My truck was at the shop for a total of 4 weeks. I got it back after the first week and some change only to break down and get towed back to the shop. I was upset because of the situation and lost work but they really didn t do anything wrong. I wouldn t say they misdiagnosed my truck because they did fix some problems I had. Bad communication led to no further diagnosis after the first round of issues were repaired. Once they thoroughly checked it out I got stuck waiting for parts. All in all, Malicious Diesel did their best and made good on their name. They compensated some shop time and covered the tow, they didn t have to do that. Everything now seems good to go and they offered to recheck everything over in 2 weeks. I will use them again and I do recommend them! Nobody is perfect, but standing by their work and making it right is why I give them a 5 star review.

You guys are awesome! I recently brought my truck in to replace a turbo and a few other things. They provide great quality work and are extremely helpful and friendly. The truck runs a lot better and I also have the peace of mind that things are done right. Thanks again Malicious Diesel, you guys are awesome!

If you guys want a down to earth company that understands you and how frustrating it can be when you have car issues then go no further. These guys helped me get my diesel truck fixed when others couldn't. There price was reasonable and I am truly happy with their service. I highly recommend this company

My Husband took a 6.0 power stroke in for a coolant service and some brake work. They were able to knock it out within a few hours at a very late notice. Highly recommend definitely will be going back.

They did an absolute amazing job with our truck. We needed all new suspension and a bunch of other stuff. They got it done in a hurry since we had to pull a trailer on the weekend. They work on diesels and gas automotive. When I say you can t go wrong with these guys, I mean it.They were the only automotive shop that found the actual problem in our other truck after we bought three motors for it. Take your stuff to these guys. They know what they are doing.

Have had multiple issues with different shops. Finally went to Wayne and the entire crew at at Malicious and they got me right! Will be a customer for life! And they worked with us on all of it. Didn't make me feel like I was being upsold! It's nice to see a family owned business that cares for their customers!

I am traveling in an RV, started showing a check engine light. I really didn t want to keep going until I got it checked out. I saw that they had great reviews and I gave them a call thinking they would be booked for a week solid. They took me immediately and they spent a solid hour inspecting everything and we ended up finding one small fitting upfront. It was slowly leaking antifreeze. They could not have been more kind, nor more professional! I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!Heck, they even gave me a complete overview of what to watch for since I m new to driving a big diesel! I mean just some of the greatest service ever!

Took a while to leave a review. Last year I came down to nc from out of state up north. I have a dodge nitro and the helped me acquire the muffler I was looking for and even went the extra mile to do a once over on my nitro and flush out the ac system for me. Didn t take too long, went above and beyond expectations, great customer service and informative. All in all 10 out of 10. Any and ALL automotive needs can be met at this shop! They do it all! Highly recommend you won t be disappointed.

Love this shop they fixed my f150 an put true dual exhaust on it not a problem since it left the shop need yall to do some true duals on my Toyota Sequoia

From the moment I called, to dropping off and picking up my truck, everyone at Malicious Diesel was friendly, helpful and listened to exactly what I needed. I had a last minute long road trip to Texas and they scheduled me quickly and got the job done right away! It has been difficult finding a new diesel shop after getting stationed here but I found one! Huge thanks to all of you at Malicious Diesel!

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Took my truck here and they figured out what the problem was and had it fixed and running like new in a timely fashion. Awesome people very friendly and very knowledgeable on both gas and Diesel engines highly recommend.

Pretty pricy for mediocre quality. $80/hr rate and took them almost 3 hours to install an axle back designed for the car. Not to mention the booger welds I ended up removing the exhaust but drove to VA to avoid this place..

My experience with Joanne and the guys at Malicious Diesel was very pleasant. There very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job on my Jaguar and was willing to work with me financially. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best Diesel shop around! Awesome service and goes the extra mile to make sure the work is done right and performs like it is supposed to! Got a Fass lift pump installed and couldn t be happier! Will definitely continue to bring my Duramax here!

After multiple misdiagnosed issues from other shops to include the BMW dealership. Malicious Diesel was able to resolve all of the issues that I was having. They were nice, patient, and made sure that I fully understood what was causing my vehicle to malfunction. I will be bringing my 535 BMW back for service.

I want to give a hearty recommendation and thanks to Wayne, JoAnn and crew for restoring my faith in my truck and ability to find a good Ford diesel shop. I had been to three other shops all but one fixing a problem but not all the problems. The truck is finally steering like somebody sober is driving and the power is back after two injectors, plenum reseal, fuel lines and DIM replacement. We towed 20' FF trailer to VIR in 30kt headwinds and was able to pull uphill again. Can't wait for summer fuel to see if my MPG came back up but it is better than it was prior to service. You've gained another repeat customer if I have further problems and for my maintenance on the 2000 F250 7.3. Thanks again!

Thanks so much to Wayne and the staff at Malicious Diesel for diagnosing our RV (caterpillar 7C) performance problem quickly and accurately!! We were driving home from Corolla and started having trouble and pulled in for help!! They were so quick to jump to our aid - would highly recommend!!

Went to the shop and got a total diagnosis of why my tires are wearing so fast. All the guy did was jack the truck up and shake the tires. Then took it off the jack. 5 minutes tops. Took longer to jack the truck up then to look at it. Charged me almost $100 for 5 minutes and to shake the wheel. I would of figured with a full diagnosis it would of went on a machine.
