Darryl and all the wonderful ladies at Hall Body Shop were very kind and easy to work with. They were so quick and afterwards they washed and cleaned the inside! My car looks great and couldn't be more pleased!!

Darryl and his team went above customer service level and met our needs on our 2024 ford edge st. Receptionist and technician were great to work with was in and out sooner than expected! Thank you hall ford body shop we will be back if we need body work!

My experience with HALL FORD BODY SHOP was nothing short of exceptional. Daryl, Liberty, and Janet are all outstanding. Someone hit my vehicle which was a HUGE inconvenience and Daryl took care of handling the Insurance Company and all the minor details and they cleaned it up and got it back to me in record time! They kept me informed of the progress and all the communication was greatly appreciated! Ya'll ROCK!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Their first excuse was "were just waiting for parts". The parts arrived weeks ago and they have yet to touch my vehicle. They keep lying about when it will be done... especially Larry Bennett. Poor customer service and even worse communication skills (each employee encounter). Will not keep you updated and will not get work done in a timely manner. Not sure if it's a racial issue or a gender issue but either way the law may need to get involved because it should NOT take months to repair something that can be done in a couple of days. Absolutely ridiculous and I would most definitely not recommend. Prepare to call a lawyer.

Hall Body Shop was easy to work with and very professional from my first interaction to my last with them. Liberty at the front desk was accommodating, got me a discounted rental rate, and always answered my questions promptly. Darryl was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed as to the status of my repair. Even though the repair took a little longer than I had anticipated, the quality of the work done more than makes up for it; my car looks better than it did before the accident.

Customer service? Meh. I was never called even once for an update. I figured the only way I would know what was going on is if I called myself and every time I called I was being told something different. I also told the receptionist the day I bought the car in about getting my mirror fixed along with the other repair she replied "okay, I'll write that down" and three weeks later my mirror still looked the same. I didn't even say anything about it because by this point I was done dealing with them. It took them 3 WEEKS just to get my headlight and fender repaired because things weren't being done in a timely manner. Now the reconstruction itself? Absolutely beautiful work. What made it all worth it is how well the mechanics did. They made my baby look brand spanking new, it was detailed, and color matched perfectly.

I fully recommend Hall Body Shop in Elizabeth City. They fixed my 2021 Elantra to new and kept me informed every step of the way. A big thank you to Liberty and Corey for their excellent professionalism and kindness during what was a very stressful time for me. I have bad luck with multiple cars of mine getting hit, but Hall body shop always gets my cars back right and looking great. The front desk is fabulous and helpful as well. Thanks so much!

My car come in to get some body work done. I get my car back my windshield is cracked from one end to passed the middle. Where u can see it while driving. They say it wasn t there fault and call my car insurance. It didn t come that way when it come it. They won t fix it admit fault. The first shop it was at said there was no windshield damage when they dropped it off. So stuff don t up. I m still fighting with them over it. Very unprofessional. Manger was not helpful at all. I will never have my car done there ever again.Service: Body & Trim

After getting my car repaired from hailDamage, I ve found more work issues from than initially known; the one time I brought it to their attention their employee gave mad attitude about being questioned over his quality of labor. Wouldn t go back in retrospect.

Hall Body Shop fixed the dent in my car perfectly. They also graciously dealt with the insurance company to get the difference owed from the original quote.

My cars back windshield was broken, along with body damage. I kept the car dry with a good tarp, secured with tie downs. The tow truck driver put the tarp back on the car at Hall Ford he even secured it with the tie downs. Hall Ford when they moved the car did not put the good tarp on the car, they put a cheap tarp, just covering the back window. As a result it caused massive water damage to the car when we had 2 days of heavy rain!!!

My experience was excellent! The service was very professional, efficient, and friendly. All of my needs were met, including the car rental. And I was kept informed and updated. Great teamwork! I highly recommend.

The office staff at this location are GREAT!!! They keep you informed on the progress of your repairs, they are friendly and understanding, and the repairs to my SUV are flawless, perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making A bad experience much easier to get through....
