Although I usually go there when something is an issue, these guys are great! My truck stays running well thanks to the great people here. They do excellent work, use high quality parts, and are super easy to work with. They do a decent job keeping you informed of the progress of your repairs and make sure everything is fixed... some places just ignore it if you didn't ask them to fix it, but these folks know what they're doing and aren't afraid to turn a wrench or three to keep you running smoothly! I can't thank them enough! If you need a diesel truck serviced anywhere in southeasthern NC, I recommend these guys (and ladies) highly!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

We ended up stranded in this business parking lot our dually dumping diesel from the engine area and we were from out of town (4 hours from home). The owner came out, after hours, and made sure we were safe and our truck was put in their queue to get checked out. Due to the age of our truck, the required part was not available, The crew at this garage managed a work around that got my family, and truck, back home.With us being in a bind, and from out of town, and on a weekend this shop could have ripped us off. We had brake issues on. 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 that a local mechanic shop weren't sure how to fix. We were referred to Stewart's Mobile Service by a big rig owner who used Stewart's and he said they were goid and reliable. We found them to be so. They fixed our brakes issues so we can use our truck again! Pleased!

I used this mechanic to change my o rings because my engine was leaking oil. They pinched the o rings on the first replacement and I found out it was still leaking. They said they would fix it for free if it was the o rings and not the injectors. Then proceeded to change the o rings 3 more times because they kept pinching it. They kept my school bus in the shop for over a month during this process. Come to find out my engine is still leaking oil months later. I would give this shop 0 stars if I could. Not timely, expensive, horrible customer service, and I m still having problems.

Excellent service! They worked with me and the insurance company to process my ESP on my motorhome and got it repaired soon as the parts arrived. Would recommend them for anyone needing big rig repairs or motorhome chassis repairs.

No follow up. Seems they had no interest in my business. Made friendly statements to my face but didn't follow up and didn't do anything they said they would. Left me hanging. Seems like the owner does everything ---- like estimates, scheduling, customer service --- not enough employees

By far the WORSE company that I have EVER done business with! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The lack of communication is TERRIBLE. They will give an estimate and bill you DOUBLE the estimate without communicating AT ALL. Again, DNU this company.
