Kevin was very friendly, helped me with my auto parts needs, explained to me about the warranty and went a retrieved my wipers blades for me. He was just an all around helpful and very sweet person. Totally made my shopping experience less stressful

I came to this location when my car was making a loud ticking noise. It had already been an emotional day for me and then this happened. I walked in crying and was greeted by amazing staff! You know how, as women you walk into these places and they treat you like your an idiot and they don t want to help you? It was not like that AT ALL! I was greeted by Wesley Dixon, Justin Conran, and Cora Wickland. They were all incredibly helpful. There happened to be a mechanic there that night when I pulled in and I spent two hours in the parking lot while he looked at my car. Cora and Wesley came out numerous times to check on me and make sure I was okay and to see if we needed anything. Two weeks later I m back here to get the parts for my car and when I walked in Justin and Wesley were here and they both remembered me and greeted me as if they d known me for years. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing parts for their car!

Came to get my battery tested yesterday with the nice lady (I didn t catch her name) and she helped me understand all options. After the testing I leave the store but later I decided to get it over with so I go back to the store but this time I m met with Kevin who tried lying about the prices when asked and tried adding an extra charge of some sorts (some core charge of $22) when I only came for a battery replacement.After I told him the price and what was previously stated to me that s when his attitude changed. He got quiet and awkward and didn t say anything after being caught in his words. I would ve preferred the lady since she seemed to be the more intellectual one. After correcting his mistakes he then takes about 5-8mins to come out. He wasn t busy nor were there any customers in the store and yet he still had a job to do. He had me wait in the blazing heat while he tried making conversation with the other cashier who was trying to work.He finally gets to the car and at first didn t seem to know where to start but eventually began the replacement. Toward the end he didn t secure the new battery correctly at first and tried saying something was missing (something like a bar that would be hooked up to secure the battery), he didn t explain it much but eventually after realizing he placed something wrong he then secured it as best as he could and finally it was over with. Thank you for the new battery but how about we train the employees to be more kind especially if the employee already struggle doing their job.Thank you to the other cashier who was the most understanding, helpful and kindhearted person I ve came across in a while.

I want to thank the Assistant manager that helped myself and my daughter.I don t drive at night so I don t use my lights.My daughter surprised me for girls night dinner and movie.Come out of the movies it was dark no headlight.Called the store and drove over the young man fixed the light and we bought the other light.He didn t have to help us but he did.I m forever thankful to him.I lost the business card from that night but I had to do a review.He went above and beyond to help us!!!!Thank you,Steff

The part I needed, their system showed one in stock. It wasn't there. The employee knew the inventory was right because she put that part up a few days ago when there truck had come in with their orders. To make a long story short, she found it where it was not supposed to be. I was impressed with her dedication to take care of what I needed and she thanked me for my patience. That's real service at it's best.

Shout out to Wesley!!!!!! He personally needs to have a raise and become the manager of O Riley s. My car was running low on oil so I headed to up to there to get some. He came out and said he was concerned with the noise and realized something was wrong with my car and he immediately told me to turn it off. He told me I can wait inside in the AC with my kid until I get my ride situation worked out. When Seto towing arrived he continuously helped out until the problem was solved. He is definitely amazing and very caring and not many workers go out of their way to help customers but he most definitely did. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE LIKE TODAY!!!!

Oreilly is good and has a nice product selection but they're a little more pricey than Advance and they usually don't put out any discount codes.I got a power steering rack here and item works great, core charge return was fast.They also carry WIX XP oil filters which are the best oil filters you can get.

I love going here. There are three auto parts stores in the town, but O'Reilly is number one for me. I am always in and out within 20 minutes. The staff is also extremely helpful EVERY TIME. The prices are also reasonable as well.

Needed new battery for my vehicle. Walked in and was immediately helped in finding what I needed. Staff was very helpful in locating the correct battery and I was out in under 10 minutes. Pleasant and helpful staff and prices were comparable to other stores. Don't forget to ask for the military discount if you qualify.

Wesley is THE BEST! Knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I had an issue with my car and I called, Tatiyana answered the phone and was very helpful as well. But turns out it was my battery and when I popped my hood it was starting to smoke like a Cheech & Chong movie. It registered as good but he saw the issue was it was overheating and cracked. If not for him I would have drove off and it would've turned into a disaster cuz it was going to explode. Not only did Tatiyana quickly and friendly get me the battery I needed but Wesley helped me put it on when he saw i was having difficulties. O Reilly's Elizabeth City definitely has its assets. Main one being Wesley.

Needed oil for my VW and was helped out by the gentleman named Tony. He compared prices and got me the lowest cost possible as well as provided more than enough services to ensure I got what I needed. Very knowledgeable about products and did it all with a smile. Mgr April knows everything. Very knowledgeable of every item in store. And she changed my blades in my truck. Michael changed bulbs in my husband's car. You couldn't ask 4 better customer service. #1 Staff

Was told to come here by the Sears appliance guy with the yellow mustang. Grayson and Nicole were very helpful with trying to find some non-cataloged parts (thermostat housing bolt and some vacuum tubing for the washer fluid). Was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the products I needed.

Always nice and helpful. Last time I went in they looked for a way to fix my tail light lens for 10 minutes. The red tape wasn't passing inspection and the plastic lens wasn't easy to find. The one in Bethel Ohio was the same way when I lived there.

Knowledgeable staff. Always helpful. Even went out into the rain to check my service engine light for me! Ended up being my gas cap was bad. They had the cap. I put it on. They cleared the code and off I went. All good!

I just pulled in to O Reilly auto parts to get help on a car battery. AAA came and jumped my car and told me I had about 8% battery life and not to turn the engine off until I was somewhere to get help. I passed 3 businesses that could help me but told they were not allowed to put the battery in my car. Michael sawyer at o reillys here in Elizabeth city nc saw I was in a bind and was very professional and assisted me. That store will get all my business in the future. He would make a good manager and I will return.

Although after 5:00, the attendant helped me find the right fitting do I can test a tractor Hydraulic Pump. He found what I needed in the back on a shelf. A part they no longer even stock. Great work.

I needed some new windshield wipers blades and was able to find them quickly. The man behind the counter was kind enough to put them on after I purchased them. Overall good experience.

Cheaper price for wiper for my car than any other auto parts store and the manager even put it on for me.
