Joe was extremely courteous, capable, and just overall a great person! I needed a tow on my truck to the dealership. He was very prompt, quickly (and safely) loaded my truck onto the tow, and we were on the way! He kept a great conversation going the entire drive and I felt very comfortable as he was polite and drove safely. He was fantastic! Great experience! I hope to never need their services again, but if I need a tow I will definitely be requesting Pro Tow & Recovery if this is the caliber of human they are employing.

Scott was AMAZING! He called me when AAA dispatched him to tow me. He needed to know I was safe. I was a true damsel in distress on the side of the road. He readjusted the current tow he was on so I wouldn't suffer any longer. He was gracious enough to make sure the mechanic at the garage could take care of me before he left. A truly chivalrous gentleman doing an honorable trade. I highly recommend.Service: Car towing

Emailed Pro Tow late night and got a quick response, quote, and friendly phone call with ETA to my location. Driver was on time to the minute, was upbeat, friendly. High level customer service from the entire team.I'm extremely happy with the punctuality, communication, pricing, customer service, and care! Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of Mr. Jason towing my 1972 Ford LTD which had been in a storage unit since it was wrecked 7 years ago. It was in a very tight spot, and definitely took some maneuvering and ingenuity but he got it done. He delivered it to my residence and again helped me to get it perfectly aligned in my driveway and it was a difficult task. He was fast, patient and courteous. I will definitely recommend this towing service.

I was stuck on the side of the highway during rush hour. Bobby came to tow my car. He was professional and personable. I appreciated he made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. Great response time. Will use again (hopefully won t need a tow) if needed.

I'm going to share my honest experience with ProTow. They towed my truck from Elizabeth City to Virginia. The transition was smooth and on time. Not a minute. Fast forward, the owner Mike called to inform me that AAA only paid for a limited miles of tow. I came to the shop and paid the remaining balance. Very humble and easy to work with. I highly recommend for any towing service to use ProTow! Thanks for everything ProTow!

On vacation, our battery died while at dinner. Pro Tow came out to try to jump us, I think his name was Nick? Super helpful and tried everything he could to get it running but still no dice. And then they didn t charge us because they were not successful in getting it started. I recommend them because they were quick to arrive and were very nice, and tried to help. Very happy with my experience even though it didn t work.Services: Battery service, Battery

I traveled from SmithfieldVA to Elizabeth City, NC for my daughters softball tournament. My truck broke down as soon as we got there. I called AAA and they sent out Jason from Pro Tow and to say that he exceeded my expectations is a understatement. Not only did I have to get my truck towed 65 miles home, but I needed a ride back as well. Jason was so polite and helpful. Riding over an hour with someone you never met you would think would be awkward and uncomfortable, but it was the complete opposite. I m so thankful AAA dispatched Jason and would recommend him and this company to anyone.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had while having to be towed! The driver was helpful and courteous. He made a point of explaining what was happening and made me feel a whole lot better about having a breakdown. I had a minor vehicle issue and used Pro Tow via AAA to move my vehicle to a local mechanic. Dean was EXTREMELY cautious loading my vehicle, insured both of our safety, was professional and courteous through the whole experience and made sure I was 100% happy with the service. A great experience after AAA did a miserable job. AAA left me stranded 4 hours. No updates on tow. Then at midnight I called friend who drove 60 miles to take me home. Next morning, early, I get call from Pro Tow that they're going to deliver to service center. Great, friendly, and prompt service. Special hat tip to driver, Amanda. She was shining light after terrible AAA experience.

I called pro towing is by far the best towing company ever. I called at 8 am to have a truck towed from Currituck to Elizabeth City. Jason was our tow truck driver. Not only was he to my truck with in 10 minutes and had my truck home with in the hour he also place it exactly where i needed it. Best hospitality and workmanlike service. Daughters jeep broke down in NC and needed to be towed to central Va. Jason came from Pro Tow & Recovery LLC to help us. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable when helping us. We were on the way home from OBX and we noticed our truck shaking, we pulled over and realized our bearings went bad on front driver side. We called AAA and they sent them out. At first we were nervous because it said only 1 passenger and it was 2 of us. But after talking to Anthony he said give me 5 min I will see what I can do. Anthony called back and was able to call in Mike S on his day off to be able to get us both home safely we had to wait 2.5 hours but it was well worth it. Mike S was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He drove us 111 miles safely and got us home. We definitely recommend this company I give them an A+!Service: Car towing

Our driver, Nick, was outstanding!!!! Professional, efficient and outstanding with our Slingshot. It is not your average vehicle but he did a great job with securing and dropped it almost in the garage. He also allowed my friend and myself a ride home with great music, companionship and total safety. I will definitely be calling him if I am ever in need of a tow again. Triple A made a great choice of dispatching Nick for our emergency need.

Tyler just left towing my tahoe. He was professional and kind. I was sweating my larger exhaust tips might scratch but he was on it and it went smoothly. If it's NOT Pro Tow and Tyler, then it's WRONG.

My friends car wouldn t start up after a fun day on a wild horse safari in Corolla. We called AAA and then after a while Jason came. He tried to jump start our Honda pilot and when that didn t work he found out that the starter is broken. He was very nice and drove us 2+ hours back to our house. The whole time he had a positive attitude and made us feel very comfortable. We are very thankful that he was able to help us and take us home. He even ask me if I have a music preference. Thank you Jason

I bad a blown tire and my boyfriend was helping me change it. Jason actually stopped by us and helped us change the tire, free of charge. All because he saw us trying to fight with my car jack he's a fantastic worker with a heart to match. I appreciate him so much stopping by to help us!!

My family and I were on vacation at OBX. We had truck trouble before we even got to our rental home. Tyree with Pro Tow came and was the most patient and helpful person. Jason is the man! I locked my keys in my car after work, and he made it across two counties in about a half hour on a Friday night. I've done this a couple of times, and people say my locks are backwards (which makes it difficult, apparently), but not for Jason... he was done in less than two minutes!

My Experience was a wonderful one with AAA and Pro Tow!! These Guys saved the day....The Tow Truck Driver Thomas was so kind, respectful and patient. My Tire exploded and was almost off the Rim. My Spare under my truck was difficult to remove because the safety latch was rusted...But Thomas did not give up and found a way to drop tire. Thanks Pro Tow and Thomas for your hard work! I will recommend everyone to these Guys
