I was more than 200 miles from home, and had a tire going down on Labor Day weekend.These guys saved my trip by quickly repairing my tire with no hassle. I wish I had gotten the names of the receptionist and the tech -- both of them were really friendly.A local told me about this place, and I'm so glad he did. Driving on the mini spare tire on I-64 probably would have been a stressful disaster. And the repair held up for the remainder of my journey. Thank you so much!

If I could leave a review with NO STARS I would have. My daughter in law came to have tires mounted and balanced that I purchased from elsewhere. Once the two FRONT tires were done she made it FIVE MILES before one of the tires came off the rim. After speaking with girl at elizabeth city who was nice then referring me to Mandy in Va who proceeds to tell me AIR PRESSURE CHECK IS NOT PART OF MOUNTING AND BALANCING A TIRE. I am highly disturbed that anyone with that reply is responsible for people driving cars in the road after getting service from this business. Mandy would not give me the owners name or number as I wanted to reach out to them. This could have been a lot worse had my daughter in law been on highway going faster and with my grandchildren!!! I will not let this go by no means!!! Being a front tire at a high rate of speed could have been fatal!!! See pics and tell me this is not pure NEGLECT!!! See Mandys response below JUST EXCUSES! First it is Mrs Matthews and second response says from owner you stated yourself you were not the owner! And lastly shady business I stand by my statement. Now if the OWNER would like to contact me leave number please I would love to address with him. Thank you! Also my daughter in laws statement I ll take my chances were clearly about the back tires she needed to replace. Clearly the front tires you installed WERE CORRECT TIRES FOR RIMS ON THE FRONT! And that is tire that came off rim! A brand new tire YOU clearly installed so please clarify how that s is her fault. We even purchased the only used tire you had that would fit the back since those rims yes were different size. So her chance she took was to trust you would PROPERLY put on two brand new tires on front same rim size and then stay on longer than Five miles! And yes one truth you finally said UNDERINFLATED TIRE WHICH YOUR BUSINESS DID! So glad you finally admitted to that!Heat ring are you serious!!! How about the tire was not PROPERLY INFLATED TO BEGIN WITH THATS ALL ON YOU!!! Again more excuses for poor work! Had it been properly inflated it wouldn t have done this and further more it surely should have lasted more than FIVE MILES!!! Please explain that one since your such an expert! Clearly FIVE MILES IS NOTEXTENDED USE ON A FLAT! What a joke!!!

Had two tires put on my BMW this morning. Bobby and Angela were two of the most professional employees at a local business I've ever experienced here in EC! Bobby had my car up on the lift, tires removed, and the new tires balanced and back on very fast. And Angela handled the paperwork expertly. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here again!

Went here to get two tires and will definitely be back! The receptionist was wonderful and extremely helpful. They had me in and out in no time. Technician was great as well! Good tires a great price! Overall experience was just amazing! One happy customer! Thanks guys & gal. I will be back.

Ashley & Bobby are great. Bobby is very fast at putting on 2 tires. Ashley is very friendly and we enjoyed visiting while Bobby put the tires on. Prices are very good!

Stopped by to see what was wrong with my tire because it wasn't taking air at the gas station. There wasn't anyone ahead of me so they got me started right away and didn't find anything wrong but still gave me air for free. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The customer service was great and I would definitely recommend.

I bought 4 tires from them. They were balanced and amazing . They also had great customer service, and great patience with me over the phone before I came to get my tires done! I ll be back for sure!!

Great service...FAST! I love a family owned BB that checks all of the boxes. Get there and get a deal you are comfortable with.Flats fixed or a set of tires.. you will be satisfied.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. BAD BUSINESS. They gave me a bad tire a few days later I got a flat. Wire was showing all around the tire in a circle and two holes at that. Then they messed up one of my bolts or nuts. They couldn't even get it off had to call AAA. They couldn't get it off. Had to be taken to a shop. Smh. Wouldn't give me my money back after all the trouble I went though. Thank God I didn't get in an accident while working.

Very Expensive for two used tires i didn't have mounted or balanced there. Not to mention one of them was incorrectly labeled so now im stuck with wrong size tire and out 70$
