I ve been going to Bladen lube & tire for a couple of years now and I m always satisfied with the service I receive. Everyone is extremely friendly and customer service is second to none exceeding my expectations every time. This is my go-to place for anything vehicle related. The best in town!

Very unprofessional! They do not honor their own business hours. I went to hours before closing both times. I have even left work early just be be refused service. Don t waste time going here unless it s Before lunch time. They continually turn customers around when their sorry mechanics are tired. Happened to me twice and is a big buzz around the town. Lumberton or Fayetteville is a better option.

They Need to do better. Went in for an oil change, I was asked if I wanted my fluids topped I said yes but didn't get my fluids topped. They didnt aske if i wanted my fluids topped after i let them know they failed to do so.Also the guy that serviced my car made sure to park my car where I couldn't see it and parked it very close to another vehicle where I couldn't open my dirvers side. Oil was changed tho but now I'm not so sure if they actually changed my oil filter....gotta do better peopleService: Oil change

I've only been there a few times to get my oil changed and my other fluids checked. They did a good job and was really nice about everything. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was because I've only been there 2 or 3 times but each time was a good experience. So I recommend going here to get your oil changed.

Not the same since Troy was fired for being descent and honest! I had service done and requested additional service. Up charging people for parts and labor not needed. Strips my loyalty as a customer away. No longer will I go there to have my vehicles serviced. That I promise!

My experience was AMAZING!! I will definitely be going back. They are incredibly reasonable, honest, and fast. I was genuinely surprised by the bill-in a good way. 2nd time I've been there and sat almost a hour to get my truck inspected only to be told they are out of stickers. What's bad is we called ahead to make sure it wouldn't happen again and were told yes we have stickers and are doing inspections. Took off work early missing pay and waisting gas to have to do all over again tomorrow

Oh my these people are the best. Knowledgeable, friendly and willing Togo the extra mile just to make sure your happy with the work they do. I wouldn t even think of taking my truck anywhere else for routine service and maintenance. Stopped for a hamburger and my low oil sensor displayed an alert .Bladen express lube added over a quart for free.

I took my boat trailer there where they repaired the lights in my jeep where are they balance the tires. They did good work and completed the work very quickly. I highly recommend them.

The work I had done with my bake and abs lights on in my dash. Not corrected. They came back on in my dash again yesterday. I don't recommend this place for anyone in Bladen County to use , overcharging and poor service. The owner is the blame for this. He's all about upcharging for the money and not giving quality of service for what they charge.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I decided to give Bladen Express Lube & Tire a try based on reviews and was very disappointed in them. I dropped by car off for a oil change and was told it would be ready in 2 hours I called 4 hours later and it still wasn t ready said it would be another 30-45 minutes. I ended up leaving without an oil change. I wouldn t recommend unless you have plenty of time to wait. Needs better management

Two vehicles needed inspection and oil change. Took one in a.m. and left it. They called when ready. Pick up and left #2. Called when ready. Picked it up. More than satisfied with the service. No complaints about price. Highly recommend!!!

I had my tire patched, and spark plugs changed, but didn't replace a coil which made my van run rough. They claimed they'd topped off all of the fluids, but the transmission fluid reservoir was bone dry. Took a 3 hour ride with no transmission fluid. This is the second time I ve visited these good folks. I hit something on I-95 coming up to Elizabethtown and started losing oil. They checked it, diagnosed the problem in less than a half hour and had me back in business. No upsells, no excessive charges and no bull- just quality service. I decided to try out bladen express for the first time, took my truck here for some simple work to be done and the lady at the front desk was as rude as hell and they put the wrong part on my truck causing me to have to spend more money to fix it again somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in for a stuck brake caliper. Looked like I might need new pads too but they didn't try to oversell me and let me know just what I needed and not extra parts just to make a quick buck.I appreciate that in a Mechanic and I'll definitely be back when I need them again.Service: Brakes

I was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes. Two hours later, they finally finished my car. All I was getting was an oil change and there was only one car in front of me with two open bays

4:50 April 26, Need a inspection Business closes at 6:00 turned me away because they said that they have four inspections to do, ask me to return in the morning, turned several customers away ......I would rather go else where now.....thats why it's called work .....lost my business.....poor management
