I had a minor recall on my 2023 Nissan Rogue. From the moment I called, my service was handled in the most professional and courteous manner. They scheduled my appointment, asked if I needed any other services, were welcoming upon my arrival and had me on my way within 45 minutes.I LOVE getting my car serviced at Nissan of Elizabeth City. I always expect the best from them and they never disappoint!!

I am so upset with the service I received today, it s be on words. When I went to register my car at the DMV they informed me my tags expired a year ago. They informed me that Nissan had my correct plate. I have been driving a year with illegal plates on my car. After they charged me $157 for the plates that should have been on my car for the past year they told me to go to Nissan and get the plates that should ve been on my car. I have driven my car to NY and I drive to VA almost weekly.(with illegal plates) Not to mention my old plates are handicap for my husband the new plate is not. When I got to Nissan after an hour of let me check this that and the other they tell me they took my husbands name off the loan so I can t have the old plate. When I bought the car I told them several times my husband has to be on the title for his handicap plate. In there exact words that s not a problem we do that all the time. Now I find out (today) not only have I been driving with the wrong plate they took my husband off the loan and title.Their answer to fix their big screwup was for me to refinance the car. I told them I didn t want to refinance it would cost more in the long run. The finance officer told me It won t cost you anything . I said the interest rate and the number of months added onto the loan would end up costing me more in the long run. He said I was wrong! I m not stupid adding more months to the loan means more interest which means more money. All he kept telling me today was I tried to call you about the plate but we have the wrong number . I asked what number he had, he read the number off the computer and low and behold it s my number. They didn t have the wrong number. Not to mention they have my address and my email. They could have contacted me in several different ways. I also have been at the dealership to have service done on my car with no contact from anyone about my plate. The service department is great but the sales department on the other hand needs work. I will at this point never do business with the sales department again. My suggestion is run in the other direction to get a new car.

The service department at this dealership has it together as far as I have seen. I have been there twice and observed how folks needing repairs were treated respectfully and their vehicles were worked on in a timely manner. Having service managers such as Blake really helps as she keeps things moving along quickly and efficiently. My repairs were handled in a professional manner and quality work was done. I can recommend getting your vehicle worked on here.

My Service Advisor Lena was very helpful and pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about Tracie Lee, Owner Loyalty Manager. Tracie worked tirelessly on an issue I had and thanks, to her efforts, the issue was satisfactory resolved. Tracie was absolutely wonderful and, as an owner, thankful to have her on my side.

My recent experience, as with all of my experiences, was good. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I have never had a bad experience there. I always refer people to Nissan of Elizabeth City if they are interested in buying a car. My daughter bought her first car from there and she's pleased.

Keara was super nice and friendly, not to mention helpful and knowledgeable. The only bad part of my experience was the wait time but it was not a big deal either, I knew when I booked the appointment that the wait would take a minute. I had a great experience getting my car serviced at this dealership and plan to continue to come here for anything my Nissan may need in the future.

I went in to help my friend. We went to Mr. Terrell because I had a previous car from him and he does an amazing job listening and doing his absolute best to find a vehicle were looking for. He told me I'm able to trade my car in due to a special going on. And I told him I was looking for something bigger than my previous car. He was able to work his awesome magic and found me a great car. Terrell is an amazing salesman. Definitely deserves a raise!!

Service lady was great & friendly. Was asked if we wanted our car washed & vacuumed. We agreed. Appeared to have been sprayed not washed & definitely wasn't vacuumed.Thankfully, we wasn't charged for this service.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE! They failed my wife's car for window tint too dark ON A STOCK car! She has had over 3 years of inspections with no problem - FROM THEM. She explained this to them, they mocked her on front of Customers, and charged her $22.75. Bring your car to Hall Honda, not only is it free for a NC inspection, but they also had me done in under 20m in which the tint passed. I returned to Nissan and wanted a refund, they rudly denied me. Returning Customer.... NEVER!

I had looked at a car my husband was interested in through the Sams Club buyer program. Got the price, husband went for test drive and when we went to purchase EVERYONE was so pleasant and helpful unlike the Nissan dealership we normally purchase from which has really changed in the past few years.

Quick experience all around. Easy to set appointment, super easy check-in. For the amount of work they did I think time was very reasonable. There is no pressure to up sell on check out. Did bring something to my attention that I need to handle soon ,but I appreciate they didn't talk down to me or make it sound like what they brought to my attention was "life threatening " like some service places have done in past . Customer lounge and restrooms very clean.Would absolutely use their services again.

Mary Hassell is the best auto sales person I have ever worked with purchasing my vehicles. I purchased my 2019 Frontier from Mary and decided to trade in for the 2021 model. Without any hesitation Mary got me the truck I wanted along with the price I needed to stay in my budget. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Never pushy or make you feel uncomfortable during your purchase. Getting my vehicle serviced was always quick and easy.. I was in & out quickly every time with no surprises at check out. First, Jessica is always so pleasant to work with. As soon as she saw me pulling into the service department, she proceeded to my car, with a smile, to greet me. Secondly, the service department always places my reminder sticker in my windshield to ensure I know when my next oil change should take place. In addition, they cleaned my car really well! I worked with Hal Chappell and could not be more pleased with the experience. He was with me every step of the way and never pressured me into buying a vehicle that did not meet my needs. I bought a Nissan Frontier there today after I totaled my Titan. My sales person was Grace Roger s. She was remarkable. I have purchased 18 vehicles but this was the most stress-free, straight-forward experience that I have ever had. She was honest, direct and knowledgeable. My whole purchase experience from selection, test drive and financing was done in 3 hours. Best sales person and dealership, period.
