Monte was very good to deal with. The process went very smoothly, and expeditiously. Being able to apply a portion of he vehicle cost to my credit card was also a very positive thing for us. I am looking for a truck and am hoping Performance can get the vehicle we are looking for.The only reason I did not give a 5 star is I found the vehicle and the dealership brought it from the other dealer. I also would have preferred to be able to opt out of the Zurich dealer applied treatment which increases the price by 500.00. I realize all cars on the lot may already be treated, but special orders and cars brought from other dealers should have it as an option.

I was get to get the appointment so soon, and special thanks to Tiffany for her help...this lady knows her job well, and help me with the computer part in the communications department. Again . And the person in the office that take care of the billing department ...outstanding

It was amazing. Michael, the service supervisor really took care of me. He explained everything to me about my beloved 94 corvette. I was offered a loaner while I waited for my car being serviced. I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else. Thank you so much.

They do not know what they are doing in the mechanic shop. They will not call you back. They just about messed up my truck. Do not let them work on your vehicle. If you need a oil change just make sure the put oil in it . The owner does not know what they are doing there.

Quick shoutout to the service department and Michael Ray! We had issues with our battery recently, car wouldn't start out of nowhere. It was a Saturday and I thought to try and call the service department to see if they could send someone down to possibly give us a jump, even though Saturdays typically have less staff working. Had to leave a message as they were extremely busy. However, not 10 minutes later, one of the techs (Jim) came by to help us out! So thankful for the assistance even on such a busy day!

Backgound-I purchased the truck in Norfolk, VA; live in Mocksville, NC and travel for work. Performance was the closest dealer for me to use. I was treated as if I purchased the vehicle there and all intertactions were ABOVE expectations. All that I spoke with in choosing, service request and delivery after service was excellent. The service team and manager were excellent. Truck was cleaned, completed ahead of schedule and waiting for me. Very pleased, and fully recommend this dealership for any service needs.

2014 camaro ss, Had a shuddering in my car, took it to many places finally Chevy says it s my torque converter, 1800$, not small money to me at least. They replace it I get my car back it has the same exact thing happening drives exactly as it did before, take it back now they say it s the tcm and that ll be another 1800$ which I don t have. They say torque converter needed replaced anyways which I doubt as it drives exactly the same, I took my car to CHEVY cause I wanted it diagnosed and done right. Last time yall will ever see me in there

Performance Service Dept. is THE most HONEST group I have ever done business with in regards to our cars repairs. If it isn't broke, they will not lie and exaggerate issues. I trust this Service Dept. And their prices are the best we have witnessed in EC.

My husband and I would like to personally thank Mr. Michael Ray for assisting our daughter who was locked out of her car in 90 degree weather on today. I must tell you, she was at a gas station where this gentleman must have went for a drink or some other item. We re grateful that he is the angel that the good Lord sent to help her on this day. His act of kindness will never be forgotten. He was still working while not being at work. What a great guy! He is so worthy to be appreciated!

Made appt on line. Showed up for appt and found website was broken and had no record for appt. Was told they would work me in since I had proof. Said it would be a while but only took around 30 minutes. Will definitely return if anything else is needed.

After only owning my new Chevy Traverse for a month or so, I received an alert both in the vehicle as well as an email that I needed more air in a right rear tire. i immediately drove right into the service area and had a very nice gal find that a nail had been driven into the sidewall of my tire. She right away got my spare "donut" tire installed, ordered a new tire and it came the very next day. I drove in at 7:30am the following day and they put my new tire on immediately and the cost was even less than she had estimated. Bam!!! All done very quickly and easily! What fantastic service!!! Tiffany and all the service department was the most friendly helpful people ever. They communicate which is key! The price was great! It took 2.5hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived home and looked at my tires I realized your service tech broke off my one of lug nuts and didn t have the courtesy to mention it. I had to call back. The service desk don t answer the phone.. after numerous attempts I had to call parts and they had to reach service and inform them I was trying to call.. Worst service ever. Once they replace my lug nut I m never bringing my car back!

My oil change appointment and tire rotation was supposed to take an hour and the dealership was able to get me in and out in 40 minutes. I also was able to schedule an appointment with their Corvette technician to fix an issue with my infotainment system. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and very helpful. Great experience!

Staff is always so pleasant to deal with. Work is done in a timely manner and they always check to see if other service issues -if any-need to be taken care of. When you come to this Service Department you, as a customer, are treated as though you are the only one there. Just a very pleasant experience.

I had a good experience i had trouble finding the place. When I got there every thing went great . The service advisor got me in as soon as possible. I wasn't there long. I was able to get to use my GM Rewards points. and I got a 10 percent Senior Discount. I save a lot of money on my oil change. I only paid 27 dollars. The dealership in Ahoskie NC wanted to change me almost a Hundred dollars for the same service
