Local folks here and they know the business. The few times they didn't have something in stock immediately, they did let me know if another store close by had one, or let me know the exact date their store would receive the item in. They keep their word. When they tell you they'll have it, they mean it. If you buy several items at once, they put it all in a repurposed cardboard box instead of a flimsy plastic bag which might not mean much to most people, but it does to me.
