Had a service done and my pickup here.Brandon was diligent and skillfully assisted me with any questions I had. The entire team was quick and efficient. I would give this experience 6 stars if I could. Will definitely recommend.

Stopped in to get an oil change after 6:45 p.m. and Brandon and Cody were great! I offered to come back the following day when I realized the business closed at 7 but they would not hear of it - they took their time and did a through inspection and even did a oil cleaning treatment that my car needed which took even longer than the normal oil change. Great service- great people!

I always come here for oil changes. The guys that work here are fast, friendly, helpful, and honest. Today I had my oil changed, tire pressure checked and adjusted, and they reset my oil life because I couldn't figure it out. They were also having fun doing their jobs, happy and enthusiastic - such a treat in any place of business. I left smiling, and recommend!

These are the nicest guys! They do not keep you waiting! I was there less than a minute on a Sat with 3 people in front of me, and someone was already out there seeing about my needs! I highly recommend Strickland Brothers! Fast, friendly, reliable service! Thanks guys!

My go to place for my oil changes.Jeremy (I hope I have his name correct) is a great asset to your company! He is a natural at GREAT customer service.I was offered add-on products but never felt pressured.He smiled, welcomed me and made me feel appreciated. He even took time to speak to my puppy, who was along for the ride.The facility always appears to be clean and well organized and your pricing is great with the coupons I receive via email.Thanks for turning a dreaded errand into a pleasant experience.

After having a bad experience with Strickland Brothers nearly 4 years ago where they had put the wrong oil in my vehicle I decided to give them another chance and I'm regretting every bit of it seeing how this go round the oil they put in seem to be obsolete the following day after having Strickland Brothers change my oil apparently they hadn't changed the filter correctly and all of the oil they thought they put in my truck was gone. (Maybe that's why the oil gage would not register) Or maybe it was the fact that No Oil was Added this time! As I was driving on the highway my truck stalled and when I went to go check the oil the oil was empty and oil fill and dip were smoking. I immediately contacted Strickland Brothers who sent the manager out to add oil good thing I got videos prior to him arriving. They have not yet assumed any responsibility however engine mechanics beg to differ. I have lost more than two weeks worth of work and my truck over allowing Strickland Brothers to do an oil change. I would highly recommend using somebody else! ***Update***Apparently neither the shop that I had the oil change (or not changed) done at nor the number left in their response from Strickland Brothers are tended to. I have tried calling several times and not able to leave a message because apparently they don't have an answering service nor will anybody answer the phones I'm sure Strickland Brothers has my information and I would love to hear from them prior to reaching out to an attorney! Apparently this review will not allow me to share the video while I was stranded roadside but if anybody would like to reach out I'd be more than happy to share!

Strickland Brothers in Elkin, NC always provide me with 5 star customer service! I went in for a full service oil change and the job was done so smooth and efficiently. The service is always completed with quick speed and efficiency. I got my tire pressure and signal lights checked as well.These guys took care of me very well. I left very satisfied with my service today! If you re local choose Strickland Bros!!!

Brandon was very professional and extremely polite and went above and beyond. Came fore just a lil change but ended up getting a oil change oil treatment new air filter and new windshield wipers and he toped off all my fluids externally friendly and professional he definitely needs a raise for his wonderful costumer service

Fast. Informative. Friendly service. Shame in my fit but getting the names of the Techs that took care of my oil change. The guys were great. Talked through each step. I ll definitely keep using this location guy my oil changes.

Matthew was wonderful. He was the only one on staff at the time and took his time and great service. He told me it would be longer than 10mins due to him only being there. I would recommend them.

Fast oil change - technicians were friendly, professional, quick and seem to really enjoy working together. I liked that they showed me the air filter, etc and did the whole inspection. Will definitely go back.

Service started off rough but was saved by excellent customer service. When we pulled in, we initially went to pull into a parking spot. Almost all the way into the spot and employees got our attention and told us not to park there because of wet paint and instructed us to pull around back. I suggested a sign or blocking the parking space to an employee named Bobby. He got an attitude and made a smart remark about not being responsible and about how he just got here. I did not deduct stars nor discourage others from going there because of that. The remainder of the customer service was awesome and performed by Jeremy, Landon and I do not know the name of the employee under our vehicle. Jeremy apologized for Bobby s attitude. Overall great experience.

These guys were amazing. My oil filter was broken upon arriving to their business and they personally drove up the road to get me one. They did my oil changed, put in the new part and filter. They also put in a new break light and signal light for me. Checked my pressure etc for a reasonable costs. They had a great attitude as well. Very helpful
