Came here to get an inspection because I was in a rush and there were absolutely no cars were there. Walked in "Good morning sir how are you doing today's". Him "how can I help you" kindve rude tone but I let slide. Me "wondering if I can get an inspection today" Him "First of all I need you take your car and park it back behind those yellow lines. Then cut ur radio completely off and come back in here with ur registration and keys" I said "no problem sir" walked back to my truck and it just felt like he didn't want me there to begin with. His tone and demeanor to me was just completely off. I sat in my truck for about 3 minutes and just pulled off. I ended up going to Xpress lube and waited about an 1hr. But they were nice and appeared to appreciate my business. I'd rather waste my time than give my money to a business that made me feel the way I felt earlier. Maybe he was having a bad day today, maybe not. All I know is i will never come to this place again.

Do not even waste your time here. This place is totally ridiculous. Said I had no mufflers on a 1 year old car bought new from a dealership. Will not even listen to reason. Rude as hell. Take your business elsewhere. They have been in business a long time apparently, no idea how. Wish I could give 0 stars.

They suck to say the least. Took my car in for inspection to fail me because of my tint. Also, didn't give me a receipt of their "Cash Only" sign makes you wonder.. I bet the IRS will like if an Audit is preformed. Just saying..

Mr Charlie and his team are great. Fast accurate service and reasonable prices. Walk ins are welcome. They give it to you straight no games. Have been to this place many times and will continue. State Inspection in less than 30mins with two car ahead of me.

Small shop with a great staff. I go every year to have the state inspection done on my 3 vehicles. I'm in and out within 20 minutes.

I wish I could give more stars! Fastest (and cheapest!) inspection I've ever had done. Guys were more than helpful with excellent customer service (granted I didnt need to interact very much or long). Definitely will go back to them every year. Customer for life and recommending to everyone!

Had a good experience here. If you have illegal tint do not do here. Lol. Most the shops that pass I ll illegal tint are gonna tell you a passing tint to help you out. Here there by the law like they should be. And if you re crying because the man tells you your cars gonna fail before he even starts the inspection, don t cry the RACE card. You should be happy he did that before he took your money dummy s. SMH. Good people at the shop. I ll be back next year.

Completely unprofessional. Failed my inspection with 35% true to tint. This is legal with the state. They said my car was reading 20%. I guess because I m a man of color they feel some type of way. Took it to Leary s and it read 35% exactly. I don t recommend them at all.

This is the place to go to get your vehicle inspected; they are fair and friendly and abide by state guidelines and only charge what the guidelines state $13.60 for most vehicles $23.60 if the vehicle has tint. They have been in business for 38+ years so they must be doing something right. Just know that they won't bend the rules/guidelines and will explain anything to you that may be unclear to you (if it fails they will explain why and guide you as to what to do to get is passed).

Went for an inspection and they failed the car because of the tint. Man said it was reading 25-27% all the way around which isn t accurate because my tint is only 35%. He wasn t even trying to listen to us. Failed us then told us the issue instead of speaking with us before hand. Basically brushed us off. Unprofessional

Bad went there to get my car serviced and the timt on my car that was well with in the regulations failed and they made us take it off come to go to another auto shop and all windows passed inspection went back my 15 year old son went in to tell them about the mess up and to ask if they could re test and my son ces out shaking and tells me he was just cussed out by one of the main workers never going there again waste of time and money learys allinment is the go to place updated equipment and better service williams service center and the worker should be ashamed of. How they cussed out a 15 year old kid unbelievable

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go there again. Could not walk in the door before he was giving me excuses of why my car would fail inspection seemed like he was just to lazy to get up and do the work. No wonder people are not busting down the door to get in that place. I m all for small business and supporting them but this place will never see a dime of my money.

Racist shop was gonna fail my inspection before he even started. New to the area so a friend recommended them will never attempt to do business with them again
