Very nice mechanic, and CSR. Walmart is the only problem. Waited 1 1/2 hr to pickup tires had to cancel installation because Walmart refuses to update their systems. It was a huge headache I feel so bad for their employees

I would like to thank the Auto Care Center staff for assisting me during an emergency battery replacement. I purchased a new battery, but then found out it was dead after installing it in my vehicle twenty minutes later. They tested the bad battery, checked the replacement, and even attempted to make the exchange when Customer Service initially refused. Thanks again!

I'd give them a zero if I could! I called and set up an appointment to have all 4 tires replaced. I was told they had the tires available and made an appointment for this afternoon. I arrive and they told me they did NOT have those tires in stock and acted like I was an inconvenience. They said "what do u want us to do?"... I said "well I came all the way from the outer banks because I was told you could change them at 1 pm today."He said "well I don't know what to tell ya." And proceeded to say I had to order them online because they couldn't. I'm livid, wasted all of that gas and time for nothing!!

Great tire center. The whole process took 20 min from buying tires to installed and balanced. And price is great. Goodyear Assurance 79.99. Unbeatable.

Will never buy tires from them again my husband was there at 7am he was the 3in line at 830 cars just going in and out so he went and ask why he was still waiting and cars going in and out they said they had app that he would still have a hour to wait they need to do a lot better than that but no worries we will never buy tires from them again all he wanted was the tires rotatedService: Tires

Called ahead to make sure that 30 minutes to close wasn't too late to get an oil change (I hate being "that guy"). Was told it would be no problem. I arrived about 45 minutes to close.When I walked through the door there were already 2 people ahead of me and we were all waiting...and waiting...and waiting. 10 minutes later an associate finally comes in, looking intently at her phone until she got to the register and greeted the first of 2 customers ahead of me. She finally got to me and I was able to drop my keys with her. 6:30pm.It took an hour and a half, with 3 techs and the service manager there and 2 cars ahead of me. 90 slow, agonizing, rage slowly building, minutes. With 2 out of 4 techs available to getting to my car.I didn't say a word outside of exchanging pleasantries with the associate, paying for my oil change, and getting on my way.If I find myself in a spot where an oil change is NEEDED and they're the option I have, I'll go back. However, I would not return here based on excellent service nor would I recommend this location to ANYONE.

Got my tires here... Very good pricing and my wait wasn't to bad. The tire got a screw in it and I had to go back, it took almost 2 hours to get the tire repaired but since I got the tires here, and have road side on them... I guess it was worth the wait for free. They was only one other car in the bay so I'm not sure what the delay was however. Today I called to get my son's tires serviced and make an appointment. I was put on hold for 29 mins before I hung up and called back 5 times with NO ANSWER. I called the main store and was placed on hold then transferred but NO ONE Answered, the operator didn't seem to care nor help me. Not very good customer service. I guess we will move out business to discount tire

The wait time is majority of the reason for my 3-star review. The prices are unbeatable from what I could find for new tires and the warranty seems to be well worth the extra dollars (just from what I was told was covered, no experience with using it). However I was quoted a 2-2 1/2 hour wait. Fine. I had some shopping to do anyway and not really in a hurry. I waited 4 hours. It took 4 hours to put 4 new tires on my vehicle..... Just annoyed with the situation and the person who checked us out was unnecessarily rude when the time was brought up, hopefully the tires were worth it.

Would have given 5 stars but after a week of driving after getting new tires I noticed my car was starting to make funny noises. Come to find out the driver side tire was never tightened all the way and the lug nuts almost came all the way off. We were very lucky the tire didn't fall off.

not only did it take 2+ hours to get an oil change and one new tire, (we were the very first people when they opened too) but as I m driving my car home the piece plastic underneath my car that protects everything falls almost completely and starts dragging. This had to have been touched as they changed the oil. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Worst service ever. I was suppose to get my oil changed and the guy said my brake was faulty that's why he couldn't change them. so I took my car somewhere else and they said there was nothing wrong with my brake he just didn't want to do it. For what reason i do not know, please do not take your car here.

Horrible service. Took my car there to have the oil changed last year, the person changing it now (NOT Walmart) has broke 3 sockets trying to change it. Apparently Walmart put blue lock tight on when they were finished.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff was very nice. They were definitely short staffed today so I waited about 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very apologetic about the wait time and were working hard to move as quickly as possible.

went Saturday 5/19 to get two tires for my Honda CR-V they said no problem gave me the price and took my keys . I went to lunch and then shopping at wal mart for a total of Two hours car was not started they said it would be 45 more minutes so we decided to go and come back Sunday 5/20 to drop car off and come back at end of day to pick up. But when I got there at 1140am they said I cannot sell you two tires company policy . I purchased two tires from wal mart 2 month ago with out issue and they was going to do it yesterday . The lady did not want to here it I Spend a lot of money here at wal mart and I will be taken my business elsewhere. I expect to owner to contact me ASAP as how I was treated

Bought 2 tires to go. Only 13 customers ahead of me for installation, and it was only 0900. Busy start to Labor day weekend. Good price on my truck tires!

Joke's on me I guess!Walked in asking for an oil change, told them what car I had the year what type of oil, you know, the normal song and dance. I knew there were a few people ahead of me, no big. An hour and a half later I walked over to the garage to see what was going on.One guy is just shooting the breeze because he can't figure out what oil my car uses, the other is trying to tell him to get back to work. Finally they try to drive my car out but they don't know how to start a car with a manual transmission. So a different guy comes over to drive it out. 20mins later they call me to the counter... after all that, just to say "uh your car is too new, we don't know what it uses." Good one guys, class act.

Sporting goods department needs to explain in detail the criteria for purchasing firearms, especially to people such as myself who are new to the sport of hunting. I went in to look at purchasing a gun for hunting, wasn't sure what I needed and because I had a friend helping me, we got judged and received the run around. Ronnie, should not be so cocky and explain better as I'm not an idiot, I understand gun laws to an extent but his patience would go alot further next time . .

My wife picked up a screw somewhere along her 30min commute home and we waited until the following morning to find somewhere to have it plugged because everyone had already closed for the night. Walmart's service dept. was the first place to open in the morning, so she went there. With no other cars in the service bay, it took an hour to get a tire plugged. All the while my wife was fed B.S. by the women at the desk like: "You don't understand honey, he had to take it [the tire] off and repair it from the inside." B.S. because I know where the screw was and regardless, it shouldn't take an hour to take a single tire off a rim and replace it (which is not what they had to do and is not what they did).

Not satisfied. I've been coming for an oil change on my 2007 BMW. As well my daughter's oil change on a 2006 BMW. They never have the oil filter for the oil change. I had to purchase filters for both vechicles. Then I was charged full price for the oil change. Instead of subtracting the price which I paid for the filters

No help no one every answer the phone and when you do order off the website you get there to find out its not in stock and they are rude as can be and almost refuse to help or answer any questions

I feel they are under staffed in that department at Walmart. I had to wait over two hours and that was before my vehicle was taken in. It was another 90 minutes before my car was done. Almost four hours total.

Came to get tires changed out and had to wait an hour before they started our car. Ended up waiting an hour and a half and had employees leaving before they finished our car because it was past closing time.

I have been to other Walmart auto centers and have been seriously underwhelmed. This location did a great job in less time than their original estimate. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Waited over 2 hours just to be told they could not service my car. Will never again bring my car to Walmart of Elizabeth City because I got the same car serviced in Washington Walmart about 3 months ago and they did not refuse my service. Utter disappointment!!
