Great customer service! I recently had a service issue with my vehicle and the service center went above and beyond. Other area service centers told me it would take 3-5 days to look at my vehicle. The Service Center got me in and out the same day. Thank you for your quick and friendly service.

We would highly recommend using Nissan of Elizabeth City for your next car purchase. We went with the intention of looking for a used vehicle. Ariel Hankins , our salesperson, came out and answered all the questions we had for her. She was knowledgeable , friendly , and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and what our needs were for a new vehicle. Once inside she and Jamal were amazing. I have never been somewhere that went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. . They didn t just stop at what I wanted. They went above and beyond to find me the best deal while listening to my needs. We walked out in a new 2023 Sentra for less than the car we came to look at and bonus it s brand new not used. I never thought we could get a brand new car that fit our needs and price point. If it hadn t been for Ariel, Jamal , Drew, and the whole Nissan team looking out for us and really caring about their customers my car buying experience would have been totally different. I highly recommend them for your next purchase .

Refreshment attendant truly made my visit pleasant. She and I conversed for a good amount of time. I never had a more welcoming visit than this one. I felt like I was appreciated and not just a number in line for service.

Took us right at our appointment time. Oil change, tire rotation and car wash. We were there about an hour. They even let us bring our puppy into the waiting room

Well went to get oil changed asked if I wanted vaccum so said yes. They didn't remove floor mat to vaccum drivers side, barely vaccum floor drivers mat. Did not even vaccum passengers side floor mat. Did not vaccum back floors at all. Why ask if your not going to vaccum?!?!
