Best car buying experience I ve had in my 56 years of car shopping. My salesman Monta Steagall took fantastic care of me from the time I called the dealership to setup an appointment until after my 2024 Trax purchase. Also followed up the next day to see how I was enjoying it and if I had any questions about the vehicle. Usually the financing side of car purchasing takes forever but Jimmy Ritter made that part go quickly with no problems. Found a great percentage rate too! The sales manager introduced himself and had quick responses throughout the process when needed. Truly the best car buying experience ever! Thank you Performance Chevrolet!

We brought our son, to shop for his 1st vehicle and to "Look" at trucks they may have in stock. We had no thoughts of buying today. But when we walked up onto the lot we were met and welcomed with kindness, consideration, thoughtfulness. Even Mr. Chris Perry came out to welcome us with his personal kindness and made sure that all our interest & specifications of what we were looking were met and we were taken care of in the highest quality of business. Made us welcome, not pressured in anyway. Our very knowledgable salesperson Todd & financial gentleman Zach, & sales manager worked with us and helped us in everyway. Best experience we ever had buying any vehicle! We are extremely thankful and will be doing more future business and buy vehicles only from Perry Auto. We had traveled all the way from Virginia Beach to visit Perry Auto and past many car lots to meet with the Perry Chevrolet Auto team in N.C. heard they are great. Took my truck in for oil change and general maintenance and was told it would take 1 hour, so I walked down to get breakfast. Got a call that my truck was ready 40 minutes later . Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Great atmosphere and very clean.

Wonderful atmosphere, did not feel pushed. Sales manager was extremely helpful. I can't speak highly enough about our salesperson, Charmaine. She was knowledgeable, friendly, personal, and had a great sense of humor. We were very comfortable with our experience!

I made my appointment online stating that the appointment was to have the driver door module replaced in my 2006 Trail Blazer (Safety Recall Issue). I was e-mailed with a change in my appointment time. Once I got to the dealership, I left my vehicle & went to have lunch, about 45 mins. later they call me & tell me they don't have the part to do the repair. When I return to get my vehicle, I am told that they will contact me when the part comes in so that my appointment can be scheduled. I still have not heard anything !!! I feel that if you can e-mail me to change my appointment time, knowing what it was for you should have confirmed you had the parts & if not, e-mailed or called me to let me know instead of me wasting my time to be there & have nothing done!!! I am very disappointed!!!!

Chris and Wayne Perry have built a great business in #ElizabethCity. I've worked along side Chris in community work and he has no issue getting his hands dirty for the benefit of others. When you need a car in EC you must touch base with #PerryAutoGroup.
