I went to Advance Auto Parts of Elizabethtown today before 8:00 am for a replacement wind shield wiper for my Nissan Kicks SV. The old man that was sitting on a bucket seat behind the counter, already lookup fed up with life & his choice of employment asked me what I needed. I told him the make and model of my vehicle and that I needed a windshield wiper for the driver side. Before I could finish, he informed me we don t put em on in the rain because they don t pay us sick time so that we can t take sick time if we get sick putting em on in the rain . I replied, That ll be alright. I ll go somewhere else . I then went down the street to O Reilly Auto Parts & decided to call in the store before I went in and would have to endure the same sentiment. HOWEVER, I was greeted cheerfully by Ruby & she asked me what I needed. Ruby of O Reilly Auto Parts went over pricing and items available for purchase. I asked could she put it on in the rain if I held my umbrella Ruby stated she could put the new wind shield wiper in the rain and would be happy to assist me. I went into the store, Ruby said good morning and asked if I was the had called. I stated I did, Ruby quickly retrieved the product, Ruby rung me up, I paid cash, got a receipt, and we both exited the store together. I held my umbrella over Ruby, Ruby worked quickly and ensured that she placed on the new wiper correctly. I thanked Ruby for her assistance and wished her a good day! Moral of the story, what one man at Advance Auto of Elizabethtown won t do, a WOMAN named RUBY of O Reilly Auto Parts of Elizabethtown will do WITHOUT EXCUSE OR HESITATION in the rain! RUBY YOU RE THE REAL MVP! O Reilly will continue to have my service!

Went to return some items that I bought last week and I ended up not needing them. I didn't have my receipt but the two gentlemen went above and beyond to find the transaction from last week. Once it was found they quickly returned my money back into my card.

Normally really fast and friendly but double check your items as I was given the wrong light bulbs one time and also a bad bulb on a different occasion. They did however replace it and take the other bulbs back but it cost me time and having to do work twice.

Very professional,knew just the battery that I needed but wouldn't put it in for me.had to go home to replace the battery myself in 5 minutes then carry the old one back. No help with my gas or pay for my time.

My car broke down on the way to the beach with the wife and kids. I stop in Elizabeth's town having some car trouble at the O'Reilly here and couldn't be more happy about the outcome. I'm pretty car illiterate and the staff here helped me very bit of the way diagnosing my issue to a drive belt and pullie. They didn't have what I needed I stock but went to pick it up AN HOUR away in Fayetteville. After little time of waiting I got the new drive belt and pullie back on my car with help from the staff showing me what to do. I want to give a special thanks to the USMC guy (Im sorry i cant remember your name) who went above and beyond to help me. THANK YOU! This experience will make me go to O'Reillys 1st from now on.
