left at 11:10 A.M. Needless to say, these guys are quick at what they do!Price? Blew competitors away. We were quoted nearly TRIPLE the cost at competitors places and when I told them what I was quoted, Brian responded with, "Whoa. That's a lot of money," and gave us a quote nearly $300 cheaper.Do the smart thing and take your car to these guys. Support local business that will take care of you and your car without robbing you blind.

Had transmission replaced drove it home and had leaks they came back the next day to take it back in to see what the problem was picked it up today and still have leaks paid over 1200$ to still have a leaking transmission. I will never take anything back to them. I will be taking it to some one that will fix it right and willette will be charged the bill then to small claims court. They are crooks.Service: Transmission
