Dale and Gabe are very welcoming and knowledgeable for any car questions. You will get honest answers and quotes, very reasonable. I will be going back for pretty much any car repairs.

We needed to replace our RV tires, and T&T worked with us to get the best tires for our needs.They ordered, and once they arrived, we went in the next morning. They were super busy, but they were fast and worked us right on in. Everyone worked so well together. That is little town shop goodness. They are family owned and operated. You can tell they truly care about each other and their customers.If we lived in the area, we would definitely use them as our go-to tire store.

T&T was very helpful. My tire light was on and they found a huge piece of something in my tried. This is what they found. Thank GOD they found it before something happened. I will always take my pick-up trucks to them Thanks Dale.

I was here 4 weeks ago. When I left gave them a rather severe review. Perhaps more so than what was warranted.Was I pleased with the service...NO.I had been here several times before and had always been pleased with their service, that is why I returned. Don't intend on returning, they will survive without my business as I will without their services.

We were visiting my Mom for the Labor Day weekend from Florida and had tire issues. Our spare tire was corroded and the original tire lost its ability to hold air. We had to travel from Elizabethtown to White Oak for a couple of days with our blinkers and super slow to get my Mom to her appointments. She and others in town told us about T&T Tires. It was the best decision ever made to go there. They were fast, courteous, honest and efficient. The wait was not long even with other appointments before us! They gave us a new spare tire and fixed the air socket on our other tire for under $80 as they did not find a hole in our original tire. Extremely professional service! Took my car here and told them I thought I had a bad wheel bearing . They inspected it and and told me it was not a bad wheel bearing it was a bad transmission bearing. So, I took it to a transmission guy who kept it for 3 days and said it was not a transmission bearing. It was a bad wheel bearing, which the transmission guy fixed. Noise in tire is gone, car works great. Am I wrong to think a tire place should be able to diagnose a bad wheel bearing?Service: Tires

We are new to town just moved down to White Lake...and after being in the same place for over 30 years a new place can be very intimidating. But these guys have made us feel very welcomed and are always quick and reliable and reasonable. Thank you all for being so kind to us newcomers!

T and T Tire has been the absolute best to deal with. I wish I lived closer. My car broke down and I had it towed to the closest shop- I lucked out with T and T. They were gracious, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I asked them to repair a broken belt and pulley but they realized the car might have engine problems and opted to do a stress test. They were right. Their attention to the problem and knowledge saved me from paying for repairs that wouldn t fix my problem. Thanks T and T

One of the many reasons I go to T T Tire is because they cater to the working person. I can drop my car off in the morning and he ll take me back to work and then come back and pick me up with my car when my car is finished what more could you ask for. It really does make a big difference very good people very accommodating. It s a great family business and very thankful that they re there.

These guys are very professional and friendly. If something is wrong further than what was believed, they walk you through what options there are and show you what's going on with your vehicle. I've been getting my car inspected and repaired here for 8 years and today was refused service. I needed an inspection done and was asked for my registration card. I always lose those cards and they have always just looked my registration up by my vin number. Today that was not the case. This is not something you want to hear after being on the road for three and a half hours. Donna or whatever her name is is the rudest human being I've ever met. She has no personality and there are quite a few names I could use to describe her. Whatever has changed at T&T definitely needs to be fixed.

I've been getting tires put on and purchased through tt now for 3 years. Never had an issue. They have always given me the best used tires when I ask, and they have been incredible!

Have been using this facility for a bit over a year or two. Haven't had alot of problems but two major problems that really shouldn't be ignored. This is supposed to be a professional tire shop and when I'm done there I should not have to check anything or take it elsewhere to be checked. Now I was there with one car moths ago and had two back tires put on and balanced. Two days later I washed the vehicle and noticed the tire (which was directional) was on backwards. When I got back to the shop and informed of my findings I was immediately asked if I had been any where else with the car. OMG deflecting, and I ignored it. On the recent findings I thought I had a brake and rotor issue on my BMW 750li. But I was a CWs in bladenboro and the air pressure was checked in the front tires and the pressure was well above 50psi. So I asked to ched the rear tires as well just to make sure these were not two separate occasions. Nope I'm sure one measured over 80psi. This to me is in acceptable T&T. I brought this to their attention and again I get this deflection thing going on in my ear about the machines, and how professional these workers are supposed to be and I don't doubt that but I also am 42 years old and I know of two thing that can make a day go bad. Human error and mechanical failure. Either of the two could have happened and I was just looking for an apology. Not even a well make it right. So for you all reading this. I'm no saying there terrible and you can read there not great so come to your own conclusions. But as for me I'm done with T&T tire. Oh and of course no records found in computer lol. By the way. That over over pressurization cost me two Michelin tires that we're at 50%of wear. The belts are broken and distorted. Thanks T&T
