I had an excellent experience with E.C. Buick GMC and especially with Victoria! She was right on top of everything, from having my car towed from the garage it was at and contacting them, letting me know how the process would go. I never once had to call back and follow up because I was kept in contact through text messages throughout the process. My car looked great when I picked it up! There were no hidden fees or charges. It was such a relief to be able to trust her and the collision center to take care of my car. Thank you so much!
