Great people working there and I can say that if you know what part you need they will have it on the counter in a NEW YORK MINUTE AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE EXACT NAME OF PART THEY WILL HELP YOU FIGURE IT OUT AND NOT BE UNKIND IN THE PROCESS AND YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A FEELING THAT YOU MADE YOUR MIND UP YOU FOUND YOU NEW AUTO PARTS STORE.N A P A .

These guys were at class act! In the rain they changed my windshield blades with a smile and would not accept a tip! Felt like I was a valued customer with just my small purchase... they didn't even blink an eye when I asked if they could put at least the driver's side on. By the way they put both on!

Had issues with parts installed a year ago. Life time warranty on parts.and some labor. Did not have car at original mechanic, my choice. This local parts store gave me the part, but had to have it shipped to original mechanic, I had to pick it up there then bring it to new mechanic (very uncomfortable). Then I am told that NAPA would not stand behind labor warranty either because original mechanic must do the work. Replacement part was defective and again NAPA would not warranty the labor even after finding that part is no good. I had to go pick up this part at store because they could not deliver replacement on time. Also this part caused issues with another part, NAPA would not help me out with this either. When I went into the parts store asked that person in charge call me next day. Never received the call, had to go in to store again to follow up on situation, much time has been lost going back and forth. So according to store Lifetime warranty is only good if you bring car back to original mechanic and labor would not be covered either, what happens if you do not want to use that mechanic or you are traveling. According to store you are out of luck. Also asked about shipping time for parts. I was told by original mechanic and this store it could be 2 weeks. According to corporate - 2 to 3 days. Called corporate headquarters, filed a complaint. They so far said that this in not the policy of NAPA but would have to do an investigation. I have been without my car for 3 weeks now. Cost between original work and replacing all that went wrong is a couple of thousand dollars. Needless to say between being out of money, proor attitude and lost work time I am not happy.

People were so nice here and the 36mm socket they had was 10 dollars cheaper than other parts stores. Recognized and appreciated veterans and gave me a hat. Made my day! Thank you guys so much.

I took my 03 F150 in for an alignment. Well long story short my truck was still pulling. I was told my driver side tire was worn. The guy said that the toe waa perfect. So I ended up taking it somewhere thinking it was the tire, or something else. I was then told the alignment was never done. The driver side was still way out of line. So I don't suggest anyone to get any work there. The mechanic told me I should take it back and drive it up there, well you know. After 100 and something dollars, plus gas to get there. They cost me more money in the long run. So now I have to get fixed what they didn't do.

I prefer the napa line of products. The couple dollars you might save at the other stores, to me - isn't worth it. Pay a little more for the service and quality.

I was looking for electrical parts for an old tractor and the assistant helped me find the correct parts to get my problems corrected. He did this on New Years Day. Thanks for being very knowledgeable about what I needed and identifying the parts.

Great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent inventory. Store also makes hydraulic hoses. Definitely recommend.
